摘要：The coronary artery calcification score and pericardial fat volume have recently been reported to be strongly associated with the severity and presence of coronary atherosclerosis. However, no studies have explored the outcome of phased progression of atherosclerosis by non-contrast computed tomography in asymptomatic people in China. The population-based cohort study in outcome of phased progression of atherosclerosis in China （PERSUADE）, an observational, longitudinal and prospective cohort study in a target population of healthy sub- jects based in Jidong Oilfield （China）, prospectively analyzes the outcome of phased progression of atherosclerosis by non-contrast computed tomography in healthy population. The results of this study are expected to be of value for utilizing noninvasive imaging combine with tradi- tional cardiovascular risk factors to create a risk stratification and find pertinent biomarkers associated with the outcome of phased progres- sion of atherosclerosis in healthy people, thereby could help to establish a more personalized treatment of clinical practice.

摘要：The presence of yeast cells could stimulate hydrogen utilization of acetogens and enhance acetogenesis. To understand the roles of acetogens in rumen fermentation, an in vitro rumen fermentation experiment was conducted with addition of acetogen strain （TWA4） and/or Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product （XP）. A 2×2 factorial design with two levels of TWA4 （0 or 2×10^7 cells/ml） and XP （0 or 2 g/L） was performed. Volatile fatty acids （VFAs） were increased （P〈0.05） in XP and TWA4XP, while methane was increased only in TWA4XP （P〈0.05）. The increase rate of microorganisms with formyltetrahydrofolate synthetase, especially acetogens, was higher than that of methanogens under all treatments. Lachnospiraceae was predominant in all acetogen communities, but without close acetyI-CoA synthase （ACS） amino acid sequences from cultured isolates. Low-Acetitomaculum ruminis-like ACS was predominant in all acetogen communities, while four unique phylotypes in XP treatment were all amino acid identified Iow-Eubacterium limosum-like acetogens. It differs to XP treatment that more Iow-A. ruminis-like and less Iow- E. limosum-like sequences were identified in ＂I＇WA4 and TWA4XP treatments. Enhancing acetogenesis by supple- mentation with an acetogen strain and/or yeast cells may be an approach to mitigate methane, by targeting proper acetogens such as uncultured Iow-E. limosum-like acetogens.

摘要：目的探讨激素敏感性脂肪酶(HSL)基因(LIPE)启动子C-60G多态性在高糖膳食诱导的健康青年血浆糖脂代谢指标变化中的作用。方法广告招募56名平均年龄为(22.89±1.80)岁的在校健康志愿者(男性27名,女性29名),给予7 d平衡膳食(31%脂肪、54%碳水化合物、15%蛋白质)和6 d高糖膳食(15%脂肪、70%碳水化合物和15%蛋白质),于第1、8、14 d取12 h空腹静脉血,测定血脂、血糖、胰岛素水平,并计算体重指数(BMI)及稳态模型估算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)值。提取基因组DNA,聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法分析LIPEC-60G多态性。结果不论在高糖膳食前还是高糖膳食后,CC基因型女性高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(P<0.01或P<0.05)和载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(apo A-Ⅰ)(P<0.01或P<0.001)较CC基因型男性升高;高糖膳食后,CC基因型女性总胆固醇(TC)(P<0.01)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(P<0.05)较CC基因型男性升高。与高糖膳食前相比,高糖膳食后CC基因型男性BMI(P<0.05)、TC(P<0.001)和LDL-C(P<0.01)降低,HDL-C(P<0.01)和apo A-Ⅰ(P<0.05)升高;CG基因型男性BMI(P<0.05)和TC(P<0.01)降低。CC基因型女性TC(P<0.001)、LDL-C(P<0.01)降低,甘油三酯(TG)(P<0.01)和胰岛素(P<0.05)升高;CG基因型女性TC降低(P<0.05),TG升高(P<0.05)。结论 LIPEC-60G变异能够抑制高糖膳食诱导的健康青年男性LDL-C降低及HDL-C和apoA-Ⅰ的升高,抑制高糖诱导的健康青年女性LDL-C降低和胰岛素升高。
