摘要：Spin engineering is recognized as a promising strategy that modulates the association between d‐orbital electrons and the oxygenated species,and enhances the catalytic ***,few efforts have been made to clarify whether spin engineering could make a considerable enhancement for electrocatalytic water ***,we report the spin engineering of a nanocage‐structured(Co,Ni)Se_(2)/C@FeOOH,that showed significant oxygen evolution reaction(OER)*** measurement presented that the(Co,Ni)Se_(2)/C@FeOOH sample possesses higher polarization spin number(μb=6.966μB/f.u.)compared with that of the(Co,Ni)Se_(2)/C sample(μb=6.398μB/f.u.),for which the enlarged spin polarization number favors the adsorption and desorption energy of the intermediate oxygenated species,as confirmed by surface valance band ***,the(Co,Ni)Se_(2)/C@FeOOH affords remarkable OER product with a low overpotential of 241 mV at a current of 10 mA cm^(-2) and small Tafel slope of 44 mV dec^(-1) in 1.0 mol/L KOH alkaline solution,significantly surpassing the parent(Co,Ni)Se_(2)/C *** work will trigger a solid step for the design of highly‐efficient OER electrocatalysts.

摘要：This paper intreduced a high-precision high-voltage elec- trostatic generator which utilized STM32F103 as the main coutroller. The hardware and software design of the system were detailed. The full use of ample on-chip resources of STM32F103, such as ADC and the PWM output of timer, contributed to the small size and low cost of the system. The 16-bit PWM signals, generated by the timer on chip, served to adjust the our-put voltage accurately. The tot~ screen was responsible for the setting and display of output voltage, and the friendly humawcomptaer interaction was built. Experimental results indicated that this high-voltage static generator was of high precision and great practicability for application.

摘要：Distortion is a technical indicator in the field of voice signal processing. The design is a portable distortion degree tester, based on Field-Progranmmble Gate Array （FleA, EP2C20） as the cote, using harmonic analysis method which better solve the distortion problem of acctwacy. It can achieve the signal transformation from the time-domain to the frequency-donkain, and is widely used for signal spectrum analysis. All the componets used in the design are low power, high perf-, low drift and industrial grade compionents. The reference voltage sources of ADC and DAC have identical performance of high stability, high precision. The dtr.k is the precise stable clock with FPGA temperature compensation. This project can get the cost-effective, high-precision, low power and portable design goals.

摘要：The thermal conduction of suspended few-layer hexagonal boron nitride （h-BN） sheets was experimentally investigated using a noncontact micro-Raman spectroscopy method. The first-order temperature coefficients for monolayer （1L）, bilayer （2L） and nine-layer （9L） h-BN sheets were measured to be -（3.41 ± 0.12）× 10-2, -（3.15 ± 0.14） × 10-2 and -（3.78 ±0.16）× 10-2 cm-1.K-1, respectively. The room-temperature thermal conductivity of few-layer h-BN sheets was found to be in the range from 227 to 280 W.m-1-K-1, which is comparable to that of bulk h-BN, indicating their potential use as important components to solve heat dissipation problems in thermal management configurations.
