摘要：Satellite constellation design for space optical systems is essentially a multiple-objective optimization problem. In this work, to tackle this challenge, we first categorize the performance metrics of the space optical system by taking into account the system tasks（i.e., target detection and tracking）. We then propose a new non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm（NSGA） to maximize the system surveillance performance. Pareto optimal sets are employed to deal with the conflicts due to the presence of multiple cost functions. Simulation results verify the validity and the improved performance of the proposed technique over benchmark methods.

摘要：We consider the robust stabilization problem for discrete-time Takagi-Sugeno （T S） fuzzy systems with time- varied delays subjected to input saturation. We design static and dynamic anti-windup fuzzy controllers to ensure the convergence of all admissible initial states within the domain of attraction. Based on the project lemma and classical sector conditions, the conditions for the existence of solutions to this problem are obtained and expressed in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design approach.

摘要：Internal ion sources are widely adopted in commercial cyclotrons used for short-life isotopes production. Without beam manipulation provided by the external beam injection line, the central region of this type of cyclotron is more sensitive and should be carefully designed. A design study and beam dynamics simulation for the central region of a 10 MeV compact cyclotron is presented. The OPERA3D/TOSCA code was used to calculate the electric field from a parameterized three dimensional （3D） central region model. With iterative structure optimizations of the central region, the beam centering and vertical focusing is well controlled, and the RF phase acceptance is around 25°. A c＋＋ code for beam simulation in the central region was developed and tested.

摘要：In this paper, numerical analysis of GaSb （Eg = 0.72 eV）/Gao.84Ino.16Aso.14Sbo.86 （Eg = 0.53 eV） tandem thermopho- tovoltaic （TPV） cells is carried out by using Silvaco/Atlas software. In the tandem cells, a GaSb p-n homojunction is used for the top cell and a GalnAsSb p-n homojunction for the bottom cell. A heavily doped GaSb tunnel junction connects the two sub-cells together. The simulations are carried out at a radiator temperature of 2000 K and a cell temperature of 300 K. The radiation photons are injected from the top of the tandem cells. Key properties of the single- and dual-junction TPV cells, including I-V characteristic, maximum output power （Pmax）, open-circuit voltage （Voc）, short-circuit current （/~sc）, etc. are presented. The effects of the sub-cell thickness and carrier concentration on the key properties of tandem cells are investigated. A comparison of the dual-TPV cells with GaSb and GalnAsSb single junction cells shows that the Pmax of tandem cells is almost twice as great as that of the single-junction cells.

摘要：Lorenz systems family unifying Lorenz system, Chen system and Lü system is a typical chaotic family. In this paper, we consider impulsive control Lorenz chaotic systems family with time-varying impulse intervals. By establishing an effective tool of a set of inequalities, we analyze the asymptotic stability of impulsive control Lorenz systems family and obtain some new less conservative conditions. Based on the stability analysis, we design a novel impulsive controller with time-varying impulse intervals. Illustrative examples are provided to show the feasibility and effectiveness of our method. The obtained results not only can be used to design impulsive control for Lorenz systems family, but also can be extended to other chaotic systems.

摘要：Orthogonal waveform design is quite an important issue for waveform diversity systems. A chaos based method for the orthogonal discrete frequency coding waveform （DFCW） design is proposed to increase the insufficient orthogonal waveform number and their finite coding length. Premises for chaos choosing and the frequency quantification method are discussed to obtain the best correlation properties. Simulation results show the validity of the theoretic analysis.

摘要：According to the parameters and applications of laser diode （LD）, three protection circuits were designed： the time-delay soft-start protection circuit, the power-on impulse protection circuit and the limit-current protection circuit. In this article, the structure and the principle of every protection circuit have been detailed. From several tests and feedbacks from customers, the expected goals have been completed.

摘要：J-TEXT, formerly TEXT-U at the University of Texas at Austin in USA, is a medium-sized tokamak at the Huazhong University of science and Technology. The toroidal field （TF） power supply of this tokamak should provide a current of 160 kA and a flat duration of 500 ms for the toroidal field coils to generate a maximum toroidal field of 3 T at the geometric center of the vaccum vessel. This paper presents a design of a new control system which takes the real-time feedback control option for the TF power supply operation. The system was tested successfully during the commissioning. In the first experimental campaign of J-TEXT, the system effectively controlled the power supply to provide a fiat current up to 92.5 kA and therein the TF produced reached 1.74 T, which enabled the machine to generate the first plasma successfully.

摘要：The concave die design of self-pierce riveting(SPR) is of critical importance for product quality. The optimization of concave die parameters based on orthogonal test is proposed to explore the relationship between self-pierce riveted joint quality and die parameters. There are nine independent die parameter factors in orthogonal test and each factor has 4 levels. In order to evaluate the interlock and neck thickness, we carry out numerical simulations by the software DEFORM-2D. Then, the primary and secondary factors that affect the joint quality have been found out by means of range analysis. Finally, an optimization scheme is brought forward to design concave die in SPR process, which indicates that the joint has higher quality than that of former orthogonal *** work can be extended by a detailed mechanical and fatigue analysis for the joint quality of SPR process.

摘要：A strain-introduced Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) interleaver on lithium niobate (LiNbO3 ) is proposed. The structure of the strain-introduced waveguide is designed in detail, and is produced by depositing a SiO2 film on the annealed proton-exchanged LiNbO3 waveguide. Considering the sensitivities of the edge strain to the deposition temperature and the thickness of the SiO2 film, an optimum design of 50 GHz interleaver on this structure is given through analyzing the effective index changes for E x pq mode by finite difference method (FDM). The length of the bending waveguide in this interleaver is just two thirds of that in the conventional interleaver due to the high refractive index difference.
