摘要：On the basis of single factor tests, the effect of trace elements—Fe2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ ions—on biological methane production from heavy oil was investigated by the response surface method. A three-level Box-Behnken design was employed to study the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable by applying initial Fe2+, Co2+ and Ni2+ concentration as the independent variables(factors) and using the methane production after 270 days of cultivation as the dependent variable(response). A prediction model of quadramatic polynomial regression equation was obtained. The results showed that the methane production could be as high as 240.69 μmol after optimization compared with 235.74 μmol obtained under un-optimized condition. Furthermore, the microbial communities before and after biodegradation were analyzed by PCR-DGGE method. The dominant bands were recovered and sequenced. Three strains were obtained; the strain T1 has 97% similarity with Bacillus thermoamylovorans, the strain H3 has 97% similarity with Bacillus thermoamylovorans and the strain H4 has 99% similarity with Bacillus vietnamensis.

摘要：In this paper, the mixture of dimethyl carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate was separated by middle-vessel batch distillation with feeding in middle-vessel and process control characteristics were researched. The steady state simulation results in Aspen Plus were exported to Aspen Dynamics. Then control effect of liquid level control with HighSelector, composition control(structure1, structure2) and temperature control(proportional action, proportional integration action) were proposed. Composition control structure 2 and temperature control with PI action were investigated to achieve a good control effect.

摘要：An interesitng class of organicA-π-D-π-A dyes based on an N,N,N＇,N＇-tetraphenylbenzidine（TPD） unit as donor was designed and synthesized for dye-sensitized solar cells（DSSCs）. TPD-4-based DSSCs gave a short circuit photocurrent density（Jsc） of 16.67 mA/cm2, a open circuit voltage（Voc） of 0.635 V and a fill factor（f/） of 0.68, achieving a solar-to-electricity conversion efficiency（r/） of 7.22% in preliminary tests. The N3-sensitized device gave an η value of 8.02% with a Jsc of 18.81 mA/cm2, a Voc of 0.630 V and anffof 0.68 under the same conditions. The incident photo-to-current efficiency（IPCE） values above 70% observed in a range of 460 to 600 nm with a maximum value of 80% at 500 nm indicate that the TPD-4-based DSSC shows a high performance. Under the same conditions, the DSSC based on N3 provided the IPCE values above 70% in a range of 490 to 580 nm with a maximum value of 76% at 500 nm. Both further optimization of the device processing and structural modification of these dyes are an- ticipated to make the device give even better performances.

摘要：This work develops a heuristic method for the design of batch water-using networks of multiple contaminants with regeneration unit based on the concepts of concentration potential. A water-using network involving regeneration unit can be formed by adding the regenerated stream(s) into the network involving reuse only. In the design procedure of the network operated in a single batch mode, time is take n as the primary factor a nd con centration potentials as the secondary one. For the networks operated in a repeated mode, the design procedure is similar to that for continuous processes, besides designing the storage tanks with the rules proposed. Continuous regeneration unit is selected in this work. With the proposed method, the network structure corresponding to the minimum freshwater consumption can be obtained. It is shown that the method proposed in this article is simple, effective and has clear engineering meaning.

摘要：A novel optimization design method for the multiphase pump impeller is proposed through combining the quasi-3D hydraulic design（Q3DHD）, the boundary vortex flux（BVF） diagnosis, and the genetic algorithm（GA）. The BVF diagnosis based on the Q3DHD is used to evaluate the objection function. Numerical simulations and hydraulic performance tests are carried out to compare the impeller designed only by the Q3DHD method and that optimized by the presented method. The comparisons of both the flow fields simulated under the same condition show that（1） the pressure distribution in the optimized impeller is more reasonable and the gas-liquid separation is more efficiently inhibited,（2） the scales of the gas pocket and the vortex decrease remarkably for the optimized impeller,（3） the unevenness of the BVF distributions near the shroud of the original impeller is effectively eliminated in the optimized impeller. The experimental results show that the differential pressure and the maximum efficiency of the optimized impeller are increased by 4% and 2.5%, respectively. Overall, the study indicates that the optimization design method proposed in this paper is feasible.

摘要：研究目的:提出一种新的腐蚀疲劳损伤演化模型,建立基于损伤演化的腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型。创新要点:将应力腐蚀损伤与疲劳损伤非线性耦合,建立腐蚀疲劳损伤演化律,依托实验确定腐蚀疲劳损伤演化参数,形成基于损伤演化律的腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型。研究方法:采用理论研究与实验验证相结合的研究方法。选取特定材料设计应力腐蚀实验,回归应力腐蚀门槛值应力和损伤参数(图2);查阅疲劳实验数据建立变幅疲劳损伤模型,将应力腐蚀损伤与变幅疲劳损伤非线性累加形成腐蚀疲劳损伤非线性演化模型。根据腐蚀疲劳实验结果,验证腐蚀疲劳损伤演化模型并确定非线性损伤累加参数(图5和6),形成基于损伤演化律的腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型。重要结论:从损伤力学角度,将材料的腐蚀疲劳损伤处理成应力腐蚀损伤与疲劳损伤的非线性累加,形成腐蚀疲劳损伤演化模型。结合LY12CZ铝合金的试验结果,验证了损伤演化模型的可行性。该方法可以为材料腐蚀疲劳的寿命评价研究提供新的思路。

摘要：Most acceleration diagrams show high levels of unpredictability, as a result, it is the best to avoid using diagrams of earthquake acceleration spect~＇a, even if the diagrams recorded at the site in question. In order to design earthquake resistant structures, we, instead, suggest constructing a design spectrum using a set of spectra that have common characteristics to the recorded acceleration diagrams at a particular site and smoothing the associated data. In this study, we conducted a time history analysis and determined a design spectrum for the region near the Lali tunnel in Southwestern Iran. We selected 13 specific ground motion records from the rock site to construct the design spectrum. To process the data, we first applied a base-line correction and then calculated the signal-to-noise ratio （]~SN） for each record. Next, we calculated the Fourier amplitude spectra of the acceleration pertaining to the signal window （1）, and the Fourier amplitude spectra of the associated noise （2）. After dividing each spectra by the square root of the selected window interval, they were divided by each other （1 divided by 2）, in order to obtain the ~SN ratio （filtering was also applied）. In addition, all data were normalized to the peak ground acceleration （PGA）. Next, the normalized vertical and horizontal responses and mean response spectrum （50%） and the mean plus-one standard deviation （84%） were calculated for all the selected ground motion records at 5% damping. Finally, the mean design spectrum and the mean plus-one standard deviation were plotted for the spectrums. The equation of the mean and the above-mean design spectrum at the Lali tunnel site are also provided, along with our observed conclusions.

摘要：The existing third-order tracker known as α-β-γ-δ filter has been used for target tracking and predicting for years. The filter can track the target＇s position and velocity, but not the acceleration. To extend its capability, a new fourth-order target tracker called α-β-γ-δ filter is proposed. The main objective of this study was to find the optimal set of filter parameters that leads to minimum position tracking errors. The tracking errors between using the α-β-γ-δ filter and the α-β-γ-δ filter are compared. As a result, the new filter exhibits significant improvement in position tracking accuracy over the existing third-order filter, but at the expense of computational time in search of the optimal filter. To reduce the computational time, a simulation-based optimization technique via Taguchi method is introduced.
