摘要：In the complex multicore chip system,network on-chip(NoC)is viewed as a kind of system interconnection that can substitute the traditional interconnect networks,which will improve the system performance and communication *** regard to the complex and large scale NoC,simple and efficient routing nodes are the critical factors to achieve low-cost and low-congestion communication *** paper proposes an unbuffered switch architecture and makes detailed analysis of the mechanism of buffer in the switch *** to the simulation results,the S-mesh using the unbuffered switch architecture is better in terms of the optimal performance in message latency than some typical NoC architectures,such as 2D-mesh,Fat-tree,Butterfly,Octagon and so *** synthesis results of design compiler indicate that the unbuffered switch has obvious advantages of achieving cost and operating speed for the chips.

摘要：We introduce PBGFs with the cladding made of our newly designed quasi-hexagonal air holes and demonstrate how it actually operates. This cladding structure is introduced for the first time to the best of our knowledge, and is realized by making use of the hydrofluoric acid＇s corrosive properties. The fibre corrosion can be accurately controlled, thus opening us the gate for the design and fabrication of new PB. GFs with more complex and more efficient cladding structures. Numerical results and actual simulations indicate that PBGFs built with this cladding structure have improved b^dgap properties and guiding bands as wide as 500 nm have been theoretically reached. Using the same method, we have also been able to design two other types of PBGFs with improved cladding structure.

摘要：Evolutionary algorithms (EAs) were shown to be effective for complex constrained optimization problems. However, inflexible exploration in general EAs would lead to losing the global optimum nearby the ill-convergence regions. In this paper, we propose an iterative dynamic diversity evolutionary algorithm (IDDEA) with contractive subregions guiding exploitation through local extrema to the global optimum in suitable steps. In IDDEA, a novel optimum estimation strategy with multi-agents evolving diversely is suggested to efficiently compute dominance trend and establish a subregion. In addition, a subregion converging iteration is designed to redistrict a smaller subregion in current subregion for next iteration, which is based on a special dominance estimation scheme. Meanwhile, an infimum penalty function is embedded into IDDEA to judge agents and penalize adaptively the unfeasible agents with the lowest fitness of feasible agents. Furthermore, several engineering design optimization problems taken from the specialized literature are successfully solved by the present algorithm with high reliable solutions.

摘要：A high temperature superconducting (HTS) contiguous-band diplexer was designed and fabricated. The HTS contiguous-band diplexer was made using 2-inch-diameter LaA1O3 wafers coated with epi-taxial thin film YBO on both sides, and was made up of two 4-pole singly-terminated low-pass prototype bandpass channel filters connected in parallel. Its operation frequency was centered at 3.25GHz and 3.75GHz with 500-MHz-wide channels. The HTS diplexer operated at 77 K shows excellent performance. The insertion loss in the pass-band is less than 0.8 dB and the rejection between per channel is greater than 30dB. In comparison with the conventional diplexer, the HTS diplexer offers more than 2dB improvement in insertion loss performance and 3/4 volume reduction. This design concept can be applied to the design of HTS multiplexer and the future HTS ESM channeliser systems.

摘要：径流预报对防洪具有重要意义。然而,由于径流过程的复杂性和随机性,对日径流量进行准确预测是困难的,尤其是对峰值径流量的预测。为了解决这一问题,本研究提出了一种用于径流预测的增强型长短期记忆(LSTM)模型,其中引入了新的损失函数并集成了特征提取器。设计了峰值误差tanh(peak error tanh,PET)和峰值误差swish(peak error swish,PES)两个损失函数,增强了峰值径流预测的重要性,弱化了正常径流预测的权重。为每个气象站建立由3个LSTM网络组成的特征提取器,目的是提取每个气象站输入数据的时间特征。以中国淮河上游为例,利用增强型LSTM模型对1960—2016年的日径流量进行了预测。结果表明,改进后的LSTM模型表现良好,在验证期内(2005年11月至2016年12月),Nash-Sutcliffe效率(NSE)系数在0.917-0.924之间,优于广泛使用的集总水文模型(Australian Water Balance model(AWBM)、Sacramento、Sim Hyd和Tank模型)和数据驱动模型(人工神经网络(ANN)、支持向量回归(SVR)和门控循环单元(GRU))。以PES为损失函数的增强型LSTM对洪水极端径流的预测效果最好,平均NSE为0.873。此外,海拔较高的气象站降水对径流预测的贡献比最近的气象站更大。该研究为流域日径流预测提供了有效工具,有利于流域防洪和水安全管理。

摘要：To search for a target n-product Boolean vector of fixed weight d, we propose an important method involving the notion of a fixed-weight "vector label" accompanied with a vector label restoration algorithm. Based on these, we present a new quantum algorithm designed to search for a fixed-weight target whose computation complexity, specifically O ((Cdn+1)^(1/2)) , is better than that for a classical algorithm. Finally, we use the procedure to search for the NTRU private key as an example to verify the efficiency of the new algorithm in searching for fixed-weight target solutions.

摘要：A GaAs Photoconductive Semiconductor Switch (PCSS) with a 3-mm gap between the two opposed contact electrodes was developed with carefully chosen GaAs material, mechanical structure design, contact fabrication techniques and its insulation protection. It is charged by a pulse power supply under a bias of 15 kV, illuminated by laser pulses of 1064 nm in wavelength, 56.12 μJ in optical energy per shot and 1 kHz pulse repetition rate (PRR). The GaAs PCSS can last for more than 3.6×106 shots and produce output pulses of 2 MW in peak power, 2 ns pulse duration and 65 ps time jitter from a 50-Ω load of the oscilloscope. When an electric field of 100 kV/cm bias was applied, the peak power of the load was measured at 10 MW. A series of measurements on the voltage conversion rates (VCR) and time jitters have been carried out as the bias voltage increases. In particular, taking into account the dependence of optical absorption coefficient on the bias voltages, the curve of the VCR changes with the bias voltages were analyzed quantitatively.

摘要：Experimental evidence is presented showing obvious azimuthal dependence of single event upsets(SEU) and multiple-bit upset(MBU) patterns in radiation hardened by design(RHBD) and MBU-sensitive static random access memories(SRAMs), due to the anisotropic device layouts. Depending on the test devices, a discrepancy from 24.5% to 50% in the SEU cross sections of dual interlock cell(DICE) SRAMs is shown between two perpendicular ion azimuths under the same tilt angle. Significant angular dependence of the SEU data in this kind of design is also observed, which does not fit the inverse-cosine law in the effective LET method. Ion trajectory-oriented MBU patterns are identified, which is also affected by the topological distribution of sensitive volumes. Due to that the sensitive volumes are periodically isolated by the BL/BLB contacts along the Y-axis direction, double-bit upsets along the X-axis become the predominant configuration under normal *** triple-bit upset and quadruple-bit upset patterns are the same under different ion azimuths(Lshaped and square-shaped configurations, respectively). Those results suggest that traditional RPP/IRPP model should be promoted to consider the azimuthal and angular dependence of single event effects in certain *** earth-based evaluation of SEE sensitivity, worst case beam direction, i.e., the worst case response, should be revealed to avoid underestimation of the on-orbit error rate.
