摘要：To maximize the throughput of frequency-selective multicast channel, the minimum-phase Finite Impulse Response (FIR) precoder design is investigated in this paper. This problem can be solved in two steps. Firstly, we focus on designing a nonminimum-phase FIR precoder under the criterion of maximizing the throughput, and develop two efficient algorithms for the FIR precoder design from perspectives of frequency domain and time domain. In the second step, based on the theory of spectral factorization, the nonminimum-phase FIR precoder is transformed into the corresponding minimum-phase FIR precoder by a classic iterative algorithm without affecting the throughput. Numerical results indicate that the achievable rate of the proposed design has remarkable improvement over that of existing schemes, moreover, the group delay introduced by the FIR precoder is minimized.

摘要：Usually the polarization of the interference and the target backscattering may vary constantly, so the optimal receiving polarization of the polarization filter should be recalculated, which makes the filter realization very difficult. Also the predict method of the necessary parameters is not explained in most papers, which makes the polarization filter realization impossible. A novel modi- fied interference suppression （MIS） polarization filter is proposed, which resolves these problems by a new polarization designed strategy. The computation of this polarization filter is easy in most conditions, and the necessary parameters estimation method in real time is introduced, which makes polarization filter design possible.

摘要：This work presents the optimal design of a silicon-on-insulator （SOI） diode structure to eliminate the back gate bias effect and to improve breakdown voltage. The SOI structure is characterized by inserting a silicon low doping buried layer （LDBL） between the silicon layer and the buried oxide layer. The LDBL thickness is a key parameter that affects the strong inversion condition of the back MOS capacitor of the new SOI diode. The optimal LDBL thickness in the SOI diode is 2.65μ*** LDBL shielding layer improved the breakdown voltage.

摘要：The ZDPS-1A pico-satellites are the first satellites in China within the 1-10 kg mass range that are successfully operated on orbit. Unlike common pico-satellites, they are designed to be ＂larger but stronger＂ with more powerful platforms and unique payloads so as to bear a better promise for real applications. Through their space flight mission, the functionality and perform- ance of the two flight models are tested on orbit and validated to be mostly normal and in consistency with design and ground tests with only several inconforming occasions. Moreover, they have worked properly on orbit for one year so far, well exceed- ing their life expectancy of three months. Therefore, the space flight mission has reached all its goals, and verified that the design concept and the engineering process of the pico-satellites are sufficient in allowing them the desired functionality and perform- ance in, and the adaption to the launch procedure and the low-Earth orbit space environment. In the foreseeable future, the plat- form together with the design concept and the engineering process of the pico-satellites are expected to be applied to more com- plicated real space applications.

摘要：The problems existing in the binary logic system and the advantages of multiple-valued logic (MVL) are introduced. A literal circuit with three-track-output structure is created based on resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs) and it has the most basic memory function. A ternary RTD D flip-flop with pre-set and pre-reset functions is also designed, the key module of which is the RTD literal circuit. Two types of output structure of the ternary RTD D flip-flop are optional: one is three-track and the other is single-track; these two structures can be transformed conveniently by merely adding tri-valued RTD NAND, NOR, and inverter units after the three-track output. The design is verified by simulation. Ternary flip-flop consists of an RTD literal circuit and it not only is easy to understand and implement but also provides a solution for the algebraic interface between the multiple-valued logic and the binary logic. The method can also be used for design of other types of multiple-valued RTD flip-flop circuits.

摘要：Support Vector Machines (SVMs) have been widely used in pattern recognition and have also drawn considerable interest in control areas. Based on a method of least squares SVM (LS-SVM) for multivariate function estimation, a generalized inverse system is developed for the linearization and decoupling control of a general nonlinear continuous system. The approach of inverse modelling via LS-SVM and parameters optimization using the Bayesian evidence framework is discussed in detail. In this paper, complex high-order nonlinear system is decoupled into a number of pseudo-linear Single Input Single Output (SISO) subsystems with linear dynamic components. The poles of pseudo-linear subsystems can be configured to desired positions. The proposed method provides an effective alternative to the controller design of plants whose accurate mathematical model is un- known or state variables are difficult or impossible to measure. Simulation results showed the efficacy of the method.

摘要：We propose a single-poly MTP （multi-time programmable） cell consisting of one capacitor and two transistors based on MagnaChip＇s BCD process. The area of a unit cell is 37.743 75μm^2. The proposed single-poly MTP cell is erased and programmed by the FN tunnelling scheme. We design a 256 bit MTP memory for PMICs （power management ICs） using the proposed single-poly MTP cells. For small-area designs, we propose a selection circuit between V10V and VSV, and a WL （word-line） driver by simplifying its logic circuit. We reduce the total layout area by using pumped internal node voltages from a seven-stage cross-coupled charge pump for V10V （=10 V） and V5V （=5 V） without any additional charge pumps. The layout size of the designed 256 bit MTP memory is 618.250 μm × 437.425μm.
