摘要：Objective: To optimize the ionic liquid based microwave-assisted extraction(IL-MAE)of polyphenolic content from Peperomia pellucida(L) ***: The IL-MAE factors as experimental design parameters, including microwave power, extraction time, ionic liquid concentration, and liquid–solid ratio had been involved. Response surface methodology and Box–Behnken design were used to obtain predictive model(multivariate quadratic regression equation) and optimization of the extraction process. The response surface was analyzed by using the yields of total polyphenolic content as response ***: Based on the obtained results the optimum extraction condition, including microwave power of 30% Watts, extraction time of 18.5 min, the ionic liquid concentration of 0.79 mol/L, and the liquid–solid ratio of 10.72 mL/g 1-Buthyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([bmim]BF_4) as a solvent was selected. The regression model was obtained to predicts the yields from Peperomia pellucida:Y = 30.250 – 1.356X_1+ 2.655X_2+ 2.252X_3– 0.565X_4+ 0.990 X_1X_3– 8.172X_1X_4– 3.439 X_3X_4– 4.178 X_1~2– 3.210 X_3~2– 6.786 X_4~2– 7.290 X_1~2X_3+ 5.575X1_X_3~2– 4.843 X_3~2X_4 with R^2= 0.82519. Scale-up confirmation test was obtained the maximum yields of total polyphenolics content with the amount of 31.172 5 mg GAE/***: The IL-MAE method produced a higher extraction polyphenolic and performed rapidly, easily and efficiently.

摘要：Background: In the past few decades, the incidence of cardiometabolic diseases and disorders of the liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, and lung, have been increasing in Western and Asian countries, including Japan. Numerous factors, including abnormal body weight (obesity, overweight, or underweight), infrequent exercise, and other unfavorable lifestyle factors (e.g., smoking and heavy alcohol drinking) have been proposed as risk factors for the development and the progression of diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia, which ultimately lead to impaired organ function and possibly death. However, the mechanisms that link these risk factors with diseases are still poorly understood, and the potential treatments, including pharmacotherapy and diet, have not been fully evaluated. Methods: In 2011, we established a new collaborative research program, the Saitama Cardiometabolic Disease and Organ Impairment Study (SCDOIS). This multidisciplinary observational epidemiological research study was designed to cover several high-profile diseases and some traditional fields of internal medicine, as well as apparently unrelated fields and particular lifestyle factors, such as unhealthy eating behaviors. In a series of studies, apparently healthy subjects who underwent a regular medical checkup were retrospectively identified based on the results of their medical checkups. In this way, the incidence, prevalence, causality, and clinical relevance of specific conditions and diseases have been investigated in cross-sectional analyses of 100,000 - 200,000 adults, and in longitudinal studies of several thousand subjects who underwent medical checkups multiple times. Discussion: This article describes the background, rationale, purpose, and methods of the SCDOIS. 摘要：地点﹕泰国南方的三家研究所,11家医院及38家社区医院。目的:评估泰国南方结核病医疗机构使用的抗结核药物质量及其管理系统。设计﹕利用访视、查阅文件、观察药物储存、检查药物并行异烟肼(IINH)、利福平(RMP)、吡嗪酰胺(PZA)及乙胺丁醇(EMB)样品的实验室分析。结果﹕任何级别单位均未发现有抗结核药物的脱销。13家医院/研究所(25%)撤去了EMB糖衣片的箔包装。11家医院/研究所(21%)将EMB糖衣片一分为二,作为200mg片分发。观察发现,在44%医院/研究所肉眼发现有变质受损的EMB。除了14%的EMB外,全部药物样品均通过了含量测定。INH与EMB均通过了溶解试验评价,但有62%的RMP及26%的PZA样本未通过。结论﹕在结核病控制方面,不达标的变质受损抗结核药物是一个严重问题。研究地区的抗结核药物管理也存在问题。关于抗结核药物包装、储存的培训及建立分发、清单管理,质量保证和督查的完整体系是主要的控制措施。

摘要：A plant fermentation was carried out by Yeast and Lactobaccilli against fermented black turmeric, Kaempferia parviflora (FBT). These materials were proved by as safe in animal safety experiment. We tried to investigate changes of immune-competent cells that commonly utilized FBT, including after administration of immno-suppressed animals, the effects by FBT on the regulated effect on the cells were evaluated. Our results showed that FBT augmented the level of lymphocytes in number, while FBT regulated the level of granulocytes in both number and function. In our clinical study with 20 healthy volunteers, granulocyte and lymphocyte ratio suggesting their constitution as neutral in peripheral blood were increased significantly 30 days after the administration of FBT in rodents, and compromised host was prepared with cancer chemotherapeutic agent (Mytomycin-C). Our observations showed against intracellular parasite, and that FBT augmented intercellular pathogen through humoral immunity. We discussed the significance and mechanism of FBT on the level of leukocyte subsets in number and function that were considered to be potential indicators for the activation of the compromised host. We also proposed an idea that FBT exhibited tonic effects via activating complement components. The evidences were shown by immune-electrophoretic method. Moreover, we tried to access further to the anti-oxidative activities of this FBT. This modification brought to the significant lift up for antibody producing cells and anti-oxidative activity for phagocytic cells.
