摘要：Na-ion batteries(SIBs)have attracted considerable attention as promising alternatives to commercial Li-ion batteries(LIBs)due to comparable redox potential,and natural abundance of ***,it remains challenging to explore suitable anodes for ***,a MoO2/N-doped carbon(MoO2/N-C)composite composed of MoO2 nanocrystals embedded within carbon matrix with a Mo–N–C chemical bond is prepared by a simple yet effective carbonization-induced topochemical transformation ***-ion half-cells using MoO2/N-C exhibit excellent cycling stability over 5000 cycles at 5 A g^-1 and superior rate *** characterizations and first-principles density functional theory(DFT)simulations reveal that the formation of chemical bond at the interface between MoO2 and N-doped carbon plays an important role in the excellent charge storage properties of MoO2/*** importantly,the interfacial coupling can efficiently promote interface charge *** from this,Na-ion capacitors(SICs)constructed with the MoO2/N-C anode and activated carbon cathode can deliver an impressive energy density of 15 W h kg^-1 at a power density of 1760 W kg^-1,together with a capacitance retention of 92.4%over 1000 cycles at 10 A g^-*** proposed strategy in this paper based on interfacial chemical bond may hold promises for the design of high-performance electrodes for energy storage devices.

摘要：To find promising new multitargeted AD （Alzheimer＇s disease） inhibitors, the 3D-QSAR （three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship） model for 32 AD inhibitors was established by using the CoMFA （comparative molecular field analysis） and CoMSIA （comparative molecular similarity index analysis） methods. Results showed that the CoMFA and CoMSIA models were constructed successfully with a good cross-validated coefficient （q2） and a non-cross-validated coefficient （R2）, and the binding modes obtained by molecular docking were in agreement with the 3D-QSAR results, which suggests that the present 3D-QSAR model has good predictive capability to guide the design and structural modification of novel multitargeted AD inhibitors. Meanwhile, we found that one side of inhibitory molecule should be small group so that it would be conductive to enter the gorge to interact with the catalytic active sites of AChE （acetylcholinesterase）, and the other side of inhibitory molecule should be large group so that it would be favorable for interaction with the peripheral anionic site of ACHE. Furthermore, based on the 3D-QSAR model and the binding modes of AChE and [3-secretase （BACE-1）, the designed molecules could both act on dual binding sites of AChE （catalytic and peripheral sites） and dual targets （ACHE and BACE-1）. We hope that our results could provide hints for the design of new multitargeted AD derivatives with more potency and selective activity.

摘要：Fundus diagnosis is an important part of the whole body examination that may provide rich clinical information to doctors for diagnostic reference. Manual fundus vessel extraction is helpful to quantitative measurement of diseases but obviously it is a tough work for physicians. This paper presents an automatic method by using Gabor filter bank to extract the artery and vein separately in the ocular fundus images. After preprocessing steps that include gray-scale transform, gray value inversion and contrast enhancement, the Gabor filter bank is applied to the extraction of the artery and vein in the ocular fundus images. Finally these two different width types of vessels are selected by post-processing methods such as labeling, corrosion, binarization, etc. Evaluation results show an accurate rate of 90% in vein and 82% in artery from 20 cases, that indicates the effectiveness of our proposed segmentation method.

摘要：This article provides some ideas about several key parameters in design of multistage anaerobic granular sludge reactor （MA（iSR）, and an MAGSR was designed by these ideas. By experiment this paper studies the productivity of biogas and circulation flux of wastewater. The results indicate that in certain scope the circulation flux increases in linear with the biogas productivity rise. The result by the experiment and by the hydraulics model about the circulation flux is different. The circulation flux can be several or more than ten times of the influence.

摘要：Atrial fibrillation is an “invisible killer” of human health. It often induces high-risk diseases, such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and heart failure. Fortunately, atrial fibrillation can be diagnosed and treated early. Low-level vagus nerve stimulation(LL-VNS) is a promising therapeutic method for atrial fibrillation. However, some fundamental challenges still need to be overcome in terms of flexibility,miniaturization, and long-term service of bioelectric stimulation devices. Here, we designed a closedloop self-powered LL-VNS system that can monitor the patient’s pulse wave status in real time and conduct stimulation impulses automatically during the development of atrial fibrillation. The implant is a hybrid nanogenerator(H-NG), which is flexible, light weight, and simple, even without electronic circuits,components, and batteries. The maximum output of the H-NG was 14.8 V and 17.8 μA(peak to peak). In the in vivo effect verification study, the atrial fibrillation duration significantly decreased by 90% after LLVNS therapy, and myocardial fibrosis and atrial connexin levels were effectively improved. Notably, the anti-inflammatory effect triggered by mediating the NF-κB and AP-1 pathways in our therapeutic system is observed. Overall, this implantable bioelectronic device is expected to be used for self-powerability,intelligentization, portability for management, and therapy of chronic diseases.
