After introduction of human design, the relationships between industrial Software Engineering is discussed, then further details of human design knowledge are revealed with discussions on humanistic aspects of design.

摘要：This paper presents an integrated on line learning system to evolve programmable logic array (PLA) controllers for navigating an autonomous robot in a two dimensional environment. The integrated on line learning system consists of two learning modules: one is the module of reinforcement learning based on temporal difference learning based on genetic algorithms, and the other is the module of evolutionary learning based on genetic algorithms. The control rules extracted from the module of reinforcement learning can be used as input to the module of evolutionary learning, and quickly implemented by the PLA through on line evolution. The on line evolution has shown promise as a method of learning systems in complex environment. The evolved PLA controllers can successfully navigate the robot to a target in the two dimensional environment while avoiding collisions with randomly positioned obstacles.

摘要：Aerodynamic optimization design of compressor blade shape is a design challenge at present because itis inherently a multiobjective problem. Thus, multiobjective Genetic Algorithms based on the multibranch simulated annealing selection and collection of Pareto solutions strategy have been developedand applied to the optimum design of compressor cascade. The present multiobjective design seeks highpressure rise, high flow turning angle and low total pressure loss at a low inlet Mach number. Paretosolutions obtain the better aerodynamic performance of the cascade than the existing Control DiffusionAirfoil. From the Pareto solutions, the decision maker would be able to find a design that satisfies hisdesign goal best. The results indicate that the feasibility of multiobjective Genetic Algorithms as amultiple objectives optimization tool in the engineering field.

摘要：The purposes of this study are 1) to get another perspective related to the role of creative industries in national economy of japan from 1995-2005 and 2) to know the ways to improve these sectors. This study employs Input-Output (IO) analysis as a tool of analysis. More specifically, this study uses simple output multipliers and demand-pull IO quantity model. Comparison with previous study is conducted in order to achieve the first objective. Another perspective related to above role is obtained from this study, namely creative industries, using simple output multipliers method, did not have an important role in national economy of japan in analysis period. The results also show that the patterns of total output of creative industries of japan on future period are not identic. Nevertheless, these sectors have one similarity, namely the modification of import will decrease their total output. This phenomenon indicates that import restriction related to these sector’s products is needed.

摘要：In communication networks （CNs）, the uncertainty is caused by the dynamic nature of the traffic demands. Therefore there is a need to incorporate the uncertainty into the network bandwidth capacity design. For this purpose, this paper developed a fuzzy methodology for network bandwidth design under demand uncertainty. This methodology is usually used for offiine traffic engineering optimization, which takes a centralized view of bandwidth design, resource utilization, and performance evaluation. In this proposed methodology, uncertain traffic demands are first handled into a fuzzy number via a fuzzification method. Then a fuzzy optimization model for the network bandwidth allocation problem is formulated with the consideration of the trade-off between resource utilization and network performance. Accordingly, the optimal network bandwidth capacity can be obtained by maximizing network revenue in CNs. Finally, an illustrative numerical example is presented for the purpose of verification.

摘要：This study aims to illustrate the japanese electricity supply system after the earthquake with consideration of japanese uniqueness including its 10 separate grids with weak connections between them and the geographical gap between renewable potential and electricity consumptions using GIS data for a TIMES model. We take FIT （feed-in-tariff） as a policy measure to promote renewables. To consider policies to promote renewables, we need a modelling approach where the electricity system of the entire country is represented with extremely disaggregated information on existing stock and future potentials of renewables. By building up technology models based on detailed disaggregate information on existing stocks and future potentials of renewables at the sub-regional level, we can develop renewables-related policies which reflect more realistic conditions. According to the simulation results, high FIT prices do not guarantee more introductions of renewables. High FIT prices make the huge potential of renewables commercially viable, but at the same time, they limit the maximum introduction of renewables. In addition, a high FIT budget does not guarantee more renewable introduction.

摘要：A numerical procedure for hydrodynamic redesign of the conventional vaned diffuser into the low solidity vaned diffuser by means of a real-coded genetic algorithm with Boltzmann, Tournament and Roulette Wheel selection is presented. In the first part, an investigation on the relative efficiency of the different real-coded genetic algorithm is carried out on a typical mathematical test function. The real-coded genetic algorithm with Boltzmann selection shows the best optimization performance compared to the Tournament and Roulette Wheel selection. In the second part, an approach to redesign the vaned diffuser profile is introduced. Goal of the optimum design is to search the highest static pressure recovery coefficient and low solidity vaned diffuser. The result of the low solidity vaned diffuser optimum design confirms that the efficiency and optimization performance of the real-coded Boltzmann selection genetic algorithm outperforms the other selection methods. A comparison between the designed low solidity vaned diffuser and original vaned diffuser shows that the diffuser pump with the redesigned low solidity vaned diffuser has the higher static pressure recovery and improved total hydrodynamic performance. In addition, the smaller outlet diameter of designed vaned diffuser tends to a more compact size of diffuser pump compared to the original diffuser pump. The obtained results also demonstrate the real-coded Boltzmann selection genetic algorithm is a promising optimization algorithm for centrifugal pumps design.

摘要：Public parks provide many benefits to the community as the representatives of green area. The allocation of public places plays an extremely important role in the daily lives of inhabitants especially for recreational use that could enhance the quality of life of residents in the vicinity. To understand park users’ behavior is one of the most important prerequisites for as-sessing the participation in public service from the park users’ point of view. The pattern of park utilization on location and activity selection are important elements in behavioral study, while the public parks topograph may also influence the typical user’s be-havior. Questionnaire survey on park utilization was used to investigate the interaction between activity involvement and recrea-tional location with the use of linear discriminant analysis (LDA) model. The study found that public park users’ behavior is influenced not only by social characteristics but also by the recreational activities and their specific location characteristics. We found that about 45 percent of park visitors are local residents living within a radius of 3 km preferred travel to parks near their residential area. This implies that location selection behavior is correlated with travel distance, travel time and travel cost. Visit frequencies and on site expenditures reflect the recreation behavior for different type of activities. The overall information can be usefully applied by decision makers to launch appropriate public policy in consistence with the useful results of this study.

Klein and Müller reform of geometry syllabus in 19th century and the education situation of Geometry and Graphics in Europe during the last third of 20th century are introduced. The problems of geometry and graphics education during the next decedes and six proposals are presented.
