摘要：Thanks to the fast improvement of the computing power and the rapid development of the computational chemistry and biology,the computer-aided drug design techniques have been successfully applied in almost every stage of the drug discovery and development pipeline to speed up the process of research and reduce the cost and risk related to preclinical and clinical *** to the development of machine learning theory and the accumulation of pharmacological data, the artificial intelligence(AI) technology, as a powerful data mining tool, has cut a figure in various fields of the drug design, such as virtual screening,activity scoring, quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR) analysis, de novo drug design, and in silico evaluation of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity(ADME/T) properties. Although it is still challenging to provide a physical explanation of the AI-based models, it indeed has been acting as a great power to help manipulating the drug discovery through the versatile frameworks. Recently, due to the strong generalization ability and powerful feature extraction capability,deep learning methods have been employed in predicting the molecular properties as well as generating the desired molecules,which will further promote the application of AI technologies in the field of drug design.

摘要：重点介绍渝怀铁路线地质灾害发育分布特征，主要灾害类型包括滑坡、崩坡积层、危岩落石、顺层及软质岩高边坡、岩溶突水、地表水漏失、水库坍岸、软土、膨胀土和煤层瓦斯等，在总结铁路行业对整治地质灾害的经验教训基础上，针对渝怀线的地质灾害提出相应的处理原则，即针对大型地质灾害和地质灾害集中发育地段，采取绕避的方法；无法绕避地段，则采用相应的工程措施。

摘要：本文主要介绍了西南化工研究设计院有限公司开发的醋酸甲醛合成丙烯酸技术中的高浓度甲醛原料制备技术。该技术是以甲醇为原料经过铁钼催化氧化、醋酸吸收、水吸收、减压降膜蒸发、加压精馏等工序,获得浓度85%的甲醛水溶液,能够满足丙烯酸合成工艺原料醋酸甲醛摩尔比2:1的要求。该技术大大降低了甲醛溶液带入到丙烯酸反应系统中的水份,降低了能耗,减少了废水排放。

摘要：A highway distress and preventive measures decision support system based on WebGIS and J2EE architecture were studied, and the key issues for the system are presented. Such issues as spatial data and attribute data organization, technology of enhancing user experience, database connection pool were investigated. The feasibility of the theories and methods were tested through the system.

摘要：This research applied an open structure of generative design in order to provide parametric sliders for users to adjust a digital model under the designer"s plan. Moreover, the design outcome can be printed immediately using 3D printing technology, to experiment with users" preferences and see the effects of generative design in modifying pattern, regular/irregular and detail transformations on a product. Three types of feature modification on iPhone4 case were chosen as simulations by three design experts. Five experienced and five young designers were asked to manipulate a digital generative design model as they want. Then 2D rendering images and 3D printed mockups were presented for subjects to compare with their original design. The result demonstrated that experienced and young designers both can recognized their work in 3D print mockups. Experienced designers can use the limited tool to make distinct outcomes for more satisfaction form tan subjects. Young designers expected to obtain 3D printed mockup to help their design decision in design process.

摘要：The paper presents a technical solution which provides energy saving at full speed, as well as duplication of screw propeller and main propulsion system incase it"s out of order. The description of the corresponding device, designed for transport refrigerator ship, is shown as well as its location on board. Value of energy saving from the use of contra propeller is estimated. The results of the assessment required power to move the ship at low speed by the action of the contra propeller operating in the reactive mode are demonstrated. It is shown, that the ship equipped with the proposed device will get the additional class notation related to the redundancy or duplication of the propulsion system of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

摘要：High-density housing can be interpreted as collections of individual units, which inevitably results in the dilemma between the global standardization designed by architects and local customization implemented by users. However, it is impossible to reflect the users" various needs in the conceptual design stage for high-density housing because of the economic, industrial and time constrains. In response to this challenge, this research paper outlines a different high-density housing design approach that can adopt users" individual customization in the conceptual design stage during the housing design practice. Hence, the design process would be an open-ended evolutionary and transparent process rather than deterministic executions as we have now in most high-density cities, such as Hong Kong. In order to overcome the deficiency in addressing future uncertainties of different users and address the issues of one-off developments without iterating users" feedback in the housing practice, this essay proposes IOSDA (integrated open source design for architecture) for the design practice of high-density housing, through collective data and parametric connectivity between users and architects. IOSDA reflects a different design attitude towards the future, i. e., to shift from architects" heroic prediction of the future to collective engagement of the present with more robust capacities for new possibilities.
