摘要：The water vapor permeability （WVP） of films is important when developing pharmaceutical applications. Films are frequently used as coatings, and as such directly influence the quality of the medicine. The optimization of processing conditions for sodium alginate films was investigated using response surface methodology. Single-factor tests and Box-Behnken experimental design were employed. WVP was selected as the response variable, and the operating parameters for the single-factor tests were sodium alginate concentration, carboxymethyl cellulose （CMC） concentration and CaClz solution immersion time. The coefficient of determination （R2） was 0.97, indicating statistical significance. A minimal WVP of 0.389 8 g-mm/（m^***） was achieved under the optimum conditions. These were found to be a sodium alginate concentration, CMC concentration and CaCl2 solution immersion time at 8.04%, 0.13%, and 12 min, respectively. This provides a reference for potential applications in manufacturing film-coated hard capsule shells.

摘要：AIM： To identify the gene （s） related to the antagonistic activity of Enterobacter cloacae B8 and to elucidate its antagonistic mechanism. METHODS： Transposon-mediated mutagenesis and tagging method and cassette PCR-based chromosomal walking method were adopted to isolate the mutant strain （s） of B8 that lost the antagonistic activity and to clone DNA fragments around Tn5 insertion site. Sequence compiling and open reading frame （ORF） finding were done with DNAStar program and homologous sequence and conserved domain searches were performed with BlastN or BlastP programs at ***. To verify the gene involved in the antagonistic activity, complementation of a full-length clone of the anrFgene to the mutant B8F strain was used. RESULTS： A 3 321 bp contig around the Tn5 insertion site was obtained and an ORF of 2 634 bp in length designated as anrFgene encoding for a 877 aa polyketide synthase-like protein was identified. It had a homology of 83% at the nucleotide level and 79% ID/87% SIM at the protein level, to the admM gene of Pantoea agglomerans andrimid biosynthetic gene cluster （AY192157）. The Tn5 was inserted at 2 420 bp of the gene corresponding to the COG3319 （the thioesterase domain of type I polyketide synthase） coding region on BSF. The antagonistic activity against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae was resumed with complementation of the full-length anrFgene to the mutant B8F. CONCLUSION： The anrFgene obtained is related to the antagonistic activity of BS, and the antagonistic substances produced by B8 are andrimid and/or its analogs.

The technology has brought certain difficulty for engineers, because it has certaindifficulty both in theory and in calculation. Therefore, Visual Basic 6.0 programming technology was used to develop a set of 'the design system of the band conveyer driven bylinear friction.' After being proved in the field, it can completely meet the demands of thedesign. This paper introduced its main theory or basis in design, so as to provide relatedtechnical support to this kind of project.

摘要：Drug administration customized to individual cells could intrinsically address cancer heterogeneity and provide a safe and effective method for delivering personalized treatment. To accomplish this, we developed a smart nanodrug delivery system characterized by cancer cell-targeted drug delivery and intracellular biomarker-responsive drug activation. This system was composed of a long-nicked DNA duplex formed by tandem hybridization of two extended antisense oligonucleotides whose ends were separately blocked with a cancer cell-specific aptamer, AS1411,and a replaceable anti-biomarker probe(ABP). We demonstrated that this DNA nanodrug was directed to cancer cells with the guidance power of AS 1411 and then activated by the presence of a given intracellular biomarker. By using such a belt-and-braces strategy, this DNA nanodrug system could safely and efficiently accelerate apoptosis of target cancer cells. Moreover, since the expression level of biomarkers tends to indicate the specific physiological state of individual cells, biomarker-responsive activation of the nanodrug is expected to enable customized drug administration at the cellular level.

摘要：The increasing accumulation of toxic mercury species in water environment has posed a serious health threat worldwide, making it inevitable to develop the versatile materials to achieve efficient prevention and remediation of mercury pollution. Guided by the solvent-assisted ligand exchange (SALE) approach, this work rationally constructed a mixed-ligand NH2-UiO-66-SH (NSU66) with hierarchical-pore structure by incorporating the thiol-rich ligands (H2DMBD) into the water-stable NH2-UiO-66 (NU66) precursor to act as a smart adsorbent equipped with sensitive detector for simultaneous sensing and removal of Hg2+. Unlike the traditional adsorbents, the as-prepared NSU66 not only exhibits a remarkable removal ability with fast capture rate (within 60.0 min), large uptake capacity (265.29 mg/g), and qualified selectivity, but also possesses satisfactory sensing capability, accompanied by low detection limit (3.50 × 10−2 µM), wide linear range (1.00–99.7 µM), high specificity, and strong anti-interference capability. The detection function plays a vital role in indicating the removal behavior and the pre-enrichment effect of adsorption process correspondingly improves the sensitivity of indicator. Notably, the sensing and trapping capabilities of NSU66 are significantly improved compared to the NU66, which stems from the delicate design of the mixed-ligand and hierarchical-pore structure. Furthermore, proven excellent stability and recyclability emphasize the feasibility of NSU66 in practical applications. These results suggest that the smart NSU66 adsorbent can serve as a favorable platform for early warning and guided removal of toxic Hg2+ in water.
