摘要：A novel method of designing and preparing bone tissue engineering scaffolds with controllable porous structure of both macro channels and micro pores was proposed. The CAD software UG NX3.0 was used to design the macro channels＇ shape, size and distribution. By integrating rapid prototyping and traditional porogen technique, the macro channels and micro pores were formed respectively. The size, shape and quantity of micro pores were controlled by porogen particulates. The sintered β-TCP porous scaffolds possessed connective macro channels of approximately 500 μm and micro pores of 200-400 μm. The porosity and connectivity of micro pores became higher with the increase of porogen ratio, while the mechanical properties weakened. The average porosity and compressive strength offl-TCP scaffolds prepared with porogen ratio of 60wt% were 78.12% and 0.2983 MPa, respectively. The cells＇ adhesion ratio of scaffolds was 67.43%. The ALP activity, OCN content and cells micro morphology indicated that cells grew and proliferated well on the scaffolds.

摘要：For a single cylinder engine, the total unbalanced inertial forces occur in the engine block, which results in engine’s vibration and deteriorated noise. In order to eliminate the unbalanced forces, counterweight and primary balance shaft should be attached to the cylinder block so that engine durability and ride comfortability may be further improved. Traditionally one third of connecting rod assembly’s mass is treated as reciprocating mass, and two thirds as rotating mass when designing balance mechanism. In this paper, a new method based on the multibody dynamics simulation is introduced to separate the reciprocating mass and rotating mass of connecting rod assembly. The model consists of crankshaft, connecting rod, piston and the simulation is performed subsequently. According to the simulation results of the main bearing loads, the reciprocating mass and rotating mass are separated. Finally a new balance mechanism is designed and simulation results show that it completely balances inertial forces to improve the engine’s noise vibration and harshness performance.

摘要：A novel methodology for the formulation design of the multi-component cement additive for the low early strength blend cement was presented by using engineering *** of cement additive such as triethanolamine,chloride,saccharide and a kind of divalent alcohol were simultaneously tested according to the arrangement of response surface *** models were established to express the quantitative relationship between the chemical components of cement additive and the compressive strength of treated blend *** effectiveness and the possible interactions of these four chemicals contributing to the strength development of blend cement were further explored by the pareto chart and the contour *** according the performance analysis of four chemicals,the optimized formulations were brought forward and were validated in practical trials by Turkey＇s multiple comparison.

摘要：In this paper, we present an efficient method to obtain absorbers with broadened operating frequency bands. They are accomplished by using conventional magnetic absorbing materials （MAMs） in the forms of array and mesh structures, which are similar to those in the case of a frequency selective surface. The proposed approach is verified not only by simulations but also by experimental results under the normal incidence at microwave frequencies. Moreover, the wideband absorber is lighter than the conventional magnetic absorber. These results indicate that our proposed absorbing structures can be used for designing good electromagnetic absorbers.

摘要：A platelet transpiration cooled nosetip is considered as thermal protection system （TPS） to prevent hypersonic ve- hicle from the serious aerodynamic heating. Based on the one dimensional flow model, a distribution model of coolant is proposed for the temperature calculation. When Si = Sj （i, j=1,… 24）, the first cooling effect parameter Pmax is proposed and its relationship with total mass flux and Sc0/Si is investigated. The result shows that Pmax increases while the total mass flux increases, and when the mass flux is fixed, Pmax increases rapidly at the be- ginning and then turns to a nearly stable value while Sc0/Si increases. Then under the precondition of cooling ef- fect, we fix Sc0/Si to insure there is enough space for the pipe. Numerical investigation shows the design of the nosetip makes the transpiration cooling extremely effective. In order to reduce the temperature difference on the nosetip, the second cooling effect parameter Pdiff is proposed and different Pdiff with different 0gi （i=1,..., 23） are analyzed. According to the cases we design, Pdiff decreases while the upstream 0gi decreases or the down- stream 0gi increases. The best result among cases shows Pdiff is reduced by 15.1%.

摘要：Zero correlation window （ZCW） or zero correlation zone （ZCZ） sequence can be used in quasi-synchronous code division multiple access （QS-CDMA） system to eliminate multiple access and multipath interferences. However, as the length of ZCW or ZCZ increases, fewer sequences are available. Recently, a new concept, sequence set with group-wise zero correlation window is introduced, which can increase the number of available sequences for a QS-CDMA system. In this article, a new method for generating sequence set with group-wise zero correlation window is presented. This method is based on a Hadamard matrix of size N×N and a pair of Hadamard matrices of size M×M. Compared with previous methods, the proposed sequence set has a group-wise zero correlation window for both periodic and aperiodic cross-correlation functions.

摘要：An optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is developed based on the algorithm of neural networks with cosine basis function . The main idea is to minimize the sum of the square errors between the amplitude response of the desired FIR filter and that of the designed by training the weights of neural networks, then obtains the impulse response of FIR digital filter . The convergence theorem of the neural networks algorithm is presented and proved, and the optimal design method is introduced by designing four kinds of FIR digital filters , i.e., low-pass, high-pass, bandpass , and band-stop FIR digital filter. The results of the amplitude responses show that attenuation in stop-bands is more than 60 dB with no ripple and pulse existing in pass-bands, and cutoff frequency of passband and stop-band is easily controlled precisely .The presented optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is significantly effective.

摘要：A method of predicting design pressure and burn-through of in-service welding pipes was established. Temperature distributions of in-service welding under variable parameters were simulated by FEM. The effect of flowing of internal media was regarded as forced convection. Based on the numerical results, design pressure of the pipe can be obtained and burn-through can be predicted. It can be concluded that the design pressure decreases with the increasing of heat input. RSF and design pressure of the pipe increase with the increasing of flow rate. There is a range in which the increase changes greatly. For in-service welding, the range should be considered adequately to determine operating condition optimally. RSF increases with the increasing of pipe wall thickness. While the thickness increases to an extent, RSF shows little increase. Accord- ing to the curves of design pressure versus different parameters, safe working pressure can be achieved.
