摘要：This paper presents a novel self localization method using parallel projection model for mobile sensor in navigation applications. The algorithm estimates the coordinate and the orientation of mobile sensor using projected references on visual image. The proposed method considers the lens non-linearity of the camera and compensates the distortion by using a calibration table. The method determines the coordinates and orientations with iterative process, which is very accurate with low computational demand. We identify various sources of error on the coordinate and orientation estimations, and present both static sensitivity analysis of the algorithm and dynamic behavior of the mobile sensor. The algorithm can be utilized in mobile robot navigation as well as positioning application where accurate self localization is necessary.

摘要：New empirical formulas of the transmission coefficient for permeable breakwaters were suggested based on available experimental data regarding the low-crest structure （LCS）, including the permeable rubble mound breakwater and pile-type breakwater. The rationality of the present formulas was verified by their comparison with existing empirical and analytical formulas. Numerical flume results were obtained by solving the modified Boussinessq-type wave equations （MBEs）, and a new expression relating the friction coefficient of to the relative submerged depth Rt/H8 was also derived. Comparative analysis shows that the results of the present formulas agree with the numerical flume results as well as available experimental data, and the present formulas are superior to the existing empirical and analytical expressions in estimating the transmission coefficient. The present formulas can provide references for estimation of the transmission coefficient in engineering practice.

摘要：In the imaging observation system, imaging task scheduling is an important topic. Most scholars study the imaging task scheduling from the perspective of static priority, and only a few from the perspective of dynamic priority. However,the priority of the imaging task is dynamic in actual engineering. To supplement the research on imaging observation, this paper proposes the task priority model, dynamic scheduling strategy and Heuristic algorithm. At first, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of imaging observation, decomposes the task priority into four parts, including target priority, imaging task priority, track, telemetry & control(TT&C)requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority, summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail, and designs the corresponding priority model. Then, this paper takes the emergency tasks scheduling problem as the background, proposes the dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm. Finally, the task priority model,dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm are verified by experiments.

摘要：The authors propose a new type of hash iterative structure-the ring-iterative structure with feedback which is subdivided into the single feedback ring iteration and the multiple feedback ring iteration, namely SFRI and MFRI. Prove that SFRI is at least equivalent to the MD structure in security, and MFRI is at least equivalent to SFRI in security (property 1 makes people incline to believe MFRI is more secure than MD). Analyze the resistance of MFRI, which results from the joint event on message modification, endless loop on message modification and incompatibility of the sufficient conditions, to the multi-block differential collision attack. Argue the ineffectiveness of the D-way second preimage attack on MFRI. Discuss the time and space expenses of MFRI, and point out the advantage of MFRI over the tree-iterative structure and the zipper-iterative structure.

摘要：An artificial immune system was modelled with self/non-self selection to overcome abnormity in a mobile robot demo. The immune modelling includes the innate immune modelling and the adaptive immune modelling. The self/non-self selection includes detection and recognition, and the self/non-self detection is based on the normal model of the demo. After the detection, the non-self recognition is based on learning unknown non-self for the adaptive immunization. The learning was designed on the neural network or on the learning mechanism from examples. The last step is elimination of all the non-self and failover of the demo. The immunization of the mobile robot demo is programmed with Java to test effectiveness of the approach. Some worms infected the mobile robot demo, and caused the abnormity. The results of the immunization simulations show that the immune program can detect 100% worms, recognize all known Worms and most unknown worms, and eliminate the worms. Moreover, the damaged files of the mobile robot demo can all be repaired through the normal model and immunization. Therefore, the immune modelling of the mobile robot demo is effective and programmable in some anti-worms and abnormity detection applications.

摘要：In this paper we design the following two-step scheme to estimate the model parameter ω0 of the quantum system: first we utilize the Fisher information with respect to an intermediate variable v = cos(ω0 t) to determine an optimal initial state and to seek optimal parameters of the POVM measurement operators; second we explore how to estimate ω0 from v by choosing t when a priori information knowledge of ω0 is available. Our optimal initial state can achieve the maximum quantum Fisher information. The formulation of the optimal time t is obtained and the complete algorithm for parameter estimation is presented. We further explore how the lower bound of the estimation deviation depends on the a priori information of the model.

摘要：Proxy Re-encryption(PRE) is greatly concerned by researchers recently. It potentially has many useful applications in network communications and file sharing. Secure distributed cryptographic file system is one of its applications. But the practical applications of PRE are few. And even fewer of them are tested by systematically designed experiments. Appling a couple of representative algorithms proposed by BBS,Ateniese,Shao,et al.,a distributed file system is designed. In the system,some substitute mechanisms such as data dispersal,dynamic file sharing,are well-applied. A lot of features such as flexible authorization and data redundancy are embraced in the system. The comparison evaluation justified that the system is more practical and efficient.

摘要：Marginal Fisher analysis （MFA） is a repre- sentative margin-based learning algorithm for face recognition. A major problem in MFA is how to select appropriate parameters, k1 and k2, to construct the respective intrinsic and penalty graphs. In this paper, we propose a novel method called nearest-neighbor （NN） classifier motivated marginal discriminant projections （NN-MDP）. Motivated by the NN classifier, NN-MDP seeks a few projection vectors to prevent data samples from being wrongly categorized. Like MFA, NN-MDP can characterize the compactness and separability of samples simultaneously. Moreover, in contrast to MFA, NN-MDP can actively construct the intrinsic graph and penalty graph without unknown parameters. Experimental results on the 0RL, Yale, and FERET face databases show that NN-MDP not only avoids the intractability, and high expense of neighborhood parameter selection, but is also more applicable to face recognition with NN classifier than other methods.
