摘要：As the main component of wearable electronic equipment,flexible pressure sensors have attracted wide attention due to their excellent sensitivity and their promise with respect to applications in health monitoring,electronic skin,and human-computer ***,it remains a significant challenge to achieve epidermal sensing over a wide sensing range,with short response/recovery time and featuring seamless conformability to the skin *** is critical since the capture of minute electrophysiological signals is important for health care *** this paper,we report the preparation of a nacre-like MXene/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)nanocomposite film with a“brick-and-mortar”interior structure using a vacuum-induced self-assembly *** synergistic behavior of the MXene“brick”and flexible CMC“mortar”contributes to attenuating interlamellar self-stacking and creates numerous variable conductive pathways on the sensing *** resulted in a high sensitivity over a broad pressure range(i.e.,0.03-22.37 kPa:162.13 kPa^(-1);22.37-135.71 kPa:127.88 kPa^(-1);135.71-286.49 kPa:100.58 kPa^(-1)).This sensor also has a low detection limit(0.85 Pa),short response/recovery time(8.58 ms/34.34 ms),and good stability(2000 cycles).Furthermore,we deployed pressure sensors to distinguish among tiny particles,various physiological signals of the human body,space arrays,robot motion monitoring,and other related applications to demonstrate their feasibility for a variety of health and motion monitoring use cases.

摘要：The feature of Ternary Content Addressable Memories(TCAMs) makes them particularly attractive for IP address lookup and packet classification applications in a router system. However,the limitations of TCAMs impede their utilization. In this paper,the solutions for decreasing the power consumption and avoiding entry expansion in range matching are addressed. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed techniques can make some big improvements on the performance of TCAMs in IP address lookup and packet classification.

摘要：The design of the china Spallation Neutron Source （CSNS） low-energy beam transport （LEBT） line, which locates between the ion source and the radio-frequency quadrupole （RFQ）, has been completed with the TRACE3D code. The design aims at perfect matching, primary chopping, a small emittance growth and sufficient space for beam diagnostics. The line consists of three solenoids, three vacuum chambers, two steering magnets and a pre-chopper. The total length of LEBT is about 1.74 m. This LEBT is designed to transfer 20 mA of H-pulsed beam from the ion source to the RFQ. An induction cavity is adopted as the pre-chopper. The electrostatic octupole steerer is discussed as a candidate. A four-quadrant aperture for beam scraping and beam position monitoring is designed.

摘要：In this paper, a Turbo aided Cyclic Prefix (CP) reconstruction scheme, termed Turbo- CPR, is proposed for Single-Carrier systems with Frequency-Domain Equalization (SC-FDE) that employ insufficient CP in the transmitter. In Turbo-CPR, the decoder output is incorporated in the process of equalization, i.e. Turbo equalizer is employed. It is shown in the simulation results that Turbo-CPR not only recovers the performance loss due to insufficiency of CP, but also provides extra gains over the lower bound of performance for conventional CP reconstruction schemes.
