摘要：Fabric’s visual image is on important that affects its seasonal application to clothing. In this paper, color and luster property of the fabric were simultaneously considered to elaborate application to clothing in seasons. Fabric samples were selected in the four seasons, which were quantified by using the Muncell color system. The data of the color attributes and fabric’s surface luster property were analyzed, which applied in spring, summer, autumn and winter.

摘要：A method to set up 3D collar prototype is developed in this paper by using the technique of cubic spline and bicubic surface patch. Then the relationship between the parameters of 3D collar prototype and different collar styles are studied. Based on the relationship, we can develop some algorithms of transferring style requirements to the parameters value of the collar prototype, and obtain some generation rules for the design of 3D collar style. As such, the knowledge base can be constructed, and the intelligent design system of 3D collar style is built. Using the system, various 3D collar styles can be designed automatically to satisfy various style requirements.

摘要：Virtual sewing is one of the key techniques in the realization of 3D computer aided garment design. After analysis and comparison, this article brings forward a method of virtual sewing based on draping knowledge. Two new concepts are introduced. One is the conversion of garment pattern pieces’ attributes and the other is the "clothes shell"—a middleware to simplify the mapping process. Meanwhile, the method implements the mapping process and completes virtual sewing by setting anchor points and lines on the virtual model. The method has been applied to a simulation system and proved to be successful.

摘要：The effect of rating scales and test parts of body on the fabric-evoked prickle evaluation results are studied by carrying out subjective evaluation tests under controlled environment conditions （24 4±1）℃, （65 =l= 5） %RH. Ten college female students aged about 20 were chosen as the subjects, who have participated a preliminary training on subjective prickle evaluation. The prickle of a range of 9 light-weight worsted woven wool and wool blend fabrics and a cotton fabric were tested by using a 1 - 5 rating scale and using a 0 - 10 rating scale respectively at different test parts of body respectively such as forearm, upper arm ball and neck back. The test results were statistically analyzed. It is found that there is a significant correlation coefficient between the evaluation results of using the 1 - 5 rating scale and of using the 0- 10 rating scale. It is also found that there are highly significant correlation coefficients between the evaluation results of using the forearm prickle test and the neck back prickle test, between the evaluation results of using the neck back prickle test and the upper arm ball prickle test, and between the evaluation results of using the forearm prickle test and the upper arm ball prickle test. It is suggested that the forearm prickle test is preferable in evaluating fabric-evoked prickle for its convenience and sensitivity.

摘要：Body analysis is an important method to clothing construction design. It not only gets the measurement of body, but also analyze the style of body shape. We have discussed the method of woman body fuzzy recognition in another paper and from that we divide woman bodies into thirty-six groups. In each group,bodies have one kind of basic block and there is difference between any two kinds. This paper puts forward thirty-six basic block modes based on various woman bodies.

摘要：This paper was designed to analyze on the data, which was obtained from 'National Physique Fitness Investigation Report (2000)'. In order to get the typical body form and figure type of the middle age and aged people, it was focused on the body form data of this group (age 40 - 60). After calculation and analyzing, the distinguishing feature of body form and the distribution of figure type were deduced. Finally, the re-classification of body form for Chinese middle age and aged people was suggested. It as also suggested that a new garment size series especially for the middle age and aged should be built to fit for these people. This conclusion would be useful and significant to design and production for clothing company, especially that who take the aged people as their target consumer.

That needs us to recognize body not to record it. This paper reports the Algorithm of woman body fuzzy pattern recognition. It is organized in three sections:(i) extracting woman body feature; (ii) establishing membership functions of feature indexes;(iii) presenting an Algorithm for woman body fuzzy pattern recognition by example.
