摘要：The hybrid CMOS molecular （CMOL） circuit, which combines complementary metal-oxide- semiconductor （CMOS） components with nanoscale wires and switches, can exhibit significantly improved performance. In CMOL circuits, the nanodevices, which are called cells, should be placed appropriately and are connected by nanowires. The cells should be connected such that they follow the shortest path. This paper presents an efficient method of cell allocation in CMOL circuits with the hybrid CMOS/nanodevice structure; the method is based on a cultural algorithm with chaotic behavior. The optimal model of cell allocation is derived, and the coding of an individual represent- ing a cell allocation is described. Then the cultural algorithm with chaotic behavior is designed to solve the optimal model. The cultural algorithm consists of a population space, a belief space, and a protocol that describes how knowledge is exchanged between the population and belief spaces. In this paper, the evolutionary processes of the population space employ a genetic algorithm in which three populations undergo parallel evolution. The evolutionary processes of the belief space use a chaotic ant colony algorithm. Extensive experiments on cell allocation in benchmark circuits showed that a low area usage can be obtained using the proposed method, and the computation time can be reduced greatly compared to that of a conventional genetic algorithm.

摘要：The paper presents an approximated and compact derivation of the mutual displacement of Floquet eigenvectors in a class of LC tank oscillators with time varying bias. In particular it refers to parallel tank oscillators of which the energy restoring can be modeled through a train of current pulses. Since Floquet eigenvectors are acknowledged to give a correct decomposition of noise perturbations along the stable orbit in oscillator's space state, an analytical and compact model of their displacement can provide useful criteria for designers. The goal is to show, in a simplified case, the achievement of oscillators design oriented by eigenvectors. To this aim, minimization conditions of the effect of stationary and time varying noise as well as the contribution of jitter noise introduced by driving electronics are deduced from analytical expression of eigenvectors displacement.

摘要：The current massive use of digital communications demands a secure link by using an embedded system（ES） with data encryption at the protocol level. The serial peripheral interface（SPI） protocol is commonly used by manufacturers of ESs and integrated circuits for applications in areas such as wired and wireless communications. We present the design and experimental implementation of a chaotic encryption and decryption algorithm applied to the SPI communication protocol. The design of the chaotic encryption algorithm along with its counterpart in the decryption is based on the chaotic Hénon map and two methods for blur and permute（in combination with DNA sequences）. The SPI protocol is configured in 16 bits to synchronize a transmitter and a receiver considering a symmetric key. Results are experimentally proved using two low-cost dsPIC microcontrollers as ESs. The SPI digital-to-analog converter is used to process, acquire, and reconstruct confidential messages based on its properties for digital signal processing. Finally, security of the cryptogram is proved by a statistical test. The digital processing capacity of the algorithm is validated by dsPIC microcontrollers.

摘要：The present paper deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of the mirror equivalence CCs (concept for convolutional codes) and TCs (turbo-codes). The concept of equivalence (named in the mirror) of TCs is useful in the exhaustive search of pairs of component codes and interleavers for the design of turbo-coding systems. This design procedure is innovative because until now only independent components optimization were considered. According to this new concept, the CCs for which the code words are identical through transposition (reversal) are considered as equivalent from the point of view of BER (bit error rate) performance. As will be proved in this paper the identification of some equivalent TCs simplifies the exhaustive search of performing pairs CC-interleaver. The conditions for two convolutional codes or two convolutional TCs respectively to be mirror equivalent are derived in this paper. The results obtained are of theoretical (derived by mathematical methods) and experimental nature. The simulations performed prove that the pairs formed by the TCs selected in the communication standards and their mirror equivalents have similar performance. The idea of design based on exhaustive search of codes-interleaver pairs is original and innovative. It is simplified if some of the TCs obtained are equivalent.

摘要：Contact engineering is of critical importance for two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)-based ***,there are only a few solutions to overcome this obstacle because of the complexity of the TMD-contact *** this work,we propose a novel method using a soft plasma treatment followed by the seamless deposition of a metal electrode to reduce the contact resistance of MoS_(2)field effect transistors(FETs).The treated FETs exhibit three times higher mobility than the control FETs without plasma *** soft plasma treatment can remove the facial sulfur atoms and expose the middle Mo atoms so that they come into direct contact with the metal electrode,thus greatly improving the contact ***-principles calculation is also performed to support the experimental *** potentially scalable strategy can be extended to the whole family of TMD based FETs to provide a possible route of device processsing technology for 2D device application.

摘要：We report our recent work on distributed feedback fiber laser based hydrophones. Some issues related to sensitivity, such as fiber laser phase condition, demodulation, and packaging, are also discussed. With the development of appropriate digital signal processing （DSP） techniques and packaging designs, an interferometric-type distributed feedback （DFB） fiber laser hydrophone system with acoustic sensitivity of 58.0 dB·re·uPa-Hz-0.5 at 1 kHz or a minimum detectable acoustic pressure below 800 uPa during field test is attained. We have also investigated an intensity-type DFB fiber laser hydrophone system and its performance.
