摘要：For CSNS RCS tune measurement, tune value is measured by exciting the bunch with a strip-line kicker fed with white noise and using a FFT algorithm. This article simulates the strip-line kicker in RCS and the efficiency of the kicker＂ is discussed in a Matlab environment. The parameters of the kicker with an arc electrode structure such as a VSWR, wake impedance, and thermal state are analyzed based on the advantages of this design.

摘要：For the injector Scheme- I test stand of the China-ADS （Accelerator Driven subcritical System）, a beam with the maximum power of 100 kW will be produced and transported to the beam dump. To solve the very high thermal load problem at the dump, two measures are taken to deal with the huge power density at the target. One is to enlarge the contact area between the beam and the target, and this is to be accomplished by expanding the beam profile at the target and using slanted target plates. The other is to produce a more homogenous beam profile at the target to minimize the maximum power density. Here the beam dump line is designed to meet the requirement of beam expansion and homogenization at 3 different energies （3.2 MeV, 5 MeV and 10 MeV）, and the step-like field magnets are employed for the beam spot homogenization. Taking into account the fact that the space charge effects are very strong at such low beam energies, the simulations have included space charge effects and errors which show that the beam line can meet the requirements very well. In the meantime, the alternative beam design using standard multipole magnets is also presented.

摘要：Radiation shielding structure for C-ADS Inject-I was designed and optimized using FLUKA code. For this equipment was planned to be established in an existing tunnel hall and installed in limited space, several shielding hot spots are re-designed and analyzed respectively as they may cause radiation dose leakage and weakening of the total shielding effect. Besides, some new shielding structures are applied in the simulation process. All designed shielding structures are discussed in this paper and the results will meet the governmental criteria for radiation protection. © 2014, Science Press. All rights reserved.

摘要：The transient response analysis of the SLED based on the equivalent circuit is described. Then, a C-band SLED using TE0,1,15 mode cylindrical cavity with TE10-TE01 mode converter has been designed. According to the main RF parameters of the accelerator, the coupling coefficient is optimized to obtain the maximum multiplication factor. The key components of the pulse compressor include a 3 dB directional coupler, a TE10-TE01 mode converter, and a cylindrical cavity, which are simulated and optimized using 3D electromagnetic field simulation software. In addition, the function defining the relation between the coupling factor and aperture size is derived by a mathematical fitting method.

摘要：A readout system for X-ray CCDs based on an improved architecture is presented; by optimizing several critical circuit blocks along the analog signal chain, the conflict between the readout speed and readout noise is greatly alleviated. Using CCD47-10 as its target CCD, the readout system has achieved 8.6e^- readout noise and 142 eV FWHM at 5.9 keV Mn Kα under a pixel rate of 80 kHz. Also its performance of imaging has been investigated.

摘要：A superconducting magnet prototype for Accelerator Driven Sub-critical System Injection- I had been designed and fabricated, and tested in a new made vertical Dewar in November 2012. Batch magnet production was processed after some major revision from the magnet prototype, they include： removing off the perm-alloy shield, extending the iron yoke, using thin superconducting wire, etc. The first one of the batch magnets was tested in the vertical Dewar at the Harbin institute of Technologyin in September 2013. A field measurement was carried out at the same time by the measurement platform that was seated on the top of the vertical Dewar, the measurement results met the design requirements. This paper will present the field measurement system design, measurement results and discussion on the residual field from the persistent current effect.

摘要：The permanent magnets of the discharge chamber in a multi-cusp proton source are studied and designed. The three electrode extraction system is adopted and simulated. A method to extract different amounts of current while keeping the beam emittance unchanged is proposed.

摘要：BXERL is a proposal for a test facility （Beijing X-ray energy Recovery Linac）, which requires its injector to provide an electron beam of 5 MeV, 77 pC/ bunch at a repetition rate of 130 MHz （average current of 10 mA）. In this paper, we present the design of the injector, which consists of a 500 kV photocathode DC gun equipped with a GaAs cathode preparation device, a 1.3 GHz normal conducting RF buncher, two solenoids, and one cryomodule containing two 1.3 GHz 2-cell superconducting RF cavities as the energy booster. The detailed beam dynamics show that the injector can generate electron bunches with a RMS normalized emittance of 1.49 π***, a bunch length of 0.67 mm, a beam energy of 5 MeV and an energy spread of 0.72%.

摘要：In this paper, a minimal surface in q-deformed AdS5 × S5 with a cusp boundary is studied in detail. This minimal surface is dual to a cusped Wilson loop in dual field theory. We find that the area of the minimal surface has both logarithmic squared divergence and logarithmic divergence. The logarithmic squared divergence cannot be removed by either Legendre transformation or the usual geometric subtraction. We further make an analytic continuation to the Minkowski signature, taking the limit such that the two edges of the cusp become light-like, and extract the anomalous dimension from the coefficient of the logarithmic divergence. This anomalous dimension goes back smoothly to the results in the undeformed case when we take the limit that the deformation parameter goes to zero
