摘要：A Passage to India is a representative novel by E. M. Forster. His insightful exploration of the relationship between Britain and the colony India in early 20th century guarantees it a seat among the classics of the world’s colonist literature. E. M. Forster’s ideas in A Passage to India exhibit many affinities with Edward Said’s thoughts in his Orientalism. This paper, therefore, aims to offer an interpretation of A Passage to India by using Said’s philosophy of the Orientalism as the theoretical framework. Due to Forster’s dual consciousness revealed in the novel, this paper will focus on two aspects, namely, the reflection of his colonialist ideology and his anti-colonial humanistic sense.

摘要：This study investigates the applicability and effectiveness of pragmatic-stylistic analysis in fictional *** Kazuo Ishiguro’s short story“Come Rain or Come Shine”in Nocturnes:Five Stories of Music and Nightfall as a case study,a detailed analysis of four fictional dialogues in this story has been conducted in the light of the cooperative principle,the im/politeness theory,and the turn-taking *** study has shown that pragmatic-stylistics offers a useful analytical tool in guiding readers to stylistically read character speech forms and interpret textual cues in conversation so as to gain a better insight into the characters’traits,their power relationships as well as the acceleration and deceleration in the narrative development.

摘要：The study of Wallace Stevens has a long and varied history. His life, poetry and philosophy have been interpreted in the demensions of romanticism, modernism, postmodernism and ecologism, with focuses on specific aspects such as linguistic structure, the feminine, painting, music and faith. In recent years, studies of Stevens have expanded to include the Chinese elements and the relationship between imagination and reality in his poetry. This thesis intends to examine how irony, ambiguity, tension and paradox cooperate in “The Snow Man” to refresh the reader on man-nature relationship, to understand how Wallace Stevens reflects and reconciles the existential angst of “nothingness” popular in the early 20th century by this poem, and develops a positive or even optimistic attitude.

摘要：The present study focuses on the native readers’sense of flow,a construct frequently ignored in L2 writing *** on the author’s analysis of the communicative data in the web-based transnational peer editing activities named Cross-Pacific Exchange,an amendment is proposed for the currently well-accepted“input-output”models;that is,fluent output by classroom L2 learners may not always be accepted by native ***,L2 writing teachers should encourage their students to pay attention to their L1 readers’sense of flow,so as to enhance their own reader awareness,and improve the quality of their L2 composition through interaction with their L1 audience.

摘要：In Asian American writer Lisa See＇s novel Peony in Love （2007）, the love-sick maiden Peony commits anorexiawhich finally leads to her annihilation. Anorexia, as well as foot bonding, both of which are distortions of femalebody, convey various metaphors. The novel repeatedly presents the inability to eat or eating monotonous meals assymptoms of the nervous breakdown. Through a series of feminist psychological analysis, this paper is designed tofigure out these metaphors of anorexia within the text in the following three dimensions： anorexia as imitation of art,anorexia as failure in mother-daughter relationship and the anorexic female body as a language. After explanationsof the metaphorical meaning of anorexia, this paper aims to analyze Peony＇s starved-for-love self, and draw aconclusion about lovesickness during the whole process of Peony＇s maturation.

摘要：The inter-agency government information sharing(IAGIS)plays an important role in improving service and efficiency of government ***,there is still no effective and secure way for data-driven IAGIS to fulfill dynamic demands of information sharing between government *** by blockchain and data mining,a data-driven framework is proposed for IAGIS in this ***,the blockchain is used as the core to design the whole framework for monitoring and preventing leakage and abuse of government information,in order to guarantee information ***,a four-layer architecture is designed for implementing the proposed ***,the classical data mining algorithms PageRank and Apriori are applied to dynamically design smart contracts for information sharing,for the purposed of flexibly adjusting the information sharing strategies according to the practical demands of government agencies for public management and public ***,a case study is presented to illustrate the operation of the proposed framework.

摘要：Existing technologies used to detect monosodium urate(MSU)crystals for gout diagnosis are not ideal due to their low sensitivity and complexity of *** purpose of this study was to explore whether aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)can be used for highly specific imaging of MSU crystals to assist in the diagnosis of ***,we developed a series of luminogens(i.e.,tetraphenyl ethylene(TPE)-NH_(2),TPE-2NH_(2),TPE-4NH_(2),TPE-COOH,TPE-2COOH,TPE-4COOH,and TPE-Ketoalkyne),each of which was then evenly mixed with MSU ***,optimal fluorescence imaging of each of the luminogens was characterized by a confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM).This approach was used for imaging standard samples of MSU,hydroxyapatite(HAP)crystals,and mixed samples with 1:1 mass ratio of MSU/*** also imaged samples from mouse models of acute gouty arthritis,HAP deposition disease,and comorbidities of ***,CLSM imaging results were compared with those of compensated polarized light microscopy,and we assessed the biosafety of TPE-Ketoalkyne in the RAW264.7 cell ***,CLSM time series and three-dimensional imaging were performed on MSU crystal samples from human gouty synovial fluid and *** a promising candidate for MSU crystal labeling,TPE-Ketoalkyne was found to detect MSU crystals accurately and rapidly in standard samples,animal samples,and human samples,and could precisely distinguish gout from HAP deposition *** work demonstrates that TPE-Ketoalkyne is suitable for highly specific and timely imaging of MSU crystals in gouty arthritis and may facilitate future research on MSU crystal-related diseases.
