摘要：目的探讨案例教学法结合虚拟仿真技术在助产实验课程中的应用效果。 方法采用类实验研究设计,于2020年9月至2022年1月,从桂林医学院护理学院助产专业选取2018级和2019级两个班级共135名学生为研究对象,2019级为干预组(n=59),2018级为对照组(n=76)。干预组在传统实验教学的基础上,采用案例教学法结合虚拟仿真技术,课程包括正常分娩(6学时)异常分娩(6学时)脐带脱垂(2学时)、新生儿窒息与复苏(4学时)4部分内容;对照组学生采用传统实验教学。采用课程成绩、自主学习能力问卷、教学满意度问卷进行调查,比较两组学生的教学效果。结果课程结束后,干预组学生的个人操作能力(90.88±2. 14比89.24土3.15),团队操作能力(90.97±2.33比81.28±5.45)和案例分析能力(88.64±3.19比86.70±2.56)均高于对照组(P<0.01)。课程干预前,两组学生自主学习能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义;课程实施后,干预组学生自主学习能力得分(94.78±6.59比88.12±8.36)及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。超过94%的干预组学生认为案例教学法结合虚拟仿真技术有效提高了他们自主学习热情、独立思考、团队协作及沟通等综合能力。结论在助产实验课程中应用案例教学法结合虚拟仿真技术,可有效提高学生课程成绩、自主学习能力及综合能力,并得到学生的认可。

摘要：在智能凝胶防伪系统中使用的光、热、电、pH等刺激响应性水凝胶,是一种有前途的信息加密和解密材料.然而单一刺激会限制高水平的防伪.因此,需要协同使用多种刺激来提升信息安全等级.本研究设计了一种高透明度的海藻酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺(SA-PAM)水凝胶作为基体,利用无机变色材料钼酸铵(Mo7)赋予其凝胶光致变色特性.此外,温敏材料聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)可使凝胶在最低临界相变温度(LCST)下发生体积相变,进而改变凝胶的宏观状态,可以通过调整凝胶体系中亲水单体和疏水单体的比例来控制LCST.利用紫外线(UV)作为“墨水”输入信息,以温度作为“开关”来加密/解密信息.总之,该水凝胶具有出色的光致变色能力,可在10 s内着色,紫外光吸收率最高可达96.23%.利用水凝胶对光-热刺激展现出的非凡响应能力,可以实现其迅速显示和隐藏信息的功能,从而确保信息安全,这为光致变色水凝胶在信息加密领域的应用提供了一种新方法.

摘要：A backstepping control method is proposed for controlling beam halo-chaos in the periodic focusing channels （PFCs） of high-current ion accelerator. The analysis and numerical results show that the method, via adjusting an exterior magnetic field, is effective to control beam halo chaos with five types of initial distribution ion beams, all statistical quantities of the beam halo-chaos are largely reduced, and the uniformity of ion beam is improved. This control method has an important value of application, for the exterior magnetic field can be easily adjusted in the periodical magnetic focusing channels in experiment.

摘要：A statistically based optimization strategy is used to optimize the carbothermal reduction technology for the synthesis of LiFePO4/C using LiOH,FePO4 and sucrose as raw *** experimental data for fitting the response are collected by the central composite rotatable design(CCD).A second order model for the discharge ca-pacity of LiFePO4/C is expressed as a function of sintering temperature,sintering time and carbon *** ef-fects of individual variables and their interactions are studied by a statistical analysis(ANOVA).The results show that the linear effects and the quadratic effects of sintering temperature,carbon content and the interactions among these variables are statistically significant,while those effects of sintering time are *** surface plots for spatial representation of the model illustrate that the discharge capacity depends on sintering temperature and carbon content more than sintering *** model obtained gives the optimized reaction parameters of sinter-ing temperature at 652.0 ℃,carbon content of 34.33 g?mol-1 and 8.48 h sintering time,corresponding to a dis-charge capacity of 150.8 mA·h·*** confirmatory test with these optimum parameters gives the discharge ca-pacity of 147.2 and 105.1 mA·h·g-1 at 0.5 and 5 C,respectively.
