摘要：Evapotranspiration(ET)is of great significance for the ecological environment and water resource utilization in arid and semi-arid *** Mongolian Plateau,owing to drought,low rainfall,and extremely uneven distribution of water resources,has a typical temperate continental climate.A refined understanding of the spatiotemporal distribution of ET in this region will help in establishing regulatory strategies for climate change responses,regional livestock regulation,and grassland degradation *** this study,meteorological station data,precipitation data,and the Penman-Monteith model were used to study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of actual ET over the Mongolian Plateau from 2011 to *** found that:(1)The spatial distribution of ET in the Mongolian Plateau showed a high trend in the north and east and a low trend in the middle and *** was a significant difference in the regional annual ET,with the highest ET reaching over 500 mm and the lowest being only approximately 70 mm.(2)The annual ET values in 2013,2018,and 2019 were relatively large,varying between 80 and 500 mm,and the overall ET of the Mongolian Plateau first decreased,then increased,and then decreased.(3)The temporal distribution exhibits a unimodal trend of increasing and then decreasing,with July being the turning ***-September was a period of high ET,with the highest ET exceeding 100 *** vegetation coverage was high,precipitation was abundant,and the vegetation ET effect was *** was a period of low ET,with a maximum ET of approximately 10 mm in January and December;the ET for the month with the lowest value was approximately *** quantitative inversion method proposed in this study can provide method and data support for north and central Asia,and other large arid and semi-arid areas.

摘要：Methyl-CpG-binding domain （MBD） proteins can specifically recognize and bind methylated CpG sites of DNA, thus repress gene transcription. In this study, we designed and expressed two recombinant proteins, MBD2b and SNAP-MBD2b, in E. coli. An optimized protocol was developed to purify the proteins using Ni-NTA affinity cartridge and cation exchange resin. The engineered proteins purified by this method exhibited more than 93% purity and high binding avidity. We found that both SNAP-MBD2b and MBD2b were prone to aggregate during dialysis. However, this could be prevented by the use of 0.3 mol/L NaCI. The fusion of SNAP-tag with MBD2b significantly enhanced the expression of MBD2b protein in E. coli and reduced the adsorption of MBD2b on solid interfaces involved in protein purification and immobilization. The engineered proteins can be used for the study of interaction with methylated DNA and the assays for DNA methylation.

摘要：The Green Climate Fund （GCF） has been one of the core issues of the world climate summits under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change （UNFCCC） in recent years. However, the GCF has not progressed smoothly, and currently there are no satisfactory schemes for raising and distributing the fund. This paper first discusses how to finance the GCF among Annex II countries. It introduces the ＇preference score compromises＇ （PSC） approach which is based on environmental responsibility and economic capacity, with historical emissions as an indicator for environmental responsibility and GDP as indicator for economic capacity. The results show that the United States and the European Union are the two largest contributors to the GCF, sponsoring more than 80% of the funds. Second, we discuss how to allocate the funds among non-Annex II parties. The ＇adaptation needs＇ （AN） approach, which takes account of economic strength and climate damages, is proposed to achieve the adaptation purpose of the GCF, and the results reveal that African countries with high levels of climate vulnerability could get most funds, with a share of almost 30%. Regarding the mitigation purpose of the GCF, this research introduces two approaches： the ＇carbon reduction contribution＇ （CC） approach and the ＇incremental cost＇ （IC） approach. Both approaches could achieve significant reductions in carbon emissions in non-Annex II parties, whereas the latter may provide limited adaptation finance but result in more mitigation effects. This paper also develops a method to combine abatement efficiency and adaptation fairness of the GCF, and we find that with an equal split between the AN and CC （or AN and IC） approaches, the amount of USD 100 billion could finance an emissions reduction of 1613 MtCO2 （2477 MtCO2）, while allocating USD 16 （or USD 9） per capita for adaptation in non-Annex II parties. The schemes proposed may be useful for promoting the development of the GCF in the future.

摘要：Soil phosphomonoesterase plays a critical role in controlling phosphorus(P) cycling for crop nutrition,especially in P-deficient soils.A 6-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate soil phosphomonoesterase activities,kinetics and thermodynamics during rice growth stages after consistent swine manure application,to understand the impacts of swine manure amendment rates on soil chemical and enzymatic properties,and to investigate the correlations between soil enzymatic and chemical *** experiment was set out in a randomized complete block design with three replicates and five treatments including three swine manure rates(26,39,and 52 kg P ha^(-1),representing low,middle,and high application rates,respectively) and two controls(no-fertilizer and superphosphate at 26 kg P ha^(-1)).The results indicated that the grain yield and soil chemical properties were significantly improved with the application of P-based swine manure from 0 to 39 kg P ha^(-1);however,the differences between the 39(M_(39)) and 52 kg P ha^(-1) treatments(M_(52)) were not *** enzymatic property analysis indicated that acid phosphomonoesterase was the predominant phosphomonoesterase in the tested *** M_(39) and M_(52) treatments had relatively high initial velocity(V_0),maximal velocity(V_(max)),and activation grade(lgN_a) but low Michaelis constant(K_m),temperature coefficient(Q_(10)),activation energy(E_a),and activation enthalpy(ΔH),implying that the M_(39) and M_(52) treatments could stimulate the enzyme-catalyzed reactions more easily than all other *** correlation analysis showed that the distribution of soil phosphomonoesterase activities mainly followed the distributions of total C and total *** on these results,39 kg P ha^(-1) could be recommended as the most appropriate rate of swine manure amendment.

摘要：A microwave-H202 process for sludge pretreatment exhibited high efticiencies of releasing organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus, but large quantifies of H202 residues were detected. A uniform design method was thus employed in this study to further optimize H202 dosage by investigating effects of pH and H202 dosage on the amount of 1-I202 residue and releases of organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus. A regression model was established with pH and H202 dosage as the independent variables, and H202 residue and releases of organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus as the dependent variables. In the optimized microwave-H202 process, the pH value of the sludge was firstly adjusted to 11.0, then the sludge was heated to 80~C and H202 was dosed at a H202 ：mixed liquor suspended solids （MLSS） ratio of 0.2, and the sludge was finally heated to 100~C by microwave irradiation. Compared to the microwave-H202 process without optimization, the H202 dosage and the utilization rate of H202 in the optimized microwave-H202 process were reduced by 80% and greatly improved by 3.87 times, respectively, when the H202：MLSS dosage ratio was decreased from 1.0 to 0.2, resulting in nearly the same release rate of soluble chemical oxygen demand in the microwave-H202 process without optimization at H202：MLSS ratio of 0.5.

摘要：Climate engineering is a potential alternative method to curb global warming, and this discipline has garnered considerable attention from the intemational scientific community including the Chinese scientists. This manuscript provides an overview of several aspects of climate engi- neering, including its definition, its potential impacts and risk, and its governance status. The overall conclusion is that China is not yet ready to implement climate engineering. However, it is important for China to continue conducting research on climate engineering, particularly with respect to its feasible application within China, its potential social, economic, and environmental impacts, and possible international governance structures and governing principles, with regard to both experimentatio~ and implementation.
