摘要：There are many problems when traditional temperature sensing radio frequency identification(RFID) tags are applied to logistics temperature monitoring, such as inconvenient data reading, large power consumption, and low bandwidth. Therefore, a low-dissipation electronic tag is designed in this paper to solve the above problems. The electronic tag and the portable temperature recorder were placed in the same position in the same refrigeration unit, and the temperature of the same space was recorded at the same time. The data measured by the designed electronic tag was used as the measured value, and the data measured by the portable temperature recorder was used as the standard value. The correlation coefficient between the two was calculated to be 0.866 9, the root mean square error(RMSE) was 0.796 7 ℃, and the average relative deviation(ARD) was 16.21%. Therefore, the electronic tag designed in this study can meet the requirements of users for temperature monitoring and recording. The temperature control switch designed in this study can disconnect the power supply to single chip microcomputer(SCM) and other modules when the temperature is in the range of normal threshold, so that the power consumption is further reduced and the cost is reduced. The results of this study laid a foundation for the development of low-cost and easy-to-use temperature monitoring technology in the logistics process.

摘要：Two kinds of controllable doped left-handed materials （DLHMs） were designed by inserting inductors and capacitors into the traditional left-handed material （LHM） as heterogeneous elements respectively, which are DLHM with inductors （LDLHM） and DLHM with capacitors （CDLHM）. The characteristics of transmission spectrum were studied by using finite-difference time-domain method （FDTD）. Compared with the traditional LHM, the resonance strength of the LDLHM is weakened and the pass-band is narrowed, but with the increase of the value of the inserted inductors, the bandwidth is expanded. As capacitors inserted into the LHM, the pass-band of the CDLHM is expanded, but the pass-band is shifted to low frequency and the bandwidth is narrowed with the increase of the value of the capacitors, meanwhile, a new generated pass-band is also shifted to low frequency. Therefore, a quantized controllable doped left-handed material can be achieved.

摘要：In this paper,an improved mean-square exponential stability condition and delayed-state-feedback controller for stochastic Markovian jump systems with mode-dependent time-varying state delays are obtained. First,by constructing a modified Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,a mean-square exponential stability condition for the above systems is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Here,the decay rate can be a finite positive constant in a range and the derivative of time-varying delays is only required to have an upper bound which is not required to be less than 1. Then,based on the proposed stability condition,a delayed-state-feedback controller is designed. Finally,numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

摘要：Metal corrosion causes billions of dollars of economic losses *** a smart and new energy-harvesting device,triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)can convert almost all mechanical energy into electricity,which leads to great prospects in metal corrosion prevention and cathodic *** this work,flexible TENGs were designed to use the energy harvested by flexible polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)films with ZrB_(2)nanoparticles and effectively improve the dielectric constant by incorporating ZrB_(2).The open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current were 264 V and 22.9μA,respectively,and the power density of the TENGs reached 6 W·m^(-2).Furthermore,a selfpowered anti-corrosion system was designed by the rectifier circuit integrated with TENGs,and the open-circuit potential(OCP)and Tafel curves showed that the system had an excellent anti-corrosion effect on carbon ***,the system has broad application prospects in fields such as metal cultural relics,ocean engineering,and industry.

摘要：The paper studies the problem of fault detection filter design for uncertain linear continuous-time systems. A design procedure dealing with parameter uncertainties is proposed for residual generation, the sensitivity to fault and the robustness against disturbances are both enhanced on residual outputs through satisfying some performance indexes. By the aid of the generalized Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov(GKYP)lemma, the fault sensitivity performance index can be dealt with in the given frequency range directly, which avoids approximations associated with frequency weights of the existing techniques. An iterative algorithm based on linear matrix inequality(LMI)is given to obtain the solutions. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods
