摘要：A 1 x 25 star coupler is designed through calculation and beam propagation method (BPM) simulation. Improvement methods are focused on the design of the tapered waveguides in the device, improving the uniformity of the output light power of the star coupler. Utilizing the conventional Si process technology, the device is fabricated based on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) material. The test result shows that the star coupler has a perfect function of power splitting.

摘要：We develop an improved design of thin gap chamber （TGC） simulation signal source. To further simulate the feature of TGC detector, a novel thought is proposed. The TGC source has 256 channels. Every channel can randomly output the signal in 25 ns. The design is based on true random number generator （TRNG）. Considering the electrical connection between the TGC source and the developing trigger electronics, the GFZ connector is used. The experimental results show that the improved TGC simulation signal source can uniformly output the random signal in every channel. The output noise is less than 3 mVrms.

摘要：Aiming at the problem of luminance uniformity for organic lighting-emitting diode (OLED) panels,a new brightness calculating method based on bilinear interpolation is proposed. The irradiance time of each pixel reaching the same lumi-nance is figured out by Matlab. Adopting the 64×32-pixel,single color and passive matrix OLED panel as adjusting luminance uniformity panel,a new circuit compensating scheme based on FPGA is designed. VHDL is used to make each pixel's irradiance time in one frame period written in program. The irradiance brightness is controlled by changing its irradiance time,and finally,luminance compensation of the panel is realized. The simulation result indicates that the design is reasonable.

摘要：A wideband dual-feedback low noise amplifier(LNA) was analyzed, designed and implemented using SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT) technology. The design analysis in terms of gain, input and output matching, noise and poles for the amplifier was presented in detail. The area of the complete chip die, including bonding pads and seal ring, was 655 μm×495 μm. The on-wafer measurements on the fabricated wideband LNA sample demonstrated good performance: a small-signal power gain of 33 dB with 3-dB bandwidth at 3.3 GHz was achieved;the input and output return losses were better than-10 dB from 100 MHz to 4 GHz and to 6 GHz, respectively; the noise figure was lower than 4.25 dB from 100 MHz to 6 GHz; with a 5 V supply, the values of OP1 dB and OIP3 were1.7 dBm and 11 dBm at 3-dB bandwidth, respectively.

摘要：A novel element for collimating LED light is designed based on non-imaging optics. It is composed of a refraction lens and a reflector. The upper surface of the lens is freeform and calculated by geometrical optics and iterative process. The lens makes the rays in the range of 0°-45°from the optical axis collimated. The rays in the range of 45°-90°from the optical axis are collimated by the reflector. The inner surface of the reflector is parabolic with its focus located in the LED chip. The designed element is applicable to LED source of any emitting type. For a certain application, the simulation results of the designed element in Tracepro show that it has a very compact structure and good collimating performance. Just investigating the loss in the lens surfaces, this element has high light output efficiency of nearly 99%. Most lighting area radii are no more than 20 mm when the illuminated plane is 5 m away from the LED source.

摘要：In this paper, the problem of fault tolerant control (FTC) considering actuator fault for networked control systems (NCSs) with access constraints is addressed. A static scheduling method, periodic communication sequence (PCS), is applied to allocate network resource and schedule the access to the network. The novelty of this work lies in that the NCS with PCS and actuator fault are modeled as a periodic switching system and the schedule-dependent Lyapunov function method is used to design the fault tolerant controller. For the data packets dropped by scheduling strategy at each sampling time, 0 and the value of previous sampling time are respectively considered to recover them. Additionally, the problem of robust FTC for the controlled plant with external energy-bounded disturbance is also respectively discussed under these two situations. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design methods.
