摘要：Efficient reconfigurable field programmable gate array （FPGA） architectures for the MD6-224/256/384/512 Hash algorithm are proposed in this article. The basic iterative compact design requires 923 ALMs and achieves a throughput ranging from 225 Mbit/s to 394 Mbit/s at a maximum frequency of 198 MHz. The 32-step-urtrolled high-throughput design requires 7 090 ALMs and achieves a throughput ranges from 5 776 Mbit/s to 9 490 Mbit/s at a maximum frequency of 173 MHz. The simulation results show that high flexibility and efficient FPGA implementation of the MD6 Hash function is achieved.

摘要：In relay-assisted multi-user system, relay coding is important to enhance the robustness and reliability of cooperative transmission. For better adaptability and efficiency, two joint network and fountain coding(JNFC) schemes are proposed. When the condition of all direct channels is worse, JNFC scheme based on distributed LT(DLT) codes is used. Otherwise, JNFC scheme based on multi-dimensional LT(MD-LT) codes is suited. For both two above-mentioned schemes, the united degree distribution design method for short-length fountain codes is proposed. For the latter scheme, MD-LT codes are proposed for equal error protection(EEP) of each user. Simulation results and analysis show that the united degree distribution need less decoding overhead compared with other degree distribution for short-length fountain codes. And then, all users are protected equally in despite of asymmetric uplinks.

摘要：An aperture design technique using multi-step amplitude quantization for two-dimensional solid-state active phased arrays to achieve low sidelobe is described. It can be applied to antennas with arbitrary complex aperture. Also, the gain drop and sidelobe degradation due to random amplitude and phase errors and element (or T/R module) failures are investigated.

摘要：Two approaches to the design of time-varying cascaded filters used in radar clutter rejection are presented. In the first approach, by fitting the cascaded filter to the noncascaded filter, the time-varying cascaded filter can be designed, which makes it possible that the time-varying cascaded filter behaves just like an optimum clutter filter. The second approach can be used to design the second-stage filter in a time-varying cascaded one by setting zeros in its equivalent overall frequency response. It has been shown that it is difficult to express the frequency response of the second-stage filter in the time-varying cascaded one, however, it is convenient to be involved in the overall response.

摘要：This article concerns a coupled LMIs approach to delay-dependent observer-based output feedback stabilizing controller design for linear continuous-time systems with multiple state delays. The advantage of our proposed delay-dependent coupled LMIs criterion lies in that: ( 1 ) it can optimize one of multiple time delays with others selected properly, and at the same time, the feedback-gain and observer-gain can be obtained, respectively. (2) it is less conservative than the existing delay-independent ones in the literature. Algorithm to solve the coupled LMIs is also given. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of our method. 摘要：In clinical magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）, the design of the radiofrequency （RF） coil is very important. For certain applications, the appropriate coil can produce an improved image quality. However, it is difficult to achieve a uniform B1 field and a high signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） simultaneously. In this article, we design an interventional transmitter-and-receiver RF coil for cerebral surgery. This coil adopts a disassembly structure that can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly on the cerebral surgery gantry to reduce the amount of interference from the MRI during surgery. The simulation results and the imaging experiments demonstrate that this coil can produce a uniform RF field, a high SNR, and a large imaging range to meet the requirements of the cerebral surgery.

摘要：An analysis illustrates the loop nonlinear performance in a bang-bang PLL. A third-order equivalent model is deduced to give an approximate evaluation of the loop parameters. The architecture of the proposed phase detector is composed of four master-slave DFFs and two XORs based on the current mode logic circuit. A no-load architecture is introduced in the XOR design. The oscillator is designed with an LC VCO implementation for the jitter requirement. A simple voltage-to-current converter is proposed to drive the loop filter. The loop filter design is described in detail, which is important to ensure the nonlinear loop stability. The chip is fabricated in a 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The experimental results show that it can achieve the frequency range of 2.995 to 3.35 GHz, and a phase noise of-118.38 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset. The frequency to voltage gain is 270 MHz/V. The chip consumes less than 81 mW with 1.8 V supply voltage, and it occupies a 0.5 mm2 area.
