摘要：Oxygen(O_(2))-sensing matrices are promising tools for the live monitoring of extracellular O_(2) consumption levels in long-term cell *** this study,ratiometric O_(2)-sensing membranes were prepared by electrospinning,an easy,low-cost,scalable,and robust method for fabricating ***(ε-caprolactone)and poly(dimethyl)siloxane polymers were blended with tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)ruthenium(II)dichloride,which was used as the O_(2)-sensing probe,and rhodamine B isothiocyanate,which was used as the reference *** functionalized scaffolds were morphologically characterized by scanning electron microscopy,and their physicochemical profiles were obtained by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and water contact angle *** sensing capabilities were investigated by confocal laser scanning microscopy,performing photobleaching,reversibility,and calibration curve studies toward different dissolved O_(2)(DO)*** sensing nanofibers showed a high response to changes in DO concentrations in the physiological-pathological range from 0.5%to 20%and good stability under ratiometric *** addition,the sensing systems were highly biocompatible for cell growth promoting adhesiveness and growth of three cancer cell lines,namely metastatic melanoma cell line SK-MEL2,breast cancer cell line MCF-7,and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell line Panc-1,thus recreating a suitable biological environment in *** O_(2)-sensing biomaterials can potentially measure alterations in cell metabolism caused by changes in ambient O_(2)content during drug testing/validation and tissue regeneration processes.

By constructing the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals (LKF) and using the backstepping design, a linear state feedback controller making the closed-loop system globally asymptotically stable is constructed.

摘要：Spectral and directional control of thermal emission based on excitation of confined electromagnetic resonant modes paves a viable way for the design and construction of microscale thermal emitters/absorbers. In this paper, we present numerical simulation results of the thermal radiative properties of a silicon carbide（Si C） thermal emitter/absorber composed of periodic microstructures. We illustrate different electromagnetic resonant modes which can be excited with the structure,such as surface phonon polaritons, magnetic polaritons and photonic crystal modes, and the process of radiation spectrum optimization based on a non-linear optimization algorithm. We show that the spectral and directional control of thermal emission/absorption can be efficiently achieved by adjusting the geometrical parameters of the structure. Moreover, the optimized spectrum is insensitive to 3% dimension modification.

摘要：面对高精尖仪器或设备的热膨胀控制的需求,探索新的负热膨胀材料显得尤为重要.本文采用"平均原子晶格体积"概念预测各向异性新的负热膨胀材料体系,据此发现了REFe(CN)_(6)(RE=La,Sm,Ho,Lu)负热膨胀材料家族.我们采用原位中子粉末衍射(NPD)、X射线吸收精细结构谱(EXAFS)和第一性原理计算揭示了其负热膨胀来源于低频声子振动模式中的CN原子的横向热振动,进一步发现"平均原子晶格体积"越大,其对应的低频声子模式频率越低,格林艾森常数越负,CN原子的横向热振动越强.本工作为定性预测负热膨胀材料提供了新的方法,对热膨胀控制与设计具有重要意义.

摘要：The linear seat suspension is considered due to the low cost consideration therefore, the optimal linear seat suspension design method can be used for this purpose. In this paper, the design of a passive vehicle seat suspension system was handled in the framework of linear optimization. The variance of the dynamic load resulting from the vibrating vehicle operating at a constant speed was used as the performance measure of a suspension system. Using 4-DOF human body model developed by Abbas et al., with linear seat suspension and coupled with half car model. A genetic algorithm is applied to solve the linear optimization problem. The optimal design parameters of the seat suspension systems obtained are kse = 3 012.5 N/m and cse = 1 210.4 N. s/m, respectively.

摘要：Let G be a non-abelian group and let l2(G) be a finite dimensional Hilbert space of all complex valued functions for which the elements of G form the (standard) orthonormal basis. In our paper we prove results concerning G-decorrelated decompositions of functions in l2(G). These G-decorrelated decompositions are obtained using the G-convolution either by the irreducible characters of the group G or by an orthogonal projection onto the matrix entries of the irreducible representations of the group G. Applications of these G-decorrelated decompositions are given to crossover designs in clinical trials, in particular the William’s 6×3?design with 3 treatments. In our example, the underlying group is the symmetric group S3.

摘要：Given is the experiment results in which the laser pulses of 1 046 nm and 532 nm are used to trigger the semi-insulation GaAs photoconductive semiconductor switch(PCSS) with an electrode distance of 4 mm. And made is an analysis of the switchs photovoltaic response characteristics under the high gain mode when the biased field is bigger than the Geng effect field. Also a theory is presented that the main reason for the photovoltaic pulse response delay is the transmission of charge domain, caused by the presence of EL2 energy level in the chip material. Finally, the transmission time of charge domain is calculated and a result that inosculates with the experiment is attained.
