摘要：A set of acoustic optimization design methods is established by combining the flow field deterioration theory and the acoustic analogy theory,and applied to the acoustic optimization design of high-speed train *** results show that the streamline bodies of the head/tail car are the most important sound sources,respectively,accounting for 23.7%and 33.7%of the total sound *** with the streamline body of tail head,the streamline body of head car is more biased towards high frequency for the sound source *** A-weighted radiated noise of the train body is characterized by broadband sound(mainly in the range of 1-4 kHz)and peak features(especially at 2 kHz).The snow-plough with the maximum expansion length can mitigate the strong peak effect of the sound at 2 kHz,reduce the total sound energy,and show the best acoustic radiation performance in the four *** numerical computation model was checked by the wind tunnel test results.

摘要：In this study, a novel punch toolset was developed to investigate the hot stamping of AA6082-T4 sheet. The effect of the process parameters, including forming temperature, punching velocity, friction coefficient, and blank holder force(BHF) on formability was quantified using Taguchi design, analysis of variance(ANOVA) and mathematical statistics. The finite element(FE) model has been established in software Pamstamp for simulation and analysis of their effects on the minimum thickness and thickness variation of the hot-stamped component. The major factors influencing the minimum thickness of the hot-stamped part has been found to be BHF and friction coefficient with influence significance of 35.3% and 34.88%, respectively. Additionally, punch velocity and BHF affect the thickness deviation significantly with influence significance of 40.43% and 35.42%, respectively. Furthermore, a serious thinning occurs on the punch corner region of the hot-stamped cup when the BHF is larger than 2.4 kN. The thickness deviation of the hotformed cup has been found to be firstly decreased and then increased with the increase of punch velocity. Low friction coefficient between punch and blank led to crack at bottom centre of the cup. Moreover, different type, phenomenon and mechanism of defects occurring during hot stamping process, such as crack and wrinkling, were discussed. The crack mode was dimple-dominated ductile fracture, which was induced by micro-void nucleation, growth and coalescence.

摘要：To solve the existing problems during the ceramic mold enterprises product design and development process, the variable structure parametric design system based on modular of ceramic mold has been developed. The system uses the object-oriented technology and top-down design concept as a guide, establishes a ceramic mold parametric design process, divides the process of ceramic mold design into modules of different levels and creates a component model library based on the functional analysis. Expanding modular thinking to parts structure design level is an effective solution to the difficulty of changing the structure during the product design process. Examples show that the system can achieve a ceramic mold product design, improve design efficiency.

摘要：State of Charge （SOC） is used to adjust the initialization SOC value so as to make electric vehicle simulation results close to real vehicle performance. This paper firstly analyses the battery SOC correct algorithm, then uses ADVISOR which is a electric vehicle simulation software to simulate a hybrid electric car with three different cases of no SOC correct, linear SOC correct and zero delta SOC correct, as well as makes the compare and analysis for those simulation results. In the end, an overall conclusion to SOC correct algorithm is given.
