摘要：The hydrogen leakage detection and alarm processing system is established for the fuel cell （FC） power train lab to meet the hydrogen safety demand of the FC performance test and examination for the project named ＂Research and Development of the Vehicular Technology for the Fuel Cell City Bus＂ by Tsinghua University. The established hydrogen safety system includes the hydrogen supply system, hydrogen leakage detection system, alarm processing system, ventilation system, measures against electrostatic, thunder-arresting and explosion-protection, and the strict hydrogen operation rules. In this safety system, the explosion proof catalytic combustion sensors are used to detect the hydrogen leakage and the electrical control system is designed to process the alarm automatically. The hydrogen safety system plays an important role in the performance, examination of the FC and the assuring the personnel＇ s safety of the fuel cell power train lab.

摘要：A model-assistant extended state observer(MESO)-based decoupling control strategy is proposed for boiler-turbine units in the presence of unknown external disturbance and model-plant mismatch. For ease of implementation, the decoupling compensator is reduced to the proportion integration(PI) decoupler with the frequency domain analysis, where the decoupling error in collusion of uncertainties and disturbances can be estimated by the proposed MESO and then compensated. To decrease the sensitivity of the dynamic error for the decoupling control and fulfill various requirements of constraints, such as safety operation, energy conservation, emission reduction, etc., the plant is transmitted through a scheduled steady state region which is achieved from the optimized reference governor in advance. Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can well suppress various disturbances including a decoupling error, and multi-objective optimization can meet multiple requirements with the premise of safety production.

摘要：Ionic covalent organic framework(COF)materials with high specific surface areas and well-defined pore structures are desired for many applications yet seldom ***,we report a cationic pyridinium salt-based COF(PS-COF-1)with a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area of 2703 m^(2) g^(-1),state-ofthe-art for an ionic *** by its ordered pore structure,chemical stability,and radiation resistance,PS-COF-1 showed exceptional adsorption properties toward aqueous ReO_(4)^(-)(1262 mg g^(-1))and ^(99)TcO_(4)^(-).Its adsorption performance surpassed its corresponding amorphous ***,PS-COF-1 exhibited fast adsorption kinetics,high adsorption capacities,and selectivity for ^(99)TcO_(4)^(-)and ReO_(4)^(-)at high ionic strengths,leading to the successful removal of ^(99)TcO_(4)^(-)under conditions relevant to low-activity waste streams at US legacy Hanford nuclear *** addition,PS-COF-1 can rapidly decontaminate ReO_(4)^(-)/^(99)TcO_(4)^(-)polluted potable water(~10 ppb)to drinking water level(0 ppb,part per billion)within 10 *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed PS-COF-1 has a strong affinity for ReO_(4)^(-)and ^(99)TcO_(4)^(-),thereby favoring adsorption of these low charge density anions over other common anions(e.g.,Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),CO_(3)^(2-)).Our work demonstrates a novel cationic COF sorbent for selective radionuclide capture and legacy nuclear waste management.

摘要：In order to master the magnetic field distribution of submarines in the air completely and exactly and study the magnetic stealthy performance of submarine,a mathematic model of submarine magnetic field extrapolation is built based on the boundary element method(BEM).An experiment is designed to measure three components of magnetic field on the envelope surface surrounding a model *** data in different heights above the model submarine are obtained by use of tri-axial *** results show that this extrapolation model has good stabilities and high accuracies compared the measured data with the extrapolated ***,the model can reflect the submarine magnetic field distribution in the air exactly,and is valuable in practical engineering.

摘要：An orthogonal experiment scheme was designed to investigate the effects of the Cu content,compaction pressure,and sintering temperature on the microstructures and mechanical and thermal properties of(30−50)wt.%Cu/Invar bi-metal matrix composites fabricated via spark plasma sintering(SPS).The results indicated that as the Cu content increased from 30 to 50 wt.%,a continuous Cu network gradually appeared,and the density,thermal conductivity(TC)and coefficient of thermal expansion of the composites noticeably increased,but the tensile strength *** increase in the sintering temperature promoted the Cu/Invar interface diffusion,leading to a reduction in the TC but an enhancement in the tensile strength of the *** compaction pressure comprehensively affected the thermal properties of the *** 50wt.%Cu/Invar composite sintered at 700℃ and 60 MPa had the highest TC(90.7 W/(m·K)),which was significantly higher than the TCs obtained for most of the previously reported Cu/Invar composites.

摘要：A homogeneous and lattice self-reconfigurable robot module is designed, and each module is composed of a center body and six connection planes which can independently rotate. A module can independently connect or disconnect with other modules, and then change its connection by collaborating with other modules. We discuss how to describe and discover configuration of robot. Furthermore, we describe its motion planning based on the appraisal function and the adjacency matrix which is effective to solve the computationally difficult problem and optimize the system motion path during the self-reconfiguration process. Finally, a simulation experiment is demonstrated, which verifies the correctness of locomotion method.

摘要：Although dielectric elastomer(DE)with substantial actuated strain(AS)has been reported 20 years ago,its scientific understanding remains *** most accepted theory of DE,which is proposed in 2000,holds the view that AS of DE is induced by the Maxwell *** to this theory,materials have similar ratios of permittivity and Young’s modulus should have similar AS,while the experimental results are on contrary to this theory,and the experimental AS has no relationship with ideal ***,a new dipole-conformation-actuated strain cross-scale model is proposed,which can be generally applied to explain the AS of DE without *** to this model,several characteristics of an ideal DE are listed in this work and a new DE based on polyphosphazene(PPZ)is *** AS of PPZ can reach 84%without any *** last,a PPZ-based all soft artificial heart(ASAH)is built,which works in the similar way with natural myocardium,indicating that this material has great application potential and possibility in the construction of an ASAH for heart failure(HF)patients.

摘要：Both bismuth and copper are non-toxic and earth-abundant elements suitable for lead-free halide perovskite-like photovoltaic devices. Here, we report a highly facile route for in-situ producing copper-bismuth-iodide(CuBiI4) thin films directly on ITO substrate at room temperature, by utilizing a Bi-Cu alloy layer as precursor. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) results verified the formation of well crystallized CuBiI4 thin films with [222] orientation. The transient photovoltage(TPV) analysis revealed that the CuBiI4 is an n-type semiconductor with a suitable band gap of ~1.81 eV, preferable to photoelectric conversion compared with CH3NH3PbI3. It is very interesting that the subsequent spin-coating process of the classical Spiro-MeOTAD organic solution with TBP and acetonitrile resulted in a dense and smooth CuBiI4:SpiroMeOTAD bulk-heterojunction film. The preliminarily fabricated simple sandwich structures of ITO/CuBiI4:Spiro-MeOTAD/Au hybrid solar cell devices displayed efficient photovoltaic performance with the PCE up to 1.119% of the best sample. The room temperature direct metal surface elemental reaction(DMSER) method may provide a new insight for all-inorganic lead free perovskite-like AaBbXx compounds and high performance photovoltaic devices.

摘要：This paper presents the containment analysis and design of heterogeneous linear multi-agent systems(MAS)with time-delay under the output *** leaders are treated as exosystems and an modified output regulation error is designed,which can deal with more than one leader in containment control,then the containment problem will be turned into an output regulation problem.A novel analysis framework of the output regulation is proposed to design a dynamic state feedback control law for containment error and distributed observer when the agents cannot receive external system signal,which guarantees the convergence of all follower agents to the dynamic convex hull spanned by the *** system stability for time-delay containment is proved by the output regulation method instead of the Lyapunov ***,a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the theoretical results.
