摘要：This paper presents a method for correspondence. This technique works by two recognizing images with steps： reference keypoint flat objects based on global keypoint structure selection and structure projection. The using of global keypoint structure is an extension of an orderless bag-of-features image representation, which is utilized by the proposed matching technique for computation efficiency. Specifically, our proposed method excels in the dataset of images containing ＂flat objects＂ such as CD covers, books, newspaper. The efficiency and accuracy of our proposed method has been tested on a database of nature pictures with flat objects and other kind of objects. The result shows our method works well in both occasions.

摘要：The superconducting cyclotron SC200 is intended to generate a 200 MeV, 400 nA proton beam for future particle therapy. The internal hot-cathode-type Penning ionization gauge (PIG) ion source for the SC200 is designed for the generation of hydrogen ions. A brief description of the design of ion source and test bench, which are used in SC200, is given in this paper. The ion source has been verified on the test bench, and the results indicated that the designed ion source meets the expected requirements. The lifetime of the filament exceeded 100 h in the test. In addition, the extraction voltage and the gas flow that influence the extracted ion current intensity have been tested in the experiment.

摘要：A series of sphere-rod shape amphiphiles were designed and synthesized by connecting the rod-like oligofluorenes with different lengths （OF,） to the different positions of the spherical [60]fullerene （C60） through a rigid linkage. The conjugates were characterized by IH-NMR, 13C-NMR, FTIR, EA and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The optical and electronic properties of the conjugates were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectrometry, and cyclic voltammetry. The results from UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry indicated that the energy profiles of C60 and OFn remained unchanged when different lengths of OFn were attached to C60. The electron affinities of the OFn-C60 conjugates were close to that of C60, while slight electronic interaction was found between the two individual chromophores （C60 and OFn） in their ground states. The fluorescence spectra exhibited a complete fluorescence quenching in the toluene solution, suggesting an effective energy transfer from OFn to C60. It presents a systematic study on the self- assembly, structure-property relationship, and potential technical applications of the conjugates.

摘要：Plasmonic nanostructures display unique and strongly enhanced optical properties, therefore hold great promise for a wide range of spectroscopic applications, particularly surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy （SERS）. It is well acknowledged that the major contributions to SERS arise from molecules positioned in nanojunctions where the op- tical field is intensively concentrated due to localized surface plasmon excitations. One of the key challenges in SERS therefore lies in the design and fabrication of plasmonic nanostructures with controllable nanojunctions. In recent years, by exploiting the unparalleled base-pairing self-recognition properties, DNA-mediated assembly has emerged as a powerful and programmable tool for the accurate construction of complex and hierarchical plasmonic nanostructures with well-defined geometry and topology. In this review, we will summarize recent advances on de- sign and fabrication of a rich variety of plasmonic nanostructures by virtue of DNA nanotechnology, and discuss their optical properties as well as applications in SERS.

摘要：Influenza A virus is the major cause of seasonal or pandemic flu worldwide. Two main treatment strategies vaccination and small molecule anti-influenza drugs are currently available. As an effective vaccine usually takes at least 6 months to develop, anti-influenza small molecule drugs are more effective for the first line of protection against the virus during an epidemic outbreak, especially in the early stage. Two major classes of anti-influenza drugs currently available are admantane-based M2 protein Mockers (amantadine and rimantadine) and neuraminidase (NA) inhibitors (oseltamivir, zanamivir, and peramivir). However, the continuous evolvement of influenza A virus and the rapid emergence of resistance to current drugs, particularly to amantadine, rimantadine, and oseltamivir, have raised an urgent need for developing new anti -influenza drugs against resistant forms of influenza A virus. In this review, we first give a brief introduction of the molecular mechanisms behind resistance, and then discuss new strategies in small-molecule drug development to overcome influenza A virus resistance targeting mutant M2 proteins and neuraminidases, and other viral proteins not associated with current drugs.
