摘要：Platinum-based anticancer drugs, including cisplatin and its analogues, have played important roles in the clinical treatment of solid tumors over the past 38 years. However, poor selectivity, high toxicity and intrinsic or acquired drug resistance profoundly limit their application, which encourages the development of novel transition metal-based anticancer agents with different mechanisms of action. To this end, transition metal complexes that can simultaneously act on more than one target, termed as single-molecule multi-targeting complexes, have attracted increasing attention because of their enhanced efficacy and diminished chance of drug resistance. In this review, we systematically discuss the recent progress in the development of platinum- and ruthenium-based anticancer agents, in particular the rational design of platinum and ruthenium complexes with multi-targeting features.

摘要：This paper presents the first application of the bees algorithm to the optimisation of parameters of a two-dimensional （2D） recursive digital filter. The algorithm employs a search technique inspired by the foraging behaviour of honey bees. The results obtained show clear improvement compared to those produced by the widely adopted genetic algorithm （GA）.

摘要：ASIC or FPGA implementation of a finite word-length PID controller requires a double expertise： in control system and hardware design. In this paper, we only focus on the hardware side of the problem. We show how to design configurable fixed-point PIDs to satisfy applications requiring minimal power consumption, or high control-rate, or both together. As multiply operation is the engine of PID, we experienced three algorithms： Booth, modified Booth, and a new recursive multi-bit multiplication algorithm. This later enables the construction of finely grained PID structures with bit-level and unit-time precision. Such a feature permits to tailor the PID to the desired performance and power budget. All PIDs are implemented at register-transfer4evel （RTL） level as technology-independent reusable IP-cores. They are reconfigurable according to two compilemtime constants： set-point word-length and latency. To make PID design easily reproducible, all necessary implementation details are provided and discussed.

摘要：With the development of the compressive sensing theory, the image reconstruction from the projections viewed in limited angles is one of the hot problems in the research of computed tomography technology. This paper develops an iterative algorithm for image reconstruction, which can fit the most cases. This method gives an image reconstruction flow with the difference image vector, which is based on the concept that the difference image vector between the reconstructed and the reference image is sparse enough. Then the l1-norm minimization method is used to reconstruct the difference vector to recover the image for flat subjects in limited angles. The algorithm has been tested with a thin planar phantom and a real object in limited-view projection data. Moreover, all the studies showed the satisfactory results in accuracy at a rather high reconstruction speed.

摘要：Previous reports and current studies show that fluidization of some Geldart A particles is enhanced by increasing bed temperature. Both the averaged local particle concentration and the particle concentration in the dense phase decrease with increasing bed temperature, at constant superficial gas velocities. However, conventional models fail to predict these changes, because the role of interparticle forces is usually neglected at different bed temperatures. Here, the interparticle forces are analyzed to explore the mechanism of gas-solid fluidization at high temperatures. Indeed, as the temperature increases, the interparticle attractive forces decrease while the interparticle repulsive forces increase. Consequently, fluidization behaviors of some Geldart A particles seem to increasingly shift from typical Geldart A towards B with increasing temperature.

摘要：A novel method was proposed to design the structure of a bone tissue engineering scafold based on triply periodic minimal *** this method,reverse engineering software was used to reconstruct the surface from point cloud *** method overcomes the limitations of commercially available software packages that prevent them from generating models with complex surfaces used for bone tissue engineering ***,the fluid feld of the scafolds was simulated through a numerical method based on fnite volume and the cell proliferation performance was evaluated via an in vitro *** cell proliferation and the mass flow evaluated in a bioreactor further verifed the flow feld simulated using computational fluid *** result of this study illustrates that the pressure value drops rapidly from 0.103 Pa to 0.011 Pa in the y-axis direction and the mass flow is unevenly distributed in the *** mass flow in the side outlets is observed to be approximately 24.3 times higher thanthe ***,although the mean value of wall shear stress is signifcantly more than 0.05 Pa,there is stil a large area with a suitable shear stress below 0.05 Pa where most cells can proliferate *** result shows that th inlet velocity 0.0075 m/s is suitable for cell proliferation in the *** study provides an insight into the design analysis,and in vitro experiment of a bone tissue engineering scafold.

摘要：A simple parametric approach to design a full-order observer for matrix second-order linear systems with uncertain disturbance input in the matrixsecond-order framework is proposed. The basic idea is to minimize the H2 norm of the transfer function from disturbance to estimation error using the design degrees of freedom provided by a parametric approach in the observer design. Besides the design parameters, the eigenvalues of the closed-loop system are also optimized within desired regions on the left-half of the complex plane. Using the proposed approach, additional specifications can be easily achieved. A spring-mass system is using to show the effect of the proposed approaches.
