摘要：Vehicular ad-hoc networks （VANETs） are a significant field in the intelligent transportation system （ITS） for improving road security. The interaction among the vehicles is enclosed under VANETs. Many experiments have been performed in the region of VANET improvement. A familiar challenge that occurs is obtaining various constrained quality of service （QoS） metrics. For resolving this issue, this study obtains a cost design for the vehicle routing issue by focusing on the QoS metrics such as collision, travel cost, awareness, and congestion. The awareness of QoS is fuzzified into a price design that comprises the entire cost of routing. As the genetic algorithm （GA） endures from the most significant challenges such as complexity, unassisted issues in mutation, detecting slow convergence, global maxima, multifaceted features under genetic coding, and better fitting, the currently established lion algorithm （LA） is employed. The computation is analyzed by deploying three well-known studies such as cost analysis, convergence analysis, and complexity investigations. A numerical analysis with quantitative outcome has also been studied based on the obtained correlation analysis among various cost functions. It is found that LA performs better than GA with a reduction in complexity and routing cost.

摘要：Power consumption is the bottleneck of system performance. Power reduction has become an important issue in digital circuit design, especially for high performance portable devices (such as cell phones, PDAs, etc.). Many power reduction techniques have also been proposed from the system level down to the circuit level. High-speed computation has thus become the expected norm from the average user, instead of being the province of the few with access to a powerful mainframe. Power must be added to the portable unit, even when power is available in non-portable applications, the issue of low-power design is becoming critical. Thus, it is evident that methodologies for the design of high-throughput, low-power digital systems are needed. Techniques for low-power operation are shown in this paper, which use the lowest possible supply voltage coupled with architectural, logic style, circuit, and technology optimizations. The threshold vol-tages of the MTCMOS devices for both low and high Vth are constructed as the low threshold Vth is approximately 150 - 200 mv whereas the high threshold Vth is managed by varying the thickness of the oxide Tox. Hence we are using different threshold voltages with minimum voltages and hence considered this project as ultra-low power designing.

摘要：This paper presents the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) by using the system on chip (SoC) mixed signals with the help of Bluetooth transmission and in advantage of low power consumption design. This is to monitor the variations in temperature and pressure of the vehicle’s tire, and the TPMS system is involved. It improves the driver’s safety by automatically detecting the tire pressure and temperature and then warning signal is sent to driver to take a measure, which prevents from accident. The proposed system of tire pressure monitoring system using SoC increases the speed of indication time to the driver by using mixed signals. The inflation of the tire can be avoided by preventing from high temperature and high pressure. Limitation of temperature and pressure in the previous system is also elongated i.e. temperature from 40℃ to 125℃ and pressure from 0 to 750 Kpa. Sensors, wireless communication (Bluetooth dongle) and SoC unit are used to design the low power TPMS. Quantitative results are taken and the analogy between temperature and pressure is also verified. The tested results proved by need of the practical system. Signal conditioning voltage and SoC unit is the trace for low power design TPMS. Finally, the performance of the system is tested and executed by using proteus software given as a real time application.

摘要：e-Governance facilities are being used nowadays by citizens in various Government projects of the country. But the integration of mobile technologies with the e-Governance projects can lead to more human interaction and benefits for the society as a whole. This will result in having more impact on the lives of the common citizens and increase in awareness of such e-Governance projects. The paper introduces the features, technologies and design of the Android mobile device application, mobileLoanapp for the customer (client) of the bank for the loan approval process. The e-Land record information system has been designed and implemented with Google Map using Mobile Commerce by developing this mobile app. This m-app has been developed so as to provide improved and flexible e-Governance facility to the common citizens of the country. The proposed system if adapted will pave the way for the real-time applications to be embedded with the e-Governance facilities. This paper presents the overall system architecture along with its functional components and scope of the very appealing m-application (mobileLoanapp) for bank loan approval process in interconnection with the land server (part of Farad Kendra’s). The overall advantages of the proposed m-app have also been determined in comparison to the existing e-Governance system, giving a viable option to adopt and make use of integration of mobile technologies for providing e-Governance through this m-app.
