摘要：Zero correlation window （ZCW） or zero correlation zone （ZCZ） sequence can be used in quasi-synchronous code division multiple access （QS-CDMA） system to eliminate multiple access and multipath interferences. However, as the length of ZCW or ZCZ increases, fewer sequences are available. Recently, a new concept, sequence set with group-wise zero correlation window is introduced, which can increase the number of available sequences for a QS-CDMA system. In this article, a new method for generating sequence set with group-wise zero correlation window is presented. This method is based on a Hadamard matrix of size N×N and a pair of Hadamard matrices of size M×M. Compared with previous methods, the proposed sequence set has a group-wise zero correlation window for both periodic and aperiodic cross-correlation functions.

摘要：An optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is developed based on the algorithm of neural networks with cosine basis function . The main idea is to minimize the sum of the square errors between the amplitude response of the desired FIR filter and that of the designed by training the weights of neural networks, then obtains the impulse response of FIR digital filter . The convergence theorem of the neural networks algorithm is presented and proved, and the optimal design method is introduced by designing four kinds of FIR digital filters , i.e., low-pass, high-pass, bandpass , and band-stop FIR digital filter. The results of the amplitude responses show that attenuation in stop-bands is more than 60 dB with no ripple and pulse existing in pass-bands, and cutoff frequency of passband and stop-band is easily controlled precisely .The presented optimal design approach of high order FIR digital filter is significantly effective.

摘要：An approach is proposed to design decentralized state feedback H ∞ suboptimal controllers for LTI interconnected large scale systems. The parametrization theorem of decentralized robust state feedback controllers is developed in two steps and the design condition for the feedback gain is in the form of matrix inequalities. An iterative solution algorithm based on linear matrix inequality(LMI) techniques is proposed to obtain the decentralized feedback gain. The given examples are taken to show the application and the convergence of the algorithm.

摘要：In this paper a novel log-domain current-mode integrator based on MOS transistors in subthreshold is proposed. The integrator's time-constant is tunable by varying a reference bias current. By use of the integrator, a fifth-order Chebyshev lowpass filter with 0.1dB ripples is designed. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed filter has such advantages as low power supply(1.5V), very low power dissipation (μW level), nearly ideal frequency response, very small sensitivity to components in passband, and adjustable cut-off frequency over a wide *** circuit is composed of NMOS transistors and grounded capacitors which make it suitable for fully integrated circuit implementation.

摘要：Using time-dependent multilevel approach （TDML）, this paper studies the dynamics of coherent control of Rydberg lithium atoms and demonstrates that Rydberg lithium atoms can be transferred to states of higher principal quantum number by exposing them to specially designed frequency-chirped laser pulses. The population transfer from n=70 to n=75 states of lithium atoms with efficiency more than 90% is achieved by means of the sequential adiabatic rapid passages. The results agree well with the experimental ones and show that the coherent control of the population transfer from the lower n to the higher n states can be accomplished by the optimization of the chirping parameters and the intensity of laser field.

摘要：With the aid of a thermal-electrical model, a practical method for designing multi-finger power heterojunction bipolar transistors with finger lengths divided in groups is proposed. The method can effectively enhance the thermal stability of the devices without sacrificing the design time. Taking a 40-finger heterojunction bipolar transistor for example, the device with non-uniform emitter finger lengths is optimized and fabricated. Both the theoretical and the experimental results show that, for the optimum device, the peak temperature is lowered by 26.19 K and the maximum temperature difference is reduced by 56.67% when compared with the conventional heterojunction bipolar transistor with uniform emitter finger length. Furthermore, the ability to improve the uniformity of the temperature profile and to expand the thermal stable operation range is strengthened as the power level increases, which is ascribed to the improvement of the thermal resistance in the optimum device. A detailed design procedure is also summarized to provide a general guide for designing power heterojunction bipolar transistors with non-uniform finger lengths.

摘要：The thermal resistance matrix including self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance is presented to describe the thermal effects of multi-finger power heterojunction bipolar transistors. The dependence of thermal resistance matrix on finger spacing is also investigated. It is shown that both self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance are lowered by increasing the finger spacing, in which the downward dissipated heat path is widened and the heat flow from adjacent fingers is effectively suppressed. The decrease of self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance is helpful for improving the thermal stability of power devices. Furthermore, with the aid of the thermal resistance matrix a 10-finger power heterojunction bipolar transistor （HBT） with non-uniform finger spacing is designed for high thermal stability. The optimized structure can effectively lower the peak temperature while maintaining a uniformity of the temperature profile at various biases and thus the device effectively may operate at a higher power level.

摘要：This paper focuses on the linear transceiver design for multiple input multiple output（MIMO） interference channel（IC）, in which a bounded channel error model is assumed. Two optimization problems are formulated as minimizing maximum per-user mean square error（MSE） and sum MSE with the per-transmitter power constraint. Since these optimization problems are not jointly convex on their variable matrices, the transmitter and receiver can be optimized alternately respectively. For each matrix, an approximated approach is presented where the upper bound of constraint is derived so that it has less semidefinite, thus the problem can be viewed as second-order-cone programming（SOCP） and gets less computational complexity. Compared with the conventional S-procedure method, the proposed approach achieves similar performance, but reduces the complexity significantly, especially for the system with large scale number of antennas.

摘要：The three-dimensional discontinuous deformation analysis(3D-DDA) is a promising numerical method for both static and dynamic analyses of rock systems. Lacking mature software, its popularity is far behind its ability. To address this problem, this paper presents a new software architecture from a software engineering viewpoint. Based on 3D-DDA characteristics, the implementation of the proposed architecture has the following merits. Firstly, the software architecture separates data, computing, visualization, and signal control into individual modules. Secondly, data storage and parallel access are fully considered for different conditions. Thirdly, an open computing framework is provided which supports most numerical computing methods; common tools for equation solving and parallel computing are provided for further development. Fourthly, efficient visualization functions are provided by integrating a variety of visualization algorithms. A user-friendly graphical user interface is designed to improve the user experience. Finally, through a set of examples, the software is verified against both analytical solutions and the original code by Dr. Shi Gen Hua.
