摘要：In this paper the design of a novel modular hydraulic/pneumatic actuated tele-robotic system and a new infrastructure for MRI-guided intervention for closed-bore MRI-guided neurosurgery are presented. Candidate neurosurgical procedures enabled by this system would include thermal ablation, radiofrequency ablation, deep brain stimulators, and targeted drug delivery. The major focus is the application of the designed MR-compatible robotic system to MRI-guided brain biopsy. Navigation and operating modules were designed to undertake the alignment and advancement of the surgical needle respectively. The mechanical design and control paradigm are reported.

摘要：Objective To observe the value of deep learning (DL) models for automatic classification of echocardiographic views. Methods Totally 100 patients after heart transplantation were retrospectively enrolled and divided into training set, validation set and test set at a ratio of 7 ∶ 2 ∶ 1. ResNet18, ResNet34, Swin Transformer and Swin Transformer V2 models were established based on 2D apical two chamber view, 2D apical three chamber view, 2D apical four chamber view, 2D subcostal view, parasternal long-axis view of left ventricle, short-axis view of great arteries, short-axis view of apex of left ventricle, short-axis view of papillary muscle of left ventricle, short-axis view of mitral valve of left ventricle, also 3D and CDFI views of echocardiography. The accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score and confusion matrix were used to evaluate the performance of each model for automatically classifying echocardiographic views. The interactive interface was designed based on Qt Designer software and deployed on the desktop. Results The performance of models for automatically classifying echocardiographic views in test set were all good, with relatively poor performance for 2D short-axis view of left ventricle and superior performance for 3D and CDFI views. Swin Transformer V2 was the optimal model for automatically classifying echocardiographic views, with high accuracy, precision, recall and F1 score was 92.56%, 89.01%, 89.97% and 89.31%, respectively, which also had the highest diagonal value in confusion matrix and showed the best classification effect on various views in t-SNE figure. Conclusion DL model had good performance for automatically classifying echocardiographic views, especially Swin Transformer V2 model had the best performance. Using interactive classification interface could improve the interpretability of prediction results to some extent.

摘要：An old drug with a new use can significantly reduce the cost and time for new drug research and development. MAPK （Mitogen-activated protein kinase） plays a very important key role in signal transduction pathways of cell proliferation and differentiation. According to the statistics, there are about 30% persons who suffered from cancers related to the MAPK signal transduction pathways. Therefore, many researchers are focused on blocking these pathways in cancers therapies. Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK, however, is one of very important pathways among MAPK message transduction pathways. More and more information about MEK protein inhibitors are unveiled in several recent years. In the present study, the authors utilized MEK inhibitors which were already published and their activities were available to construct 2D-QSAR model by using CADD （multiple linear regression）. Then, the authors searched certified FDA drugs （Drugs@FDA 6184 drugs） making preliminary screening. The secondary screening on 3D structures were followed by using Docking, Scoring and Pharmacophore analysis to find out most suitable MEK inhibitors to become a fundamental database in drug discovery. The results are shown the ALogP, number of aromatic rings, number of hydrogen bond acceptors and number of hydrogen bond donors are all in positive correlation. According to the equation from 2D-QSAR model, the results conform to the previous description.

摘要：Fundus diagnosis is an important part of the whole body examination that may provide rich clinical information to doctors for diagnostic reference. Manual fundus vessel extraction is helpful to quantitative measurement of diseases but obviously it is a tough work for physicians. This paper presents an automatic method by using Gabor filter bank to extract the artery and vein separately in the ocular fundus images. After preprocessing steps that include gray-scale transform, gray value inversion and contrast enhancement, the Gabor filter bank is applied to the extraction of the artery and vein in the ocular fundus images. Finally these two different width types of vessels are selected by post-processing methods such as labeling, corrosion, binarization, etc. Evaluation results show an accurate rate of 90% in vein and 82% in artery from 20 cases, that indicates the effectiveness of our proposed segmentation method.

摘要：针对将形状指数(SI)应用于三维图像时缺乏对应的推广形式,常通过计算三维图像的3个截面的SI来组合表达,导致在肠道肿瘤检测等应用中造成了大量的误检的问题,研究了三维情形SI的推广.首先选取球坐标系表达的单位球面以消除灰度变化尺度的影响;然后分析了球面的6个等价区域,并选取其一作为灰度变化的表征区域;由于SI原有的表达式不利于推广到三维空间,因此推导了一种等价的表达式,并通过分析此表达式在三维情形的推广,得到了描述三维图像局部灰度变化的指标——密度指数(DI).通过研究DI所表征区域的几何特性,得到了一条具有重要性质的曲线——逆Z线,并分析了其上典型特征点所对应的灰度变化模式.仿真实验结果表明,对于肠道肿瘤检测的典型情况,使用DI检测的误检率明显低于SI.

摘要：β-Glucuronidase(GUS)plays a key role in tumor initiation,metastasis,and progression,and thus,has been proposed as a promising cancer *** this study,we designed an enzyme-activatable near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent probe(DCM-βGlcA)for the rapid and accurate detection of GUS activity in vitro,in vivo and ex *** DCM-βGlcA was prepared by linking a glucuronic acid residue to dicyanomethylene-4 H-pyran(DCM).This probe exhibited significant light-up NIR fluorescent signals at 680 nm after reacting with GUS and the Stokes shift could reach 150 *** DCM-βGlcA showed a high sensitivity toward GUS and an excellent linear relationship at concentrations ranging between 0 and 4 U L^(-1)(R^(2)=0.9974)with the limit of detection as low as 0.19 U L^(-1).We used the DCM-βGlcA to identify GUS serum levels in both cancer patients and healthy individuals with a similar accuracy as that of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)while being easier and faster to ***,the DCM-βGlcA was used for tracking endogenous GUS in living cells,thereby discriminating GUSoverexpressed liver cancer from normal ***,the DCM-βGlcA was able to detect and image endogenous GUS in liver cancer tissue and tumor-bearing mouse *** findings demonstrate the potential of the DCM-βGlcA as a promising tool for detecting and monitoring GUS activity in preclinical applications.
