摘要：For a class of discrete switched systems with unknown input, an unknown input observer design method is proposed under the premise of changes along time axis but no changes along iteration axis. This method applies the iterative learning control thought to the design of unknown input observer, construets the unknown input observer by introducing virtual input signal, and uses the error signal generated from the actual system output and the observer output to correct repetitively the virtual input, which gradually approxima tes the actual unknown input as the it erations increase. Moreover, the convergence of the observer is strictly proved based on contraction mapping theory, as well as the convergence condition is given. The theoretical analysis indicates that designed unknown input observer can accurately estimate the state and unknown input of the system simultaneously. Simulation example further verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

摘要：With the aid of a thermal-electrical model, a practical method for designing multi-finger power heterojunction bipolar transistors with finger lengths divided in groups is proposed. The method can effectively enhance the thermal stability of the devices without sacrificing the design time. Taking a 40-finger heterojunction bipolar transistor for example, the device with non-uniform emitter finger lengths is optimized and fabricated. Both the theoretical and the experimental results show that, for the optimum device, the peak temperature is lowered by 26.19 K and the maximum temperature difference is reduced by 56.67% when compared with the conventional heterojunction bipolar transistor with uniform emitter finger length. Furthermore, the ability to improve the uniformity of the temperature profile and to expand the thermal stable operation range is strengthened as the power level increases, which is ascribed to the improvement of the thermal resistance in the optimum device. A detailed design procedure is also summarized to provide a general guide for designing power heterojunction bipolar transistors with non-uniform finger lengths.

摘要：The thermal resistance matrix including self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance is presented to describe the thermal effects of multi-finger power heterojunction bipolar transistors. The dependence of thermal resistance matrix on finger spacing is also investigated. It is shown that both self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance are lowered by increasing the finger spacing, in which the downward dissipated heat path is widened and the heat flow from adjacent fingers is effectively suppressed. The decrease of self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance is helpful for improving the thermal stability of power devices. Furthermore, with the aid of the thermal resistance matrix a 10-finger power heterojunction bipolar transistor （HBT） with non-uniform finger spacing is designed for high thermal stability. The optimized structure can effectively lower the peak temperature while maintaining a uniformity of the temperature profile at various biases and thus the device effectively may operate at a higher power level.

摘要：This paper investigates the H∞ trajectory tracking control for a class of nonlinear systems with time- varying delays by virtue of Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory and the linear matrix inequality （LMI） technique. A unified model consisting of a linear delayed dynamic system and a bounded static nonlinear operator is introduced, which covers most of the nonlinear systems with bounded nonlinear terms, such as the one-link robotic manipulator, chaotic systems, complex networks, the continuous stirred tank reactor （CSTR）, and the standard genetic regulatory network （SCRN）. First, the definition of the tracking control is given. Second, the H∞ performance analysis of the closed-loop system including this unified model, reference model, and state feedback controller is presented. Then criteria on the tracking controller design are derived in terms of LMIs such that the output of the closed-loop system tracks the given reference signal in the H∞ sense. The reference model adopted here is modified to be more flexible. A scaling factor is introduced to deal with the disturbance such that the control precision is improved. Finally, a CSTR system is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the established control laws.

摘要：The working state of drilling bit is a critical issue in the drilling process. The preliminary design of pressure and torque separation sensor for drilling bit is expatiated herein. The sensor unit is composed of the elastic unit and the Wheatstone full bridge. Under composited load, the theoretical analysis about separating the axial force and torque of drilling bit is discussed firstly. The separation has been achieved by using the Wheatstone full bridge pasted onto the elastic unit. Then the transversal and axial strains distribution of elastic unit has been calculated and analyzed by ANSYS software, when the bit is under axial force and torque. Based on the calculation and analysis results, the sensitivity and accuracy of the sensor's whole measurement chain can be reckoned. Meanwhile, the calculation and analysis results can also give good suggestion about the positions where the strains gauge should be pasted. Finally, it has been proved that this solution can meet the preset requirements very well.

摘要：In recent years, the chaos based cryptographic algorithms have suggested some new and efficient ways to develop secure image encryption techniques, but the drawbacks of small key space and weak security in one-dimensional chaotic cryptosystems are obvious. In this paper, permutation and sub- stitution methods are incorporated to present a stronger image encryption algorithm. Spatial chaotic maps are used to realize the position permutation, and to confuse the relationship between the ci- pher-image and the plain-image. The experimental results demonstrate that the suggested encryption scheme of image has the advantages of large key space and high security; moreover, the distribution of grey values of the encrypted image has a random-like behavior.

摘要：A novel fiber Bragg grating （FBG） rain gauge is proposed in this paper to achieve high precision rainfall measurement. One core sensitive FBG, a temperature compensation FBG and a mechanical transition system construct this novel FBG rain gauge. Sensing principle of this FBG rain gauge is explained in detail, and its theoretical calculation model is also established, which shows that the relationship between center wavelength of sensitive FBG and external rainfall has very good linearity. To verify its detection performance, the calibration experiment on one prototype of this FBG rain gauge is carried out. After experiment data analysis, the detection precision of this FBG rain gauge is 15.4/.tm which is almost two orders of magnitude higher than that of the existing rainfall measurement device. The experimental data confirm that this FBG rain gauge can achieve rainfall measurement with high precision.
