摘要：We investigate an optical compact triplexer based on two photonic crystal waveguides and resonant cavities. For performing wavelength selection, we use three core-shell rods as the resonant cavities. The core rods are created by introducing air holes in the center of the silicon rods. By varying the radii of the air holes, three specific wavelengths 1.31, 1.49 and 1.55μm can be obtained. This structure is designed and its performance is verified by the finite-difference time-domain method, which is highly suitable for photonic integrated circuits （PICs）. The average output transmission efficiency and quality factor are more than 98.85% and 560, respectively. The mean value of the crosstalk between output channels is about -36.49 dB. The present device is extremely compact with total size 96.24μm2, which is suitable for PICs and can be utilized in the fiber-to-the-home system.

摘要：目的:评价一种中药植物鞭檐犁头尖(***)作为抗癌药物的临床前研究的系统综述。方法:对Scopus、PubMed、Web of Science、ScienceDirect、LILACS、EBSCO Medline、Mendeley等7个数据库进行全面检索,检索时间截止到2023年9月8日。排除了临床试验和非原创的同行评议报告后,鞭檐犁头尖的提取物,组成,或分离化合物的体内外研究且经过同行评审的英文文献均被纳入。本研究定性评估了鞭檐犁头尖对不同肿瘤细胞、肿瘤大小和作用机制的有效性。证据质量由三名独立评估人员使用ToxRTool进行评估,并验证其一致性。结果:检索后共纳入27项研究:22项体外研究,4项体内研究,1项体内外研究。结果发现鞭檐犁头尖对白血病、乳腺癌、结直肠癌和肺癌有效。大多数研究的评估为“有限制的可靠”。鞭檐犁头尖通过阻断细胞周期、活化caspase-3/-9、分解PARP、裂解DNA、减少生存素含量、降低ROS表达、抑制COX-2和HSP70表达和抑制NF-kB通路等来诱导细胞凋亡。当与干扰素联合使用时,其能阻碍血管生成。结论:尽管鞭檐犁头尖具有良好的抗癌活性,但其作为单独抗癌药物的疗效尚不确定。它似乎更适合用于癌症的补充或联合治疗。研究设计不理想,报告不完整,以及在多篇文章中没有纳入适当的阳性对照和统计分析可能是本研究缺乏结论性证据的原因。

摘要：A new complementary metal oxide semiconductor UV/blue-extended photodiode was presented for light detection in the UV/blue spectral range. Photoelectric characteristics of this presented photodiode were studied by numerical modeling and device simulation. Technology computer aided design simulation was done first to analyze its photoelectric characteristics. The structure characteristic and depletion situation of space between two adjacent P+ anodes were discussed. The reverse characteristic, spectral response characteristic and DC characteristic were discussed in detail. For the numerical modeling, dead layer effect is considered in the building of analytical mode. Dead layer is a space in which the boron doping profile decreases towards the surface due to high doping effects and boron redistribution, which affects the sensitivity of photodiode in the UV range seriously. Reverse characteristics and spectral response characteristics were modeled and analyzed typically. At last, silicon test results were given and compared with the simulated result, which shows reasonable match for each.

摘要：A methodology was proposed for the design of micropiles to increase earth slopes stability. An analytic model based on beam-column equation and an existing P y curve method was set up and used to find the shear capacity of the micropile. Then, a step-by-step design procedure for stabilization of earth slope with micropiles was introduced, involving six main steps: 1) Choosing a location for the micropiles within the existing slope; 2) Selecting micropile cross section; 3) Estimating length of micropile; 4) Evaluating shear capacity of micropiles; 5) Calculating spacing required to provide force to stabilize the slope; 6) Designing the concrete cap beam. The application of the method to an embankment landslide in Qinghai Province was described in detail. In the final design, three rows of micropiles were adopted as a group and a total of 126 micropiles with 0.23 m in diameter were used. The micropile length ranged between 15 and 18 m, with the spacing 1.5 m at in-row direction. The monitoring data indicate that slope movement has been effectively controlled as a result of the slope stabilization measure, which verifies the reasonability of the design method.
