摘要：For the conventional single-ended eFuse cell, sensing failures can occur due to a variation of a post-program eFuse resistance during the data retention time and a relatively high program resistance of several kilo ohms. A differential paired eFuse cell is designed which is about half the size smaller in sensing resistance of a programmed eFuse link than the conventional single-ended eFuse cell. Also, a sensing circuit of sense amplifier is proposed, based on D flip-flop structure to implement a simple sensing circuit. Furthermore, a sensing margin test circuit is proposed with variable pull-up loads out of consideration for resistance variation of a programmed eFuse. When an 8 bit eFuse OTP IP is designed with 0.18 ~tm standard CMOS logic of TSMC, the layout dimensions are 229.04 μm ×100.15μm. All the chips function successfully when 20 test chips are tested with a program voltage of 4.2 V.

摘要：In multipath environments, the error rate performance of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （OFDM） is severely degraded by the deep fading subcarriers. Powerful error-correcting codes must be used with OFDM. This paper presents a quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check （LDPC） coded OFDM system, in which the redundant bits of each codeword are mapped to a higher-order modulation constellation. The op- timal degree distribution was calculated using density evolution. The corresponding quasi-cyclic LDPC code was then constructed using circulant permutation matrices. Group shuffled message passing scheduling was used in the iterative decoding. Simulation results show that the system achieves better error rate performance and faster decoding convergence than conventional approaches on both additive white Gaussian noise （AWGN） and Rayleigh fading channels.

摘要：A novel mapping equivalent approach is proposed in this paper, which can be used for analyzing and realizing a memristor-based dynamical circuit equivalently by a nonlinear dynamical circuit with the same topologies and circuit parameters. A memristor-based chaotic circuit and the corresponding Chua＇s chaotic circuit with two output differentiators are taken as examples to illustrate this approach. Equivalent dynamical analysis and realization of the memristor-based chaotic circuit are performed by using Chua＇s chaotic circuit. The results indicate that the outputs of memristor-based chaotic circuit and the corresponding outputs of Chua＇s chaotic circuit have identical dynamics. The proposed approach verified by numerical simulations and experimental observations is useful in designing and analyzing memristor-based dynamical circuits.

摘要：A 1 kbit antifuse one time programmable(OTP) memory IP,which is one of the non-volatile memory IPs,was designed and used for power management integrated circuits(ICs).A conventional antifuse OTP cell using a single positive program voltage(VPP) has a problem when applying a higher voltage than the breakdown voltage of the thin gate oxides and at the same time,securing the reliability of medium voltage(VM) devices that are thick gate transistors.A new antifuse OTP cell using a dual program voltage was proposed to prevent the possibility for failures in a qualification test or the yield *** the newly proposed cell,a stable sensing is secured from the post-program resistances of several ten thousand ohms or below due to the voltage higher than the hard breakdown voltage applied to the terminals of the *** layout size of the designed 1 kbit antifuse OTP memory IP with Dongbu HiTek's 0.18 μm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS(BCD) process is 567.9 μm×205.135 μm and the post-program resistance of an antifuse is predicted to be several ten thousand ohms.

摘要：A newly developed heuristic global optimization algorithm, called gravitational search algorithm （GSA）, was introduced and applied for simultaneously coordinated designing of power system stabilizer （PSS） and thyristor controlled series capacitor （TCSC） as a damping controller in the multi-machine power system. The coordinated design problem of PSS and TCSC controllers over a wide range of loading conditions is formulated as a multi-objective optimization problem which is the aggregation of two objectives related to damping ratio and damping factor. By minimizing the objective function with oscillation, the characteristics between areas are contained and hence the interactions among the PSS and TCSC controller under transient conditions are modified. For evaluation of effectiveness and robustness of proposed controllers, the performance was tested on a weakly connected power system subjected to different disturbances, loading conditions and system parameter variations. The cigenvalues analysis and nonlinear simulation results demonstrate the high performance of proposed controllers which is able to provide efficient damping of low frequency oscillations.

摘要：This study considered the design of an efficient, high brightness polar InGaN/GaN light emitting diode （LED） structure with A1GaN capping layer for green light emission. The deposition of high In （〉 15%） composition within InGaN quantum well （QW） has limitations when providing intense green light. To design an effective model for a highly efficient InGaN green LEDs, this study considered the compositions of indium and aluminum for InxGal xN QW and AlyGal yN cap layers, along with different layer thicknesses of well, barrier and cap. These structural properties significantly affect different properties. For example, these properties affect electric fields of layers, polarization, overall elastic stress energy and lattice parameter of the structure, emission wavelength, and intensity of the emitted light. Three models with different composition and layer thicknesses are simulated and analyzed to obtain green light with in-plane equilibrium lattice parameter close to GaN （3.189 A ） with the highest oscillator strength values. A structure model is obtained with an oscillator strength value of 1.18 × 10-1 and least in-plane equilibrium lattice constant of 3.218 A. This emitter can emit at a wavelength of 540 nm, which is the expected design for the fabrication of highly efficient, bright green LEDs.

摘要：Under Type-Ⅱ progressively hybrid censoring, this paper discusses statistical inference and optimal design on stepstress partially accelerated life test for hybrid system in presence of masked data. It is assumed that the lifetime of the component in hybrid systems follows independent and identical modified Weibull distributions. The maximum likelihood estimations(MLEs)of the unknown parameters, acceleration factor and reliability indexes are derived by using the Newton-Raphson algorithm. The asymptotic variance-covariance matrix and the approximate confidence intervals are obtained based on normal approximation to the asymptotic distribution of MLEs of model parameters. Moreover,two bootstrap confidence intervals are constructed by using the parametric bootstrap method. The optimal time of changing stress levels is determined under D-optimality and A-optimality ***, the Monte Carlo simulation study is carried out to illustrate the proposed procedures.
