摘要：This paper considers the parameter estimation and stabilization of an unstable one-dimen- sional wave equation with matched general harmonic disturbance at the controlled end. The back- stepping method for infinite-dimensional system is adopted in the design of the adaptive regulator. It is shown that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. 摘要：The aim of this study is to define optimal tooth modifications, introduced by appropriately chosen head-cutter geometry and machine tool setting, to simultaneously minimize tooth contact pressure and angular displacement error of the driven gear （transmission error） of face-hobbed spiral bevel gears. As a result of these modifications, the gear pair becomes mismatched, and a point contact replaces the theoretical line contact. In the applied loaded tooth contact analysis it is assumed that the point contact under load is spreading over a surface along the whole or part of the ‘‘potential’’ contact line. A computer program was developed to implement the formulation provided above. By using this program the influence of tooth modifications introduced by the variation in machine tool settings and in head cutter data on load and pressure distributions, transmission errors, and fillet stresses is investigated and discussed. The correlation between the ease-off obtained by pinion tooth modifications and the corresponding tooth contact pressure distribution is investigated and the obtained results are presented.

摘要：This article presents a general form of the estimator for identifying dispersion effects from unreplicated two-level factorial experiments,and shows that the widely used estimators such as the BH,MH,and AMH estimators are all special cases of the proposed one,designated as the G *** unbiased condition of the G estimator is proved,and a lower bound of variance of the G estimator is provided.A simulation based on a realistic design illustrates the variation of the variance and MSE(mean square error) of the G estimator on different *** estimator may be more flexible and has better performance than other methods such as the BH and MH estimators by appropriately selecting the coefficients.

摘要：One of the key challenges for implementing RFID systems in supply chain management is the difficulty in economic justification. Such difficulty is further amplified by its public participation nature as multiple self-interest beneficiaries may receive diverse paybacks, and their incentives to join the system are difficult to align. This paper aims to address these problems by a collaborative design from two aspects. First, we propose to introduce a centralized planning mechanism in the chain to facilitate the participation, so that the cost of the overall system can be minimized. Second, we propose to analyze the multi-facet economic return from multi-purpose applications to achieve the full potential of RFID systems. To illustrate our approach, its application for inventory inaccuracy and product recall in RFID system is presented.

摘要：This paper addresses the present-day context of Systems Engineering, revisiting and setting up an updated framework for the SIMILAR process in order to use it to engineer the contemporary systems. The contemporary world is crowded of large interdisciplinary complex systems made of other systems, personnel, hardware, software, information, processes, and facilities. An integrated holistic approach is crucial to develop these systems and take proper account of their multifaceted nature and numerous interrelationships. As the system＇s complexity and extent grow, the number of parties involved （stakeholders and shareholders） usually also raises, bringing to the interaction a considerable amount of points of view, skills, responsibilities, and interests. The Systems Engineering approach aims to tackle the complex and interdisciplinary whole of those socio-technical systems, providing the means to enable their successful realization. Its exploitation in our modern world is assuming an increasing relevance noticeable by emergent standards, academic papers, international conferences, and post-graduate programmes in the field. This work aims to provide ＂the picture＂ of modern Systems Engineering, and to update the context of the SIMILAR process model in order to use this renewed framework to engineer the challenging contemporary systems. The emerging trends in the field are also pointed-out with particular reference to the Model-Based Systems Engineering approach.

摘要：A direct as well as iterative method(called the orthogonally accumulated projection method, or the OAP for short) for solving linear system of equations with symmetric coefficient matrix is introduced in this paper. With the Lanczos process the OAP creates a sequence of mutually orthogonal vectors, on the basis of which the projections of the unknown vectors are easily obtained, and thus the approximations to the unknown vectors can be simply constructed by a combination of these projections. This method is an application of the accumulated projection technique proposed recently by the authors of this paper, and can be regarded as a match of conjugate gradient method(CG) in its nature since both the CG and the OAP can be regarded as iterative methods, too. Unlike the CG method which can be only used to solve linear systems with symmetric positive definite coefficient matrices, the OAP can be used to handle systems with indefinite symmetric matrices. Unlike classical Krylov subspace methods which usually ignore the issue of loss of orthogonality, OAP uses an effective approach to detect the loss of orthogonality and a restart strategy is used to handle the loss of *** experiments are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the OAP.

摘要：The Green Climate Fund （GCF） has been one of the core issues of the world climate summits under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change （UNFCCC） in recent years. However, the GCF has not progressed smoothly, and currently there are no satisfactory schemes for raising and distributing the fund. This paper first discusses how to finance the GCF among Annex II countries. It introduces the ＇preference score compromises＇ （PSC） approach which is based on environmental responsibility and economic capacity, with historical emissions as an indicator for environmental responsibility and GDP as indicator for economic capacity. The results show that the United States and the European Union are the two largest contributors to the GCF, sponsoring more than 80% of the funds. Second, we discuss how to allocate the funds among non-Annex II parties. The ＇adaptation needs＇ （AN） approach, which takes account of economic strength and climate damages, is proposed to achieve the adaptation purpose of the GCF, and the results reveal that African countries with high levels of climate vulnerability could get most funds, with a share of almost 30%. Regarding the mitigation purpose of the GCF, this research introduces two approaches： the ＇carbon reduction contribution＇ （CC） approach and the ＇incremental cost＇ （IC） approach. Both approaches could achieve significant reductions in carbon emissions in non-Annex II parties, whereas the latter may provide limited adaptation finance but result in more mitigation effects. This paper also develops a method to combine abatement efficiency and adaptation fairness of the GCF, and we find that with an equal split between the AN and CC （or AN and IC） approaches, the amount of USD 100 billion could finance an emissions reduction of 1613 MtCO2 （2477 MtCO2）, while allocating USD 16 （or USD 9） per capita for adaptation in non-Annex II parties. The schemes proposed may be useful for promoting the development of the GCF in the future.
