摘要：The DC-DC converters are widely used in photovoltaic generating systems as an interface between PV module and the load. These converters must be chosen to be able to match the maximum power point (MPP) of PV module when climatic conditions change with different resistive load values. So DC-DC converters must be used with MPPT controller in order to reduce losses in the global PV system. This article focuses on the effect of climatic conditions on design of two components (inductance, capacitance) for three topologies of DC-DC converters commonly used in PV systems. When climatic conditions change, the boundary of inductance and capacitance parameters of DC-DC converter will change. These two parameters must be properly sized to achieve optimal efficiency for each converter. The design optimization is based on two principles: 1) for a steady-state operation in a continuous conduction mode, the inductance value for all choppers must be greater than the maximum value of boundary inductance, and 2) in order to limit the output voltage ripple of DC-DC converter below a desired value, the filter capacitance must be larger than the maximum value of boundary capacitance.

摘要：This paper demonstrates the analysis of antenna pattern and gain for different designs of full-wave dipole antenna feeding techniques. Seven such techniques were studied and analyzed;symmetrical dual feeding in phase, symmetrical dual feeding out of phase, asymmetrical dual feeding in phase, asymmetrical dual feeding out of phase, symmetrical triple feeding in phase and symmetrical triple feeding out of phase. Symmetrical dual feeding in phase produced high gain as compared to the single and center-fed antennas. An improvement of about 3 to 3.5 dB was achieved comparing to center tap fed and off center fed. It was found that an asymmetrical dual feeding in-phase provides good performance, considering the directivity, pattern, and input impedance. A 2.46 dB gain has been attained. It was found that a symmetrical triple feeding provides an overall best performance with respect to gain, radiation pattern, beam width and input impedance.

摘要：已经开发了的ABSs系统改善了突然制动和特别是滑动路面状况时车辆控制。这样的控制目标是在保持车辆合适稳定性及可操纵性和缩短车辆刹车距离情况下在要求的方向增大车轮的牵引力。本文提出了ABSs系统优化的模糊控制器。从保持其车轮滑动值为目标函数获得车轮最大的牵引力和车轮最大的减速度。采用遗传算法优化模糊系统的全部组件。采用误差数整体优化方法收敛接近最优点。仿真结果表明快速收敛和对不同路况的控制器的最好性能。

摘要：通过设计一套室内平板示踪装置系统和操作方法,突破了传统装置系统忽略或简化淡水流量、潮汐等条件的局限,将这些因素加以考虑和控制,并利用设计的拍照和照明系统做到了实验实时监控,从而较好地模拟出不同条件下海岸带盐水入侵、海岸水库脱盐和盐水入侵的过程。整套实验装置实验条件易于控制,从而保证了实验过程的连贯和有效。通过对照实验照片数据的分析,得到了地下水-海水的交换过程和海水入侵的相关影响因素,对于潮汐影响下的盐水入侵机理给出了较好的揭示。

摘要：The AI (artificial intelligent) search techniques have become acceptable worldwide as the most efficient and powerful tools for various real-world problems. In this paper, a novel meta-heuristic optimization algorithm named the CS (current search) is proposed. The CS is inspired by an electric current flowing through electric networks. Performance of the CS is evaluated against six benchmark surface optimization problems. Results obtained by the CS are compared with those obtained by the popular search techniques widely used to solve combinatorial optimization problems, i. e., the GA (genetic algorithm), the PSO (particle swarm optimization), and the ATS (adaptive tabu search). As results, it could be concluded that the CS outperforms other algorithms. Results obtained by the CS are superior within reasonable time consumed. Finally, the proposed CS is applied to solve analog filter design problems.

摘要：Many buildings in Albania continue to be designed with the old national standards which are not renewed for more than 30 years. So even the buildings are designed and constructed in recent years. If they are designed according to European Codes for design on earthquake areas, they will be heavily damaged or collapsed. The article gives the analysis and design for adopting a reinforced concrete structure built several years ago with new European Codes that in the near future will become effective even in our country. Initially the article describes the conditions of the existing structure and after that gives the performed nonlinear analysis (adaptive pushover) and structural measures suitable for this type of structure. The analyzed structure is very common in Albania and this study gives recommendations for the methodology of design and the most appropriate strategy of retrofitting these kinds of structures in order to achieve the required level of performance and increase their level of security based on European Codes.

摘要：随着集成电路制造技术的不断发展,芯片测试已经成为一个令人关注的热点.针对集成电路测试中存在测试数据量大、测试功耗高等问题,提出一种基于Viterbi的低功耗测试压缩方案.首先利用测试立方的X位做低功耗填充来增强解码后测试模式相邻位之间的一致性;然后以增加测试立方中的X位为目标进行分段相容编码,将填充后的大量确定位重新编码为X位,从而提高Viterbi压缩中种子的编码效率;最后利用Viterbi算法压缩编码后的测试立方集.整体方案以分段相容编码思想为基础,建立了一个协同解决测试压缩和测试功耗问题的测试流程.实验结果表明,文中方案不仅能取得较好的测试数据压缩率,减少测试存储量,而且能够有效地降低测试功耗,平均功耗降低53.3%.
