摘要：A superconducting solenoid prototype magnet for Accelerator Driven Snbcritical System（ADS） Injection I has been designed and fabricated,which has also been tested in a liquid Helium state inside a vertical Dewar in the Haerbin institute of Technology in November *** design current was 210 *** the test current reached400 A no quench occurred so the solenoid magnet was forced to quench by the embedded *** integral field strength,leakage held at the nearby upstream and downstream superconducting spoke cavities all meet the design *** the same time,it also checked the reliability of the vertical test Dewar and the quenched detection *** superconducting prototype magnet has accumulated valuable experiences for the coming batch magnets production and cryogenic test.

摘要：The Accelerator Driven Sub-critical System （ADS） is under development aiming at safe disposal of nuclear waste and providing electric power in China. The main accelerator of ADS is composed of two injector sections and one main linear acceleration section. The 650 MHz β=0.82 superconducting cavities will be adopted to accelerate the proton bunches from 360 MeV to 1.5 GeV in the medium energy section. This paper presents the study and design results of this kind of superconducting cavity.

摘要：This paper introduces the design and simulation of a Wire Position Monitor （WPM） used in the cryogenic system of an Accelerator Driven System （ADS）. The WPM is designed to monitor the contraction of cold masses during the cooling-down operation. In this paper, POISSON-2D electrostatic field software is used to calculate the best characteristic impedance for the WPM. Furthermore, the time domain signal of different end structures is theoretically analyzed and simulated. The coupling of electrodes and the influence of signal carrier size, which may influence the induced signal, are also discussed. Finally, the linearity of the induced voltage and the sensitivity of the WPM are analyzed. The time domain simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The influences of the coupling and carrier size are very small, and the linearity of the normalized voltage is good within r/2.

摘要：The design requirement and principle of the deflection magnet for Magnetron and Penning H^- ion source are discussed. It is proved that there exists a maximum emittance for the beam that may be transformed by the magnet into a state with equal Twiss parameters of αr=αy and βr =βr=βy, which is the requisite condition to get a minimum emittance at the entrance of RFQ after transporting by a LEBT with solenoids. For this maximum emittance, the corresponding magnetic field gradient index is 1.

摘要：After the construction of the BESⅢ drift chamber, a long period of cosmic rays test is necessary to verify its performance. This also provides a good opportunity to integrate the detector readout electronics and Detector Control System （DCS） into a unified working system. The goal of the DCS is to guarantee reliable physics data quality and the safe operation of the detector. It monitors and controls the HV, gas, VME crates and the environmental variables. The upper-level system is mainly developed from LabVIEW and the lower-level system mainly uses MCU and PLC technology. The system is designed to be highly flexible and scalable so that it can be applied to other detectors with little or no change. In the immediate future, it will be integrated into the entire BESⅢ Slow Control System.

摘要：In this paper, we report the design and simulation of a wire scanner for the linac of the CSNS （China Spallation Neutron Source）. The wire scanner is used to measure the transverse beam profile and the emittance. The effect of beam energy change upon the mechanical design of the wire scanner must be considered. The simulation results of heat on the two specified wires, tungsten and carbon, by using the finite element method software, ANSYS, are presented. In addition, the effect of wire deformation on the beam profile measurement is qualitatively analyzed, and the signal level of the wire scanner is discussed.

摘要：The design of CSNS MEBT has two objectives：（1） to match the beam both in the transversal direction and the longitudinal direction from RFQ into DTL;（2） to further chop the beam into the required time structure asked by RCS. It is very diffcult and critical to control well the emittance growth and in the meantime to match and chop the beam. Firstly,the optical design is done and optimized,and the multi-particle simulations show that the maximum emittance growth is successfully controlled within 14%. Secondly,based on the different beam envelopes obtained by TRACE-3D and PARMELA,the least deflecting angle of the chopper is determined by TRACE-3D. At last,the field of steering magnet is determined through simulations.

摘要：In this paper we will show a general method of how to make an optimized parameter design of a circular e＋e- Higgs factory by using analytical expression of maximum beam-beam parameter and beamstrahlung beam lifetime starting from a given design goal and technical limitations. A parameter space has been explored. Based on beam parameters scan and RF parameters scan, a set of optimized parameter designs for 50 km Circular Higgs Factory （CHF） with different RF frequency was proposed.

摘要：Very low Beta superconducting spoke cavity is one of the key challenges for the China-ADS project. In this paper, a new structure of 3βλ/2 spoke cavity is first studied in detail. Its RF and mechanical properties are simulated using CST-MWS and ANSYS, and compared with the traditional βλ/2 spoke structure.

摘要：An RF power coupler is a key component of the superconducting accelerating system in Chinese ADS proton linac injector I, which is used to transmit 15 kW RF power from the power source to the superconducting HWR cavity. According to the requirement of working frequency, power level, transmission capability and cooling condition, the physics design of coupler has been finished, which includes RF structure optimization, thermal simulation, thermal stress analysis and so on. Based on this design, the prototype of HWR coupler has been fabricated, and it has successfully passed the high power test.
