摘要：In this study, a novel hybrid intelligent mining system integrating rough sets theory and support vector machines is developed to extract efficiently association rules from original information table for credit risk evaluation and analysis. In the proposed hybrid intelligent system, support vector machines are used as a tool to extract typical features and filter its noise, which are different from the previous studies where rough sets were only used as a preprocessor for support vector machines. Such an approach could reduce the information table and generate the final knowledge from the reduced information table by rough sets. Therefore, the proposed hybrid intelligent system overcomes the difficulty of extracting rules from a trained support vector machine classifier and possesses the robustness which is lacking for rough-set-based approaches. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid intelligent system is illustrated with two real-world credit datasets.

摘要：The security of mobile agent directly decides its usage width in e-commerce. Especially, to protect users＇ private information is becoming more important now and future. So an anonymous mobile agent security mechanism with the secure authentication infrastructure based on PKI （public key infrastructure） is proposed in the paper. The multi-agent system is programmed by java language and every agent must register itself in CA （certificate authority） before working in the net and express his legit identity which is temptly produced and used only once. The CA ensures the legal of all agents＇ identity which take part in communicaiton or trade. And every user agent identity only is used once which makes other agents cannot decipher users＇ private information. The security mechanism of the multi-agent system implements anonymity, integrity, data confidentiality of mobile agent based on the MH（multiple hop） integrity protection regard to PKI limit.

摘要：This paper firstly analyzes the features and developing tendency of AMT. Then starting from studying the challenges of AMT that qualified IE specialists have to face, it systematically analyzes the problems that part of a qualified IE specialist′s education can not fit to the development of AMT, discussing some root causes of these problems. Finally, it puts forward the idea for training of qualified IE specialists that should adapt to the development of AMT.

摘要：Objective: As one of the most popular designs used in genetic research, family-based design has been well recognized for its advantages, such as robustness against population stratification and admixture. With vast amounts of genetic data collected from family-based studies, there is a great interest in studying the role of genetic markers from the aspect of risk prediction. This study aims to develop a new statistical approach for family-based risk prediction analysis with an improved prediction accuracy compared with existing methods based on family history. Methods: In this study, we propose an ensemble-based likelihood ratio(ELR) approach, Fam-ELR, for family-based genomic risk prediction. Fam-ELR incorporates a clustered receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve method to consider correlations among family samples, and uses a computationally efficient tree-assembling procedure for variable selection and model building. Results: Through simulations, Fam-ELR shows its robustness in various underlying disease models and pedigree structures, and attains better performance than two existing family-based risk prediction methods. In a real-data application to a family-based genome-wide dataset of conduct disorder, Fam-ELR demonstrates its ability to integrate potential risk predictors and interactions into the model for improved accuracy, especially on a genome-wide level. Conclusions: By comparing existing approaches, such as genetic risk-score approach, Fam-ELR has the capacity of incorporating genetic variants with small or moderate marginal effects and their interactions into an improved risk prediction model. Therefore, it is a robust and useful approach for high-dimensional family-based risk prediction, especially on complex disease with unknown or less known disease etiology.

摘要：Numerous smart card based authentication protocols have been proposed to provide strong system security and robust individual privacy for communication between parties these days. Nevertheless, most of them do not provide formal analysis proof, and the security robustness is doubtful. Chang and Cheng(2011) proposed an efficient remote authentication protocol with smart cards and claimed that their proposed protocol could support secure communication in a multi-server environment. Unfortunately, there are opportunities for security enhancement in current schemes. In this paper, we identify the major weakness, i.e., session key disclosure, of a recently published protocol. We consequently propose a novel authentication scheme for a multi-server environment and give formal analysis proofs for security guarantees.

摘要：We construct the membership functions of the fuzzy objective values of a controllable queueing model,in which cost elements,arrival rate and service rate are all fuzzy numbers. Based on Zadeh's extension principle,a set of parametric nonlinear programs is developed to find the upper and lower bounds of the minimal average total cost per unit time at the possibility level. The membership functions of the minimal average total cost are further constructed using different values of the possibility level. A numerical example is solved successfully to illustrate the validity of the proposed approach. Because the object value is expressed and governed by the membership functions,the optimization problem in a fuzzy environment for the controllable queueing models is represented more accurately and analytical results are more useful for system designers and practitioners.

摘要：The outage of a transformer in a power generation system will generally result in a shutdown of the entire system. Consequentially, large amounts of revenue are lost to the plant owner with a substantial negative impact on the civil community and industrial customers. This paper analyzes the current maintenance practices （i.e., an as-is process model） of a transformer manufacturing company, which provides maintenance services to power generation plants and reports the major weaknesses in current business practices. The maintenance weaknesses include isolated processes and paper based information communication. These inefficient processes result in service delays, cost increases, and inappropriate responses to customers＇ specific requests and complaints. To improve the efficiency and flexibility of the entire transformer maintenance service system, an e-integration approach is implemented with three key tasks. First, the current business processes are re-engineered to provide an improved （to-be） business model. Then, we replace paper based documentation methods with an electronic filing system for efficient and cost-effective information exchange. Afterward, the improved process model is implemented as an Internet based system to enhance the interactions among the transformer manufacturer, end-users, and service contractors for customized maintenance services. The case study demonstrates that implementing the e-integration approach increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the customized maintenance services.

摘要：Due to the increasing amount and complexity of knowledge in product design, the know-ledge map based on design process is presented as a tool to reuse product design process, promote the product design knowledge sharing. The relationship between design task flow and knowledge flow is discussed; A knowledge organizing method based on design task decomposition and a visualization method to support the knowledge retrieving and sharing in product design are proposed. And a knowledge map system to manage the knowledge in product design process is built with Visual C＋＋ and SVG. Finally, a brief case study is provided to illustrate the construction and application of knowledge map in fuel pump design.

摘要：Computer-based conceptual design for routine design has made great strides, yet non-routine design has not been given due attention, and it is still poorly automated. Considering that the function-behavior-structure（FBS） model is widely used for modeling the conceptual design process, a computer-based creativity enhanced conceptual design model（CECD） for non-routine design of mechanical systems is presented. In the model, the leaf functions in the FBS model are decomposed into and represented with fine-grain basic operation actions（BOA）, and the corresponding BOA set in the function domain is then constructed. Choosing building blocks from the database, and expressing their multiple functions with BOAs, the BOA set in the structure domain is formed. Through rule-based dynamic partition of the BOA set in the function domain, many variants of regenerated functional schemes are generated. For enhancing the capability to introduce new design variables into the conceptual design process, and dig out more innovative physical structure schemes, the indirect function-structure matching strategy based on reconstructing the combined structure schemes is adopted. By adjusting the tightness of the partition rules and the granularity of the divided BOA subsets, and making full use of the main function and secondary functions of each basic structure in the process of reconstructing of the physical structures, new design variables and variants are introduced into the physical structure scheme reconstructing process, and a great number of simpler physical structure schemes to accomplish the overall function organically are figured out. The creativity enhanced conceptual design model presented has a dominant capability in introducing new deign variables in function domain and digging out simpler physical structures to accomplish the overall function, therefore it can be utilized to solve non-routine conceptual design problem.
