摘要：This research is based on creative industry of sports culture of the U.K. Firstly, the literature research method is used to collect relevant authoritative economic data, and clarify and identify concepts of the sports culture creative industry with the ＂rule of thirds＂ of creative industry of the U.K.; secondly, empirical research is conducted to describe an active and drive function of the 3 kinds of expansion effects-forward effect, bystander effect and backward effect on peripheral industries on sports industry and even national economy development by rapid development of the sports culture creative industry in the U.K.; thirdly, this paper figures out that the sports culture creative industry will become new economic growth, ixew development route for the sports industry in the future and new power for industrial structure optimization and upgrading; finally, the research outcome gives reference and guide to scientific development, transformation and upgrading of the sports industry of China in the new round of worlds＇ economic restructuring.

摘要：Java technology is spreading rapidly all over the world in recent years. It is a popular application development language for its well-encapsulation, platform-independent and high security. There are great amounts of Java games and other gadgets on mobile platforms, as well as on set-up-box systems. As Java applications become more sophisticated, the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) mid-dle-wares in embedded systems are not satisfying, Java-specific chips extend in the market. All existing Java-based system software or Operating System (OS) are used on JVM, they cannot be used on Java processors. It is important to develop a pure Java system software or OS so that embedded systems using Java processors will have great performance in Java applications. This paper presents a set of system software designed for a Java-specified processor VP6K, which is also a System-on-Chip (SoC). This system software includes real-time multitask dispatching, file management, device management, hardware drivers, and infrastructural Application Programming Interface (APIs). According to ex-perimental results, the system software provides interfaces for Java programs to fully handle CPU resource, so that all applications can be executed properly and efficiently. VP6K embedded platform shows its good performance for Java applications when the system software is implemented.

摘要：Intercultures play an important role in localization of translation. They are the essential reference resources for those who are translators as well as writers in their literary translation or creation. Translators contribute to the extension of source culture and in target culture by means ofintercultures to form new localized cultural paradigms. Bing Xin＇ s creation of the short free verse in the vernacular Chinese was influenced by Hu shih＇s new literature ideas and Zheng Zhenduo＇s translation of Stray Birds, a famous poetry anthology of Tagore. Through her translation, she borrowed new literary paradigms from foreign languages and successfully converted them into more acceptable ones in Chinese new literature. The paper, from the perspectives of Localization and Intercultures by Anthony Pym, explores the effects which Hu Shih and Zheng Zhenduo made upon Bing Xin＇s poetry translation and creation in the trend of poetry localization in the May Fourth Movement, and analyzes the interactions between Bing Xin＇s poetry creation and her poetry translation.

摘要：As the exchange between Chinese and Western cultures gets increasingly frequent, the English films have already become an indispensable kind of cultural ＂product＂ in Chinese people＇s lives. In the pursuit of box office today, a good English film title translation can not only attract more attention, but also become an important standard to judge a film＇s value. However, the translation of English film title has not got enough attention at home or abroad, and good translations of English film titles are few and far between. Based on requirements of English film title translation, this paper discusses problems in English film title translation, into which this paper applies adaptation theory to solving existing problems.

摘要：As a professional translator, Chinese history lecturer and academic writer, Julia Lovell has made a lot of contributions in translating modem Chinese literary works into English. But the field of translation studies has not given due attention to her so far. Based on her own practice and understanding of translation, she presented the notion of faithful recreation as her translation principle. 摘要：The design scheme of long span and low depth composite steel concrete beams is introduced, and the methods of avoiding the cracking of concrete deck in the negative moment regions are proposed. Moreover, significant exploration for problems of the composite beams has been made, such as optimizing construction steps to regulate the stress, applying jacking technique to exert prestress on the concrete deck, investigating the uplifting force principle of the shear connectors by means of model test and non linear finite element analysis, and pointing out the countermeasure to reduce tension force of the shear connectors.

摘要：In view of the limitations of solid metal heat sink in the heat dissipation of high power light emitting diode （LED）, a kind of miniaturized phase change heat sink is developed for high power LED packaging. First, the fabrication process of miniaturized phase change heat sink is investigated, upon which all parts of the heat sink are fabricated including main-body and end-cover of the heat sink, the formation of three-dimensional boiling structures at the evaporation end, the sintering of the wick, and the encapsulation of high power LED phase change heat sink. Subsequently, with the assistance of the developed testing system, heat transfer performance of the heat sink is tested under the condition of natural convection, upon which the influence of thermal load and working medium on the heat transfer performance is investigated. Finally, the heat transfer performance of the developed miniaturized phase change heat sink is compared with that of metal solid heat sink. Results show that the developed miniaturized phase change heat sink presents much better heat transfer performance over traditional metal solid heat sink, and is suitable for the packaging of high power LED.
