摘要：Using a suitable solvent for extracting pigments from sediment for high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） analysis is critical for obtaining qualitative and quantitative estimates of phytoplanktonic and benthic algal biomass,as well as community composition. Five methodological factors（sample dehydration,extraction solvent,extraction duration,number of extractions,and ratio of solvent volume：sample weight） were studied using an L 9（3 4 ） orthogonal design in a sedimentary pigment extraction experiment on samples collected from the Changjiang large-river delta-front estuary（LDE）,using HPLC analysis. The results show that the optimal extraction method for sedimentary pigments should include freeze-drying samples prior to extraction. The effects of different factors on sedimentary pigment extraction were separated by the L 9（3 4 ） orthogonal design experiments and showed that the extraction solvent was the most important,with extraction duration the second most important,and numbers of extraction and ratio of solvent volume：sample weight was the least important. The mixed solvent treatment comprised of acetone,methanol and water（80：15：5,by volume） was best for polar pigment extraction,with 100% acetone better for apolar pigments. For most pigments employed in this study（i.e.,peridinin,fucoxanthin,alloxanthin,diatoxanthin,zeaxanthin,pheophytin-a and β-carotene） ,3 h was found to be enough time for extraction from these deltaic sediments. However,for chlorophyll-a,the most important pigment used for estimating algal biomass,12 h was needed. A small amount of solvent（3 ml） with duplicate extractions obtained the greatest amount and diversity of pigments. Unfortunately,no extraction method was found to be suitable for all pigments in sediments. The choice of extraction procedure should be made in accordance with the objective of each study,taking into consideration the properties of sediments and pigments in question.

摘要：Autonomous undersea vehicle (AUV) is a typical complex engineering system. This paper studies the disciplines and coupled variables in AUV design with multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) methods. The framework of AUV synthetic conceptual design is described first, and then a model with collaborative optimization is studied. At last, an example is given to verify the validity and efficiency of MDO in AUV synthetic conceptual design.

摘要：Scheme evaluation and selection is an optimum selecting and sequencing problem with multi-objective and multi-level. It can’t follow single objective function or rule. Meanwhile,these objectives are coupled with each other and the attribution information is fuzzy also. It is necessary to find an effective evaluation method which can consider all conditions and restrictions. In this paper,AHP and rough set theory are applied to fuzzy optimization to determine important weight of each attribution. The rough set fuzzy optimum selection is used to eliminate the useless information. Autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is large-scale systems with many coupled design variables and objective functions. Their scheme evaluation and selection are very important,which relate to multiple factors,such as reliability; security,service time; the lifecycle,etc. Results of application in torpedo design indicate that this method is feasible.

摘要：Wave climate plays an important role in the air-sea interaction over marginal seas. Extreme wave height provides fundamental information for various ocean engineering practices, such as hazard mitigation, coastal structure design, and risk assessment. In this paper, we implement a third generation wave model and conduct a high-resolution wave hindcast over the East China Sea to reconstruct a 15-year wave field from 1988 to 2002 for derivation of monthly mean wave parameters and analysis of extreme wave conditions. The numerical results of the wave field are validated through comparison with satellite altimetry measurements, low-resolution reanalysis, and the ocean wave buoy record. The monthly averaged wave height and wave period show seasonal variation and refined spatial patterns of surface waves in the East China Sea. The climatological significant wave height and mean wave period decrease from the open ocean in the southeast toward the continental area in the northwest, with the pattern generally following the bathymetry. Extreme analysis on the significant wave height at the buoy station indicates the hindcast data underestimate the extreme values relative to the observations. The spatial pattern of extreme wave height shows single peak emerges at the southwest of Ryukyu Island although a wind forcing with multi-core structure at the extreme is applied.

摘要：As only a little information can be obtained from torpedo's lake and sea tests,and the torpedo's life does not distribute typically. If conventional methods are used to convert the environment factor for torpedo's lake and sea tests,their results can not reflect the actual conditions. A conversion model of the environment factor for torpedo's lake and sea tests is set up based on the GM(1,2) model of the grey system theory. For the merit of the grey system,the problem of uncertain life distributions and few samples can be solved. The calculation results show that the method is easy,realistic and high precise.

摘要：We study the distributed Kalman filtering problem in relative sensing networks with rigorous *** relative sensing network is modeled by an undirected graph while nodes in this network are running homogeneous dynamical models. The sufficient and necessary condition for the observability of the whole system is given with detailed proof. By local information and measurement communication, we design a novel distributed suboptimal estimator based on the Kalman filtering technique for comparison with a centralized optimal estimator. We present sufficient conditions for its convergence with respect to the topology of the network and the numerical solutions of n linear matrix inequality（LMI） equations combining system parameters. Finally, we perform several numerical simulations to verify the effectiveness of the given algorithms.

摘要：Taking aim at light torpedo search trajectory characteristic of warship, by analyzing common used torpedo search trajectory, a better torpedo search trajectory is designed, a mathematic model is built up, and the simulation calculation taking MK46 torpedo for example is carried out. The calculation results testify that this method can increase acquisition probability and hit probability by about 10%-30% at some situations and becomes feasible for the torpedo trajectory design. The research is of great reference value for the acoustic homing torpedo trajectory design and the torpedo combat efficiency research.
