摘要：Superparamagnetic poly（styrene）-co-poly（2-acrylanmido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid） （PSt-co-PAMPS） and poly（methylmethacrylate）-co-poly（glycidyl methacrylate） （PMMA-co-PGMA） microspheres with mean size of 170 nm were prepared by emulsion polymerization in the presence of oleic acid-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The structures, morphologies, diameter and diameter distribution of the as-prepared microspheres were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The saturation magnetizations of PSt-co-PAMPS and PMMA-co-PGMA microspheres are 21.94 and 25.07 emu/g, respectively. The as-synthesized magnetic microspheres were used for immobilization of Bovine serum albumin （BSA） by physical interaction and covalent interaction respectively. The equilibrium amount of BSA immobilized onto PMMA-co-PGMA microspheres was 86.48 mg/g microspheres in 90 min, while on PSt-co-PAMPS microspheres was 59.62 mg/g microspheres in 120 min.

摘要：The folk costume in waterside villages of Southern Yangtze in China was notonly daily consumer goods, but also a symbol system of folk-custom culture. This symbol system was directly conveyed by a series medley shape signs, many-faceted color signs and decorated craft signs of pleated skirt. Its origination, accumulation, continual process and development were greatly associated with the life style and paddy culture of waterside villages, such as the folk religion, social life, artistic philosophy, regional culture, the landform of waterside villages and the humanity environment. So the folk costume was the significant sign of practical function and also the significative sign of folk traditional culture, both of which composed the costume cultural symbol system of waterside villages of Southern Yangtze called ＂ integration of aesthetic and practical function＂.

摘要：A design method for light-emitting diode （LED） array is proposed to achieve a good uniform illumination distribution on target plane. By using random walk algorithm, the basic LED array modules are optimized ftrstly. The optimized basic arrays can generate uniform illumination distribution on their target plane. The optimized basic LED array mod- ules can be integrated into a large LED array module with more than tens of LEDs. In the large array, we can select a sub-array with K LEDs （K〉7）, which can produce the good uniform illumination distribution. By this way, we design two LED arrays which consist of 21 and 25 LEDs, respectively. The 21-LED array and 25-LED array can generate uniform illumination distributions with the uniformities of 95% and 90%, respectively.

摘要：A novel dual-directional silicon controlled rectifier（DDSCR） device with embedded PNP structure（DDSCR-PNP） is proposed for electrostatic discharge（ESD） protection, which has greatly reduced latch-up risk owing to the improved holding voltage（V_h/. Firstly, the working mechanism of the DDSCR-PNP is analyzed. The theoretical analysis indicates that the proposed device possesses good voltage clamp ability due to the embedded PNP（PNP_2）. Then, experimental devices are fabricated in a 0.35 m bipolar-CMOS-DMOS process and measured with a Barth 4002 transmission line pulse testing system. The results show that the V_h of DDSCR-PNP is much higher than that of the conventional DDSCR, and can be further increased by adjusting the P well ***, the reduced leakage current（I_L/ of the DDSCR-PNP shows obvious fluctuations when the P well width is increased to more than 12 m. Finally, the factors influencing V_h and I_L are investigated by Sentaurus simulations. The results verify that the lateral PNP_2 helps to increase V_h and decrease I_L. When the P well width is further increased, the effect of the lateral PNP_2 is weakened, causing an increased I_L. The proposed DDSCR-PNP provides an effective and attractive ESD protection solution for high-voltage integrated circuits.

摘要：With the rapid development in spaceflights and aeroplanes, the demand for low-power and miniaturization techniques has become insistent in modern radar systems. A new framework for low-power modern radar System on a Chip （SoC） based on ASIX core is presented. Pivotal modules and low-power design flows are described in detail. The dynamic clock-distribution mechanism of the power management module and the influence of the chip power are both stressed. This design adopts the SMIC 0.18-μm 1P6M Salicide CMOS process, the area is 7.825 mm x 7.820 mm, there are approximately 2 million gates and the frequency is 100 MHz. The results show that the modern radar SoC passes the test on modern radar application system and meets the design requirements. The chip incurs power savings of 42.79% during the fore-end phase and 12.77% during the back-end phase. The total power is less than 350 mW for a 100-MHz operating environment.

摘要：Energy harvesting from sun and outer space using thermoradiative devices(TRDs),despite being promising renewable energy sources,is limited only to daytime and nighttime period,*** a system with 24-hour continuous electric power generation remains an open question thus ***,a TRD-based power generator that harvests solar energy via concentrated solar irradiation during daytime and via thermal infrared emission towards the outer space at nighttime is proposed,thus achieving the much sought-after 24-hour electrical power ***,a rigorous thermodynamical model is developed to investigate the all-day performance characteristics,parametric optimum design,and the role of various energy loss *** calculated results predict that the daytime TRD-based system yields a peak efficiency of 12.6%under 10 suns,thus sig-nificantly outperforming the state-of-art record-setting solar thermoelectric *** work reveals the potential of TRD towards 24-hour electricity generation and future renewable energy technology.

摘要：To solve the topology optimization of complicated multi-objective continuous/discrete design variables in aircmit structure design, a Parallel Pareto Genetic Algorithm （PPGA） is presented based on grid platform in this paper. In the algorithm, the commercial finite element analysis （FEA） software is integrated as the calculating tool for analyzing the objective functions and the filter of Pareto solution set based on weight information is introduced to deal with the relationships among all objectives. Grid technology is utilized in PPGA to realize the distributed computations and the user interface is developed to realize the job submission and job management locally/remotely. Taking the aero-elastic tailoring of a composite wing for optimization as an example, a set of Pareto solutions are obtained for the decision-maker. The numerical results show that the aileron reversal problem can be solved by adding the limited skin weight in this system. The algorithm can be used to solve complicated topology optimization for composite structures in engineering and the computation efficiency can be improved greatly by using the grid platform that aggregates numerous idle resources.

摘要：Against the background of a rigorous campaign of globalization of Chinese culture, the global dissemination of local operas has drawn attention from the government, art performers, translators and scholars. This paper takes Wuxi Opera, a precious cultural treasure in Jiangsu province, China, for example. We will discuss the difficulties in spreading Wuxi Opera globally and learn the successful globalizing experience from other operas, such as Peking Opera, Kunqu Opera and Sichuan Opera. Considering the important status and rich resources of Peking Opera, we will analyze Peking Opera thoroughly and the most important aspects of Sichuan Opera and Kunqu Opera. By analyzing their translations and globalization process, we believe that Wuxi Opera should make efforts especially in four aspects to make progress in its globalizing campaign.
