摘要：A knowledge-based system in structural component design based on fracture mechanics is developed in this paper. The system consists of several functional parts: a general inference engine, a set of knowledge bases and data-bases, an interpretation engine, a bases administration system and the interface. It can simulate a human expert to make analysis and design scheme mainly for four kinds of typical structural components widely used in shipbuilding industry: pressure vessels, huge rotation constructions, pump-rod and welded structures. It is an open system which may be broadened and perfected to cover a wider range of engineering application through the modification and enlargement of knowledge bases and data-bases. It has a natural and friendly interface that may be easily operated. An on-line help service is also provided.

摘要：Fast electron-hole recombination issues during titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))photocatalysis limit its application in preventing bacterial infection during bone defect *** this study,TiO_(2)@reduced graphene oxide(rGO)composites were synthesized using a hydrothermal method in which rGO,which possesses very high electrical conductivity,promotes the separation of photoelectron-hole pairs of TiO_(2),thus improving the efficiency of photocatalytic production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Subsequently,TiO_(2)@rGO composites were introduced into poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)to prepare bone scaffolds with photocatalytic antibacterial function via selective laser *** results showed that TiO_(2)grew on the surface of rGO and formed a covalent bond connection(Ti-O-C)with rGO.A decreased electrochemical impedance of TiO_(2)@rGO composites was observed,and the transient photocurrent intensity increased from 0.05 to 0.5μA/cm^(2).Analysis of electron spin resonance found that the photocatalytic products of TiO_(2)were·OH and·O^(2-),two kinds of ROS capable of killing bacteria via disrupting the structure of the bacterial membrane in *** experiments showed that the PLLA/TiO_(2)@rGO scaffolds had good antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus ***,we report that these scaffolds exhibited both enhanced mechanical properties due to the addition of TiO_(2)@rGO as a reinforcement material and good biocompatibility during cell proliferation.

摘要：The main factors and their varied disciplines affecting the heat transfer at the metal rheologic interface were studied from the waveguide mechanism of heat transfer of electrons and phonons, guiding the design of thermal contact resistance through studying the microscale mechanism of heat transfer at the interface. The results show that electron has stronger quantum tunneling effect when the thickness of oxide film is smaller than de Broglie wavelength of electron and the heat conduction of oxide film produces microscale effect. The thickness and nature of oxide film dominate the heat transfer at the metal rheologic interface. The main means to design the interface contact conductance are to control the formation of oxide film as well as the process of machining of roller surface and lubrication of interface.

摘要：Walking is the most basic and essential part of the activities of daily living. To enable the elderly and non-ambulatory gait-impaired patients, the repetitive practice of this task, a novel gait training robot(GTR) was designed followed the end-effector principle, and an active partial body weight support(PBWS) system was introduced to facilitate successful gait training. For successful establishment of a walking gait on the GTR with PBWS, the motion laws of the GTR were planned to enable the phase distribution relationships of the cycle step, and the center of gravity(COG) trajectory of the human body during gait training on the GTR was measured. A coordinated control strategy was proposed based on the impedance control principle. A robotic prototype was developed as a platform for evaluating the design concepts and control strategies. Preliminary gait training with a healthy subject was implemented by the robotic-assisted gait training system and the experimental results are encouraging.

摘要：In the 21st century, people have come to the era of ocean science and ocean economy. With the development of ocean science and technology and the thorough research on the ocean, underwater mating technique has been widely used in such fields as sunk ship salvage, deep ocean workstation, submarine lifesaving aid and military affairs. In this paper, researches are made home and abroad on mating technology. Two-joint mating system of underwater vehicle is designed including plane system, three-dimensional assembly system and control system in order to increase the capacity of adapting platform obliquity and adopting rotational skirt scheme. It is clear that the system fits the working space of underwater vehicle passageway and there is no interference phenomenon in assembly design. The finite element model of the system shell and the pressurization of the joint are established. The results of the finite element computing and the pressing test are accordant, and thus it can testify that the shell material meet the need of intension and joint pressurization is reliable. Modeling of the control system is accomplished, and simulation and analysis are made, which can provide directions for the controller design of mating system of underwater vehicles.

摘要：A study is carried out on the structural design of wood-plastic composite floors. The geometric parameters of the cavities, the structure, and the means to optimize the performance of these light boards are investigated. Various structural parameters of the boards, such as size, shape, and the pattern of cavities are also studied. The optimal structure can be determined by calculation and analysis of the strength, stiffness, weight and cost of the material. A finite element model for the mechanical analysis of wood-plastic composite floors is established; and the results are used to verify the strength criteria under bending deformation, which is the most common loading condition of flooring board.

摘要：The current research of processing large size fabrication holes on complex spatial curved surface mainly focuses on the CNC flame cutting machines design for ship hull of ship manufacturing. However, the existing machines cannot meet the continuous cutting requirements with variable pass conditions through their fixed configuration, and cannot realize high-precision processing as the accuracy theory is not studied adequately. This paper deals with structure design and accuracy prediction technology of novel machine tools for solving the problem of continuous and high-precision cutting. The needed variable trajectory and variable pose kinematic characteristics of non-contact cutting tool are figured out and a metamorphic CNC flame cutting machine designed through metamorphic principle is presented. To analyze kinematic accuracy of the machine, models of joint clearances, manufacturing tolerances and errors in the input variables and error models considering the combined effects are derived based on screw theory after establishing ideal kinematic models. Numerical simulations, processing experiment and trajectory tracking experiment are conducted relative to an eccentric hole with bevels on cylindrical surface respectively. The results of cutting pass contour and kinematic error interval which the position error is from -0.975 mm to ＋0.628 mm and orientation error is from -0.01 rad to ＋0.01 rad indicate that the developed machine can complete cutting process continuously and effectively, and the established kinematic error models are effective although the interval is within a ＇large＇ range. It also shows the matching property between metamorphic principle and variable working tasks, and the mapping correlation between original designing parameters and kinematic errors of machines. This research develops a metamorphic CNC flame cutting machine and establishes kinematic error models for accuracy analysis of machine tools.

摘要：Electrochemical machining (ECM) is an effective and economical manufacturing method for machining hard-to-cut metal materials that are often used in the aerospace field. Cathode design is very complicated in ECM and is a core problem influencing machining accuracy, especially for complex profiles such as compressor blades in aero engines. A new cathode design method based on iterative correction of predicted profile errors in blade ECM is proposed in this paper. A mathematical model is first built according to the ECM shaping law, and a simulation is then carried out using ANSYS software. A dynamic forming process is obtained and machining gap distributions at different stages are analyzed. Additionally, the simulation deviation between the prediction profile and model is improved by the new method through correcting the initial cathode profile. Furthermore, validation experiments are conducted using cathodes designed before and after the simulation correction. Machining accuracy for the optimal cathode is improved markedly compared with that for the initial cathode. The experimental results illustrate the suitability of the new method and that it can also be applied to other complex engine components such as diffusers. 摘要：During the operation of the rice combine harvester,the fuselage tilts due to the tilt and unevenness of the ground affect its maneuverability and operational *** at the problem of leveling due to the tilt of the field surface,this research developed an innovative dual-parallelogram chassis lifting mechanism for rice harvesters designed a hydraulic system to adjust the chassis height by extending the *** Adams simulation software,a detailed model of the lifting chassis was constructed to analyze its performance,revealing a direct correlation between the hydraulic cylinder extension and chassis ***,the mechanism could achieve leveling on slopes with inclination angles of up to 7.5°.Comprehensive evaluations of the liftable chassis system were conducted under both static and dynamic *** the static tests,the system exhibited the capacity for comprehensive or unilateral auto-leveling contingent upon the tilt,with leveling times and angular variations confined to 3.6 s and±0.4°,*** dynamic tests conducted on sloped fields and paddy soils,the system reduced post-leveling mean tilt angles and standard deviations remained below 1.2°and 0.6°,*** results demonstrated a substantial improvement in the stability and reliability of the chassis during *** research provides valuable insights into the design and optimization of automatic leveling mechanisms and structural innovations for harvester chassis.
