摘要：During the operation of the rice combine harvester,the fuselage tilts due to the tilt and unevenness of the ground affect its maneuverability and operational *** at the problem of leveling due to the tilt of the field surface,this research developed an innovative dual-parallelogram chassis lifting mechanism for rice harvesters designed a hydraulic system to adjust the chassis height by extending the *** Adams simulation software,a detailed model of the lifting chassis was constructed to analyze its performance,revealing a direct correlation between the hydraulic cylinder extension and chassis ***,the mechanism could achieve leveling on slopes with inclination angles of up to 7.5°.Comprehensive evaluations of the liftable chassis system were conducted under both static and dynamic *** the static tests,the system exhibited the capacity for comprehensive or unilateral auto-leveling contingent upon the tilt,with leveling times and angular variations confined to 3.6 s and±0.4°,*** dynamic tests conducted on sloped fields and paddy soils,the system reduced post-leveling mean tilt angles and standard deviations remained below 1.2°and 0.6°,*** results demonstrated a substantial improvement in the stability and reliability of the chassis during *** research provides valuable insights into the design and optimization of automatic leveling mechanisms and structural innovations for harvester chassis.

摘要：Mesa width （WM） is a key design parameter for SiC super junction （SJ） Schottky diodes （SBD） fabricated by the trench-etching-and-sidewall-implant method. This paper carries out a comprehensive investigation on how the mesa width design determines the device electrical performances and how it affects the degree of performance degradation induced by process variations. It is found that structures designed with narrower mesa widths can tolerant substantially larger charge imbalance for a given BV target, but have poor specific on-resistances. On the contrary, structures with wider mesa widths have superior on-state performances but their breakdown voltages are more sensitive to p-type doping variation. Medium WM structures （-2 p.m） exhibit stronger robustness against the process variation resulting from SiC deep trench etching. Devices with 2-p.m mesa width were fabricated and electrically characterized. The fabricated SiC SJ SBDs have achieved a breakdown voltage of 1350 V with a specific on-resistance as low as 0.98 mΩ***2. The estimated specific drift on- resistance by subtracting substrate resistance is well below the theoretical one-dimensional unipolar limit of SiC material. The robustness of the voltage blocking capability against trench dimension variations has also been experimentally verified for the proposed SiC SJ SBD devices.

摘要：In freeform surface modelling, developable surfaces have much application value. But, in 3D space, there is not always a regular developable surface which interpolates the given boundary of an arbitrary piecewise smooth closed curve. In this paper, tensor product Bézier surfaces interpolating the closed curves are determined and the resulting surface is a minimum of the functional defined by the L2-integral norm of the Gaussian curvature. The Gaussian curvature of the surfaces is minimized by the method of solving nonlinear optimization problems. An improved approach trust-region form method is proposed. A simple application example is also given.

摘要：Use of multidisciplinary analysis in reliabilitybased design optimization(RBDO) results in the emergence of the important method of reliability-based multidisciplinary design optimization(RBMDO). To enhance the efficiency and convergence of the overall solution process,a decoupling algorithm for RBMDO is proposed ***, to decouple the multidisciplinary analysis using the individual disciplinary feasible(IDF) approach, the RBMDO is converted into a conventional form of RBDO. Secondly,the incremental shifting vector(ISV) strategy is adopted to decouple the nested optimization of RBDO into a sequential iteration process composed of design optimization and reliability analysis, thereby improving the efficiency significantly. Finally, the proposed RBMDO method is applied to the design of two actual electronic products: an aerial camera and a car pad. For these two applications, two RBMDO models are created, each containing several finite element models(FEMs) and relatively strong coupling between the involved disciplines. The computational results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
