摘要：The design of a high-speed decoder using traditional partly parallel architecture for Non-Quasi-Cyclic（NQC） Low-Density Parity-Check（LDPC） codes is a challenging problem due to its high memory-block cost and low hardware utilization efficiency. In this paper, we present efficient hardware implementation schemes for NQCLDPC codes. First, we propose an implementation-oriented construction scheme for NQC-LDPC codes to avoid memory-access conflict in the partly parallel decoder. Then, we propose a Modified Overlapped Message-Passing（MOMP） algorithm for the hardware implementation of NQC-LDPC codes. This algorithm doubles the hardware utilization efficiency and supports a higher degree of parallelism than that used in the Overlapped Message Passing（OMP） technique proposed in previous works. We also present single-core and multi-core decoder architectures in the proposed MOMP algorithm to reduce memory cost and improve circuit efficiency. Moreover, we introduce a technique called the cycle bus to further reduce the number of block RAMs in multi-core decoders. Using numerical examples, we show that, for a rate-2/3, length-15360 NQC-LDPC code with 8.43-d B coding gain for Binary PhaseShift Keying（BPSK） in an Additive White Gaussian Noise（AWGN） channel, the decoder with the proposed scheme achieves a 23.8%–52.6% reduction in logic utilization per Mbps and a 29.0%–90.0% reduction in message-memory bits per Mbps.

摘要：Information analysis of high dimensional data was carried out through similarity measure application. High dimensional data were considered as the a typical structure. Additionally, overlapped and non-overlapped data were introduced, and similarity measure analysis was also illustrated and compared with conventional similarity measure. As a result, overlapped data comparison was possible to present similarity with conventional similarity measure. Non-overlapped data similarity analysis provided the clue to solve the similarity of high dimensional data. Considering high dimensional data analysis was designed with consideration of neighborhoods information. Conservative and strict solutions were proposed. Proposed similarity measure was applied to express financial fraud among multi dimensional datasets. In illustrative example, financial fraud similarity with respect to age, gender, qualification and job was presented. And with the proposed similarity measure, high dimensional personal data were calculated to evaluate how similar to the financial fraud. Calculation results show that the actual fraud has rather high similarity measure compared to the average, from minimal 0.0609 to maximal 0.1667.

摘要：In the era of Big Data, typical architecture of distributed real-time stream processing systems is the combination of Flume, Kafka, and Storm. As a kind of distributed message system, Kafka has the characteristics of horizontal scalability and high throughput, which is manly deployed in many areas in order to address the problem of speed mismatch between message producers and consumers. When using Kafka, we need to quickly receive data sent by producers. In addition, we need to send data to consumers quickly. Therefore, the performance of Kafka is of critical importance to the performance of the whole stream processing system. In this paper, we propose the improved design of real-time stream processing systems, and focus on improving the Kafka's data loading *** use Kafka cat to transfer data from the source to Kafka topic directly, which can reduce the network transmission. We also utilize the memory file system to accelerate the process of data loading, which can address the bottleneck and performance problems caused by disk I/O. Extensive experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance, which show the superiority of our improved design.

摘要：According to the structures and characteristics of the current conveyor circuits, a non inverting current integrator, an inverting current integrator and a multi output follower circuits have been constructed. Applying inter reciprocity network theorem, a method was developed to implement the transform from RLC filter prototype circuits into active RC filter circuits, and finally into current mode filter based on current conveyor. The transfer functions and component sensitivities are common among them. It is effective in the processing of current mode analog signal, which is easy to implement.

摘要：A computer-aided method to design a hybrid layout--tree-shape planar flowlines is presented. In newtype fiowshop layout, the common machines shared by several flowlines could be located together in functional sections. The approach combines traditional cell formation techniques with sequence alignment algorithms. Firstly, a sequence analysis based cell formation procedure is adopted; then the operation sequences for parts are aligned to maximize machines adjacency in hyperedge representations; finally a tree-shape planar flowline will be obtained for each part family. With the help of a sample of operation sequences obtained from industry, this algorithm is illustrated.

摘要：It is well known that interleavers play a critical role in Turbo coding/decoding schemes, and contention-free interleaver design has become a serious problem in the paraUelization of Turbo decoding, which is indispensable to meet the demands for high throughput and low latency in next generation mobile communication systems. This paper unveils the fact that interleavers based on permutation polynomials modulo N are contention-free for every window size W, a factor of the intedeaver length N, which, also called maximum contention-free interleavers.

摘要：Similarity measure design for discrete data group was proposed. Similarity measure design for continuous membership function was also carried out. Proposed similarity measures were designed based on fuzzy number and distance measure, and were proved. To calculate the degree of similarity of discrete data, relative degree between data and total distribution was obtained. Discrete data similarity measure was completed with combination of mentioned relative degrees. Power interconnected system with multi characteristics was considered to apply discrete similarity measure. Naturally, similarity measure was extended to multi-dimensional similarity measure case, and applied to bus clustering problem.

摘要：Currently, 1 bit or 2 bit signal quantization is widely used in satellite navigation software receivers. The bit-wise parallel algorithm has been proposed for 1 bit and 2 bit signal quantization, which performs correlation with high efficiency. In order to improve the performance of the correlator, this paper proposes a new 1.5 bit quantization method. Theoretical analyses are made from the aspects of complexity and quantization loss, and performance comparison between 1.5 bit quantization correlator and traditional correlators is discussed. The results show that the 1.5 bit quantization algorithm can save about 30 percent complexity under similar quantization loss, reduce more than 0.5 dB signal noise ratio（SNR） loss under similar complexity. It shows great performance improvement for correlators of satellite navigation software receivers.

摘要：A novel dual-directional silicon controlled rectifier（DDSCR） device with embedded PNP structure（DDSCR-PNP） is proposed for electrostatic discharge（ESD） protection, which has greatly reduced latch-up risk owing to the improved holding voltage（V_h/. Firstly, the working mechanism of the DDSCR-PNP is analyzed. The theoretical analysis indicates that the proposed device possesses good voltage clamp ability due to the embedded PNP（PNP_2）. Then, experimental devices are fabricated in a 0.35 m bipolar-CMOS-DMOS process and measured with a Barth 4002 transmission line pulse testing system. The results show that the V_h of DDSCR-PNP is much higher than that of the conventional DDSCR, and can be further increased by adjusting the P well ***, the reduced leakage current（I_L/ of the DDSCR-PNP shows obvious fluctuations when the P well width is increased to more than 12 m. Finally, the factors influencing V_h and I_L are investigated by Sentaurus simulations. The results verify that the lateral PNP_2 helps to increase V_h and decrease I_L. When the P well width is further increased, the effect of the lateral PNP_2 is weakened, causing an increased I_L. The proposed DDSCR-PNP provides an effective and attractive ESD protection solution for high-voltage integrated circuits.

摘要：An experimental double-layer active frequency-selective surface（AFSS） for stealth radome is proposed. The AFSS is a planar structure which is composed of a fixed frequency-selective surface（FSS）, a PIN diodes array, and a DC bias network. The AFSS elements incorporating switchable PIN diodes are discussed. By means of controlling the DC bias network, it is possible to switch the frequency response for reflecting and transmitting. Measured and simulated data validate that when the incidence angle varies from 0°to 30° the AFSS produces more than-11.5 dB isolation across6–18 GHz when forward biased. The insertion loss（IL） is less than 0.5 dB across 10–11 GHz when reverse biased.
