摘要：A simple design procedure is used to generate photonic crystal fibers （PCFs） with ultra-flattened chromatic dispersion. Only four parameters are required, which not only considerably saves the computing time, but also distinctly reduces the air-hole quantity. The influence of the air-hole diameters of each ring of hexagonal PCFs （H-PCF, including 1-hole-missing and 7-hole-missing H-PCFs）, circular PCFs （C-PCF）, square PCFs （S-PCF）, and octagonal PCFs （O-PCF） is investigated through simulations. Results show that regardless of the cross section structures of the PCFs, the 1st ring air-hole diameter has the greatest influence on the dispersion curve followed by that of the 2nd ring. The 3rd ring diameter only affects the dispersion curve within longer wavelengths, whereas the 4th and 5th rings have almost no influence on the dispersion curve. The hole-to-hole pitch between rings changes the dispersion curve as a whole. Based on the simulation results, a procedure is proposed to design PCFs with ultra-flattened dispersion. Through the adjustment of air-hole diameters of the inner three rings and hole-to-hole pitch, a flattened dispersion of 0±0.5 ps/（nm·km） within a wavelength range of 1.239 – 2.083 μm for 5-ring 1-hole-missing H-PCF, 1.248 – 1.992 μm for 5-ring C-PCF, 1.237 – 2.21 μm for 5-ring S-PCF, 1.149 – 1.926 μm for 5-ring O-PCF, and 1.294 – 1.663 μm for 7-hole-missing H-PCF is achieved.

摘要：This paper is concerned with the design of expressway toll station problem based on neural network and traffic flow. Firstly, the design of the toll plaza is mainly through analyzing the daily traffic flow, different charging mode of construction cost and waiting time of the United States. Secondly, exploring traffic conditions is divided into two kinds, based on the traffic flow speed-density flow model. Then, a fuzzy-BP neural network model is constructed, with capacity, cost, and safety factor as the input layers and performance as the output layer. It is concluded that this scheme will reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, so it is desirable. Considering that the increase in unmanned vehicles will lead to an increase in safety performance, we increase the number of electronic toll stations to improve security performance and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.

The paper discusses the version change relations between a sub-node component and a up-node component in a product structure tree, analyzes the version control system for a static reference and that for a dynamic reference and proposes a product structure model in support of dynamic reference, which is easy to use and contains a complete set of information providing an essential way of data organization for the PDM system.

摘要：In this paper, by using the folding counter and linear feedback shift register, a new vector generator is proosed. The decisive testing patterns are generated by using the selected fold distance. Then the folding counter seeds are encoded by the specialized seed encoder and clock gating, the ineffective patterns do not act upon the circuit under test, these testing patterns are designed to form a pseudo single input change set, so as to lead to prominent decreases in power consumption and redundant testing patterns generated by different seeds, without losing stuck-at fault coverage. Experimental results based on ISCAS＇85 benchmark circuits demonstrate the efficiency of the approach.

摘要：High-static-low-dynamic stiffness (HSLDS) vibration isolators have been demonstrated to be an effective means of attenuating low-frequency vibrations, and may be utilized for ship shafting applications to mitigate torsional vibration. This paper presents the construction of a highly compact HSLDS torsional vibration isolator by connecting positive and negative stiffness components in paral lel. Based on mechanical model analysis, the restoring torque of negative stiffness components is de rived from their springs and connecting rods, while that of positive stiffness components is obtained through their circular section flexible rods. The quasizero stiffness characteristics of the HSLDS iso lator are achieved through a combination of static structural simulation and experimental test. The tor sional vibration isolation performance is assessed by means of numerical simulation and theory analy sis. Finally, the frequency-sweep vibration test is conducted. The test results indicate that the HSLDS torsional vibration isolator exhibits superior low-frequency isolation performance compared to its linear counterpart, rendering it a promising solution for mitigating low-frequency torsional vi bration in ship shafting.

摘要：The technical characters of mobile agent （MA） originated in the distributional artificial intelligence domain is introduced. A network management construction based on agent （NMCA） is then proposed. The NMCA structure features are elaborated in detail. A prototype design of NMCA is given by using the jKQML programming. The establishment of NMCA platform will be helpful to reduce the correspondence load of network management and improves the efficiency and the expansion ability of network management systems.
