摘要：The letter proposes a three-layer manageable media distribution network system architecture called MSPnet, which is based on Session Initiation ProtocolIll and Peer to Peer （SIP P2P） technology. MSPnet performs application-level structured DHT routing and resource location among domains and unstructured ones in domain. Except for media distribution, it can be used to support a variety of P2P applications, including video broadcasting, video on demand, VoIP, etc. MSPnet is composed of three layers, namely, the signal control layer, the management layer, and the media transportation layer. The MSPnet prototype consists of the SIP server, the management server, the media server, and the node User Agent （UA）. Results from a prototype experiment in a large-scale Internet environment show that MSPnet is feasible, scalable and manageable.

摘要：By applying switch-signal theory, the theory of transmission current-switches based on symmetric ternary logic is proposed, this theory is suitable to design symmetric ternary current-mode CMOS circuits. The symmetric ternary current-mode CMOS circuits designed by using this theory not only have simpler circuit structures and correct logic functions, but also can process bidirectional signals.

摘要：This paper presents a design method of ByPassing Unit(BPU) in 32-bit Digital Signal Processor(DSP)-MD32. MD32 is realized in 0,18μm technology, 1.8V and 200 MHz working clock. It focuses on the Reduced Instruction Set Computer(RISC) architecture and DSP computation capability thoroughly, extends DSP with various addressing modes in a customized DSP pipeline stage architecture. The paper also discusses the architecture and circuit design of bypassing logic to fit MD32 architecture. The parallel execution of BPU with instruction decode in architecture level is applied to reduce time delay. The optimization of circuit that serial select with priority is analyzed in detail, and the result shows that about half of time delay is reduced after this optimization. Examples show that BPU is useful for improving the DSP's *** forwarding logic in MD32 realizes 8 data channels feedback and meets the working clock limit.

摘要：A rectangle capacity patch was adopted as the resonance unit of the Log Periodic Dipole Antenna (LPDA) so as to realize the miniaturization of this aerial in this paper. Fifteen rectangle capacity patch units of different parameters were analyzed in this paper and three design laws of size-reduction were found. Accord-ing to these design laws, a 70% miniaturization ratio LPDA was designed and fabricated. The Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) and pattern of the fabricated LPDA were measured. The results indicate that this size-reduction method do not deteriorate performance.

摘要：An improved rate distortion optimization （RDO） algorithm in JPEG2000 is proposed. The proposed algorithm is suitable for integrated circuit （IC） implementation and can reduce 30% computational cost. A hardware architecture which includes control unit, memory, divider, data converter is also given to implement the algorithm. The circuit based on the improved algorithm is tested on FPGAs and integrated in a JPG2000 chip codec core.

摘要：In the background of signal detection for high frequency （I/F） radar, the sea clutter is quite significant and can mask some weak target signals. A new clutter rejection method named “nonlinear projection” is given to improve the SNR of the target. This approach is based on the recent observation that HF sea clutter may be modeled as a nonlinear deterministic dynamical system. After approximating the multidimensional reconstruction of the clutter by a low-dimensional attractor, projections onto this attractor can separate the clutter from other components. Real sea clutter, simulated target data and real target data are used to show that a nonlinear clutter rejection method is a promising technique to suppress sea clutter and enhances target detection.

摘要：Networked control system is new hot-point in control engineering. A new delayed model for networked control systems is presented, based on which an LQR controller is designed. A method of delays estimation online is also given. For the difficulty on implementation of LQR in NCSs with time-variant delays, the Mamdani intelligent logic with LQR controller is addressed. The stability of the networked control system is also given. Simulation results prove that the novel controller can make the system stable and robustly preserve the performance in terms of time-variant delays.
