摘要：In this article, highly sensitive and low confinement loss enriching micro structured photonic crystal fiber （PCF） has been suggested as an optical sensor. The proposed PCF is porous cored hexagonal （P-HPCF） where cladding contains five layers with circular air holes and core vicinity is formed by two layered elliptical air holes. Two fundamental propagation characteristics such as the relative sensitivity and confinement loss of the proposed P-HPCF have been numerically scrutinized by the full vectorial finite element method （FEM） simulation procedure. The optimized values are modified with different geometrical parameters like diameters of circular or elliptical air holes, pitches of the core, and cladding region over a spacious assortment of wavelength from 0.8 ktm to 1.8 -m. All pretending results exhibit that the relative sensitivity is enlarged according to decrement of wavelength of the transmission band （O＋E＋S＋C＋L＋U）. In addition, all useable liquids reveal the maximum sensitivity of 57.00%, 57.18%, and 57.27% for n=1.33, 1.354, and 1.366 respectively by lower band. Moreover, effective area, nonlinear coefficient, frequency, propagation constant, total electric energy, total magnetic energy, and wave number in free space of the proposed P-HPCF have been reported recently.

摘要：Developing low dimensional semiconductors with moderate band gaps,intrinsic ferromagnetism and large magnetic anisotropy energies (MAEs) is very desirable for high-speed nano-spintronic devices,which,however,still remains a big ***,via first principles calculations,a potential route to realize such materials is proposed based on a new class of one-dimensional transition metal (TM) embedded stannaspherene (Sn122-) nanowires [TM2(Sn12)]∞ (TM =Ti-Ni).Three semiconductors with robust ferromagnetism are achieved with TM =V,Cr and Fe,which all exhibit direct or quasi-direct band gaps around 1.0 eV,rendering their great potentials for visible light optoelectronic ***,[Cr2(Sn12)]∞ and [Fe2(Sn12)]∞ are both identified as bipolar magnetic semiconductors (BMS) with valence and conduction band edges spin polarized in the opposite directions,which are promising for realizing switch of carriers' spin orientation by electrical gating,while [V2(Sn12)]∞ exhibits a half semiconductor (HSC) property with valence and conduction band edges spin polarized in the same direction and can be used for spin-polarized carriers ***,sizable MAEs are discovered in these nanowires,which are at least two orders of magnitude larger than those of Fe,Co and Ni bulks and also significantly larger than current ferromagnetic semiconductors.

摘要：Architectural design is a crucial issue in software engineering. It makes testing more effective as it contribute to carry out the testing in an early stage of the software development. To improve software testability, the software architect should consider different testability metrics while building the software architecture. The main objective of this research is to conduct an early assessment of the software architecture for the purpose of its improvement in order to make the testing process more effective. In this paper, an evaluation model to assess software architecture (Architecture Design Testability Evaluation Model (ADTEM)) is presented. ADTEM is based on two different testability metrics: cohesion and coupling. ADTEM consists of two phases: software architecture evaluation phase, and component evaluation phase. In each phase, a fuzzy inference system is used to perform the evaluation process based on cohesion and coupling testing metrics. The model is validated by using a case study: Elders Monitoring System. The experimental results show that ADTEM is efficient and gave a considerable improvement to the software testability process.

摘要：Advances in the photocurrent conversion of two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides have enabled the realization and application of ultrasensitive and broad-spectral photodetectors. The requirements of previous devices constantly drive for complex technological implementation, resulting in limits in scale and complexity. Furthermore, the development of large-area and low-cost photodetectors would be beneficial for applications. Therefore, we demonstrate a novel design of a heterojunction photodetector based on solution-processed ultrathin MoSe2 nanosheets to satisfy the requirements of its application. The photodetector exhibits a high sensitivity to visible–near infrared light, with a linear dynamic range over 124 decibels (dB), a detectivity of ~1.2 × 1012Jones, and noise current approaching 0.1 pA·Hz–1/2at zero bias. Significantly, the device shows an ultra-high response speed up to 30 ns with a 3-dB predicted bandwidth over 32 MHz, which is far better than that of most of the 2D nanostructured and solution-processable photodetectors reported thus far and is comparable to that of commercial Si photodetectors. Combining our results with material-preparation methods, together with the methodology of device fabrication presented herein, can provide a pathway for the large-area integration of low-cost, high-speed photodetectors. 摘要：As a result of analysis of the existent methods and tools of computer aided design of the technical systems of many industrial areas, the primary purpose of the article that consists in the decision of different project problems within the framework of one programmatic system with the use of comfortable programmatic interface is certain. Architecture of the program interface for computer designing and option of technical systems of different industrial areas on the basis of stage-by-stage automated designing principles with using programmatic and informative supports is worked out. In the article, the problem of computer designing, searching and option of elements of manipulator for flexible manufacture module is considered. As a method of logical simulation of the problem, production model of designing procedures of the program interface and intelligence option of a manipulator, its technical parameters are developed. On the basis of algorithmic scheme of searching, the option of a manipulator from data base is worked out.

摘要：In this paper, an improved hybrid differential evolution-estimation of distribution algorithm (IHDE-EDA) is proposed for nonlinear programming (NLP) and mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) models in engineering optimization fields. In order to improve the global searching ability and convergence speed, IHDE-EDA takes full advantage of differential information and global statistical information extracted respectively from differential evolution algorithm and annealing mechanism-embedded estimation of distribution algorithm. Moreover, the feasibility rules are used to handle constraints, which do not require additional parameters and can guide the population to the feasible region quickly. The effectiveness of hybridization mechanism of IHDE-EDA is first discussed, and then simulation and comparison based on three benchmark problems demonstrate the efficiency, accuracy and robustness of IHDE-EDA. Finally, optimization on an industrial-size scheduling of two-pipeline crude oil blending problem shows the practical applicability of IHDE-EDA.

摘要：This research formulates a path-following control problem subjected to wheel slippage and skid and solves it using a logic-based control scheme for a wheeled mobile robot （WMR）. The novelty of the proposed scheme lies in its methodology that considers both longitudinal and lateral slip components. Based on the derived slip model, the controller for longitudinal motion slip has been synthesized. Various control parameters have been studied to investigate their effects on the performance of the controller resulting in selection of their optimum values. The designed controller for lateral slip or skid is based on the proposed side friction model and skid check condition. Considering a car-like WMR, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. The robot successfully followed the desired circular trajectory in the presence of wheel slippage and skid. This research finds its potential in various applications involving WMR navigation and control.
