摘要：In this paper, four new hybrid digital circuit design techniques, namely, hybrid multi-threshold CMOS complete stack technique, hybrid multi-threshold CMOS partial stack technique, hybrid super cutoff complete stack technique and hybrid super cutoff partial stack technique, have been proposed to reduce the subthreshold leakage power dissipation in standby modes. Techniques available in literature are compared with our proposed hybrid circuit design techniques. Performance parameters such as subthreshold leakage power dissipation in active and standby modes, dynamic power dissipation and propagation delay, are compared using existing and proposed hybrid techniques for a two input AND gate. Reduction of subthreshold leakage power dissipation in standby mode is given more importance, in comparison with the other circuit design performance parameters. It is found that there is reduction in subthreshold leakage power dissipation in standby and active modes by 3.5× and 1.15× respectively using the proposed hybrid super cutoff complete stack technique as compared to the existing multi-threshold CMOS (MTCMOS) technique. Also a saving of 2.50× and 1.04× in subthreshold leakage power dissipation in standby and active modes respectively were observed using hybrid super cutoff complete stack technique as compared to the existing super cutoff CMOS (SCCMOS) technique. The proposed hybrid super cutoff stack technique proved to perform better in terms of subthreshold leakage power dissipation in standby mode in comparison with other techniques. Simulation results using Microwind EDA tool in 65 nm CMOS technology is provided in this paper.

摘要：The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan （PC6） with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.

摘要：Wind force coefficients for designing porous canopy roofs have been investigated based on a series of wind tunnel experiments. Gable, troughed and mono-sloped roofs were tested. The roof models were made of 0.5 mm thick perforated duralumin plates, the porosity of which was changed from 0 to about 0.4. Overall aerodynamic forces and moments acting on the roof model were measured in a turbulent boundary layer with a six-component force balance for various wind directions. The results indicate that the wind loads on canopy roofs generally decrease with an increase in porosity of the roof. Assuming that the roof is rigid and supported by the four corner columns with no walls, the axial forces induced in the columns are regarded as the most important load effect for discussing the design wind loads. Two loading patterns causing the maximum tension and compression in the columns are considered. Based on a combination of the lift and moment coefficients, the design wind force coefficients on the windward and leeward halves of the roof are presented for the two loading patterns as a function of the roof pitch and porosity. The effect of porosity is taken into account as a reduction factor of the wind loads.

摘要：Governance is a process of establishing policies or laws and continuously monitoring their implementation in the public. Citizens are the main stakeholders in this process. To make the governance process cost effective, easy and convenient to the citizens, information and communication technologies (ICTs) are playing a vital role. Using ICTs in governance domain can be referred as e-governance. It helps citizen to participate not only in policy making but also in service quality improvements and getting government services over network. Web technology is one of the major technologies that have been used in e-governance as a major contributor. Before invention of web, citizens used to write their opinions and send to concerned body via post mail or local suggestion box for improvements of services. After the invention of the web, it became possible to post or send the opinions/comments over organization’s web sites or portals. As the number of comments increases over the web, it is very difficult to have relevant information for furthering the decision making processes. In these study, text processing and data mining techniques have been used. The prototype system classifies citizen’s opinions in one of six service categories with the precision of 87.3% and recall of 85.8%. Further, the system determines opinions as appreciation with the precision of 100% for both depression and appreciation, and average recall of 90.85% for both depression and appreciation. The results obtained from the prototype system indicate that the techniques that have been applied are promising for real world application in e-governance.

摘要：为了评价仿制生物制品(follow-on biologics)的生物类似性,美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)在2012年2月颁布了3个指导原则草案。在有关"科学考量"(scientific consideration)的指导原则草案中,FDA要求产品的相似性必须在安全性、纯度和有效性等各特征区中具有"证据链完备性"(totality-of-the-evidence)。然而,即使在同一特征区内,也会有各种因素对生物类似性的确证产生不同程度影响。为在生物类似药物的特征区内提供类似性的证据,本研究采用了包括主成分分析(PCA)在内的不同加权分析法进行了类似性的试验分析和比较。并在2×2交叉设计基础上进行了广泛的模拟研究,以对所提出的方法在有限样本条件下的评价性能进行研究。由于在特征区域内也存在不同变量间的相关性,权重主成分分析(PCAweight)评价的把握度最高。该方法可进一步拓展应用于生物类似药物各种特征区域间的生物类似性的"证据链完备性"评价。

摘要：在现代数据中心,虚拟化技术在资源管理、服务器整合、提高资源利用率等方面发挥了巨大的作用,已成为云计算架构中关键的抽象层次和重要的支撑性技术.在虚拟化环境中,如果要保证高资源利用率和系统性能,必须有一个高效的内存管理方法,使得虚拟机的物理内存大小能够满足应用程序不断变化的内存需求.因此,如何在单机以及数据中心内进行内存资源的动态调控,就成为了一个关键性问题.实现了一个低开销、高精确度的内存工作集跟踪机制,进而进行相应的本地或者全局的内存调控.采用了多种动态内存调控技术:气球技术能够在单机内有效地为各个虚拟机动态调节内存;远程缓存技术可在物理机之间进行内存调度;虚拟机迁移可将虚拟机负载在多个物理主机间进行均衡.深入分析了以上各种方案的优缺点,并根据内存超载的情况有针对性地设计了相应的调控策略,实验数据表明:所提出的预测式的内存资源管理方法能够对内存资源进行在线监控和动态调配,并有效地提高了数据中心的内存资源利用率,降低了数据中心能耗.

摘要：设计了成分与SAF2205双相不锈钢中奥氏体相和铁素体相成分相近的单相奥氏体不锈钢和铁素体不锈钢,根据其应力-应变曲线,采用有限元方法,计算了双相不锈钢的应力-应变曲线,并与实测值进行对比,同时对奥氏体的体积分数和双相不锈钢中两相屈服强度之比(C*)等影响双相不锈钢力学性能的因素进行了讨论。由单相奥氏体和铁素体不锈钢的应力-应变曲线计算的双相不锈钢的应力-应变曲线和实测的双相不锈钢应力-应变曲线吻合很好,说明本文所建立的有限元模型正确。计算表明奥氏体体积分数对应力-应变曲线的弹性部分没有影响,而对塑性部分影响较大。在外应力作用下,随着奥氏体体积分数的增加,应变增加;不同奥氏体与铁素体屈服强度之比(C*)对应力-应变曲线弹性部分没有影响,而对塑性部分略有影响,在外加应力作用下,随着C*增加,应变增加。
