摘要：For the gray attributes of the equipment program and its difficulty to carry out the quantitative assessment of the equipment program information, the gray relation projection method is simply reviewed. Combining the super-data envelopment analysis（DEA） model and the gray system theory, a new super-DEA for measuring the weight is proposed, and a gray relation projection model is established to rank the equipment programs. Finally, this approach is used to evaluate the equipment program. The results are verified valid and can provide a new way for evaluating the equipment program.

摘要：Product customization has been recognized as an effective means to implement mass cus-tomization （MC）. A new theory and method for MC-oriented evolutionary design of configuration product is presented based on the study of developing law of evolutionary design in integrated envi-ronment, which focuses on the innovation and reuse properties of configuration product. The key technologies for general requirement modeling in quick response to customer requirement, multi-level stepwise configuration optimization driven by customer requirement and evolutionary deduction of product variable structure based on configuration association are thoroughly investigated. The suc-cessful application of the presented method in the development of real-life products demonstrates its utility, flexibility and robusticity.

摘要：For the evaluation of construction quality and the verification of the design of water conservancy and hydropower engineering projects, and especially for the control of dam safety operation behavior, safety monitoring sensors are employed in a majority of engineering projects. These sensors are used to monitor the project during the dam construction and operation periods, and play an important role in reservoir safety operation and producing benefits. With the changing of operating environments and run-time of projects, there are some factors affecting the operation and management of projects, such as a certain amount of damaged sensors and instability of the measured data. Therefore, it is urgent to evaluate existing safety monitoring sensors in water conservancy and hydropower engineering projects. However, there are neither standards nor evaluation guidelines at present. Based on engineering practice, this study examined some key techniques for the evaluation of safety monitoring sensors, including the evaluation process of the safety monitoring system, on-site detection methods of two typical pieces of equipment, the differential resistor sensor and vibrating wire sensor, the on-site detection methods of communication cable faults, and a validity test of the sensor measured data. These key techniques were applied in the Xiaolangdi Water Control Project and Xiaoxi Hydropower Project. The results show that the measured data of a majority of sensors are reliable and reasonable, and can reasonably reflect the structural change behavior in the project operating process, indicating that the availabilities of the safety monitoring sensors of the two projects are high

摘要：In the field of optical interconnecting network and in super fast photonic computing system, the tree architecture and optical nonlinear materials can play a significant role. Nonlinear optical material may find important uses in optical switching. Optical switch using nonlinear material makes it possible for one optical signal to control and switch another optical signal through nonlinear interaction in a material. In this communication such materials have been successfully exploited to design an all-optical tree-net architecture, which can be utilized for time division multiplexing scheme in all-optical domain.

摘要：The new AUV driven by multi-vectored thrusters not only has unique kinematic characteristics during the actual cruise but also exists uncertain factors such as hydrodynamic coefficients perturbation and unknown interference of tail fluid, which bring difficult to the stability of the AUV＇s control system. In order to solve the nonlinear term and unmodeled dynamics existing in the new AUV＇s attitude control and the disturbances caused by the external marine environment, a second-order sliding mode controller with double-loop structure that considering the dynamic characteristics of the rudder actuators is designed, which improves the robustness of the system and avoids the control failure caused by the problem that the design theory of the sliding mode controller does not match with the actual application conditions. In order to avoid the loss of the sliding mode caused by the amplitude and rate constraints of the rudder actuator in the new AUV＇s attitude control, the dynamic boundary layer method is used to adjust the sliding boundary layer thickness so as to obtain the best anti-chattering effects. Then the impacts of system parameters, rudder actuator＇s constraints and boundary layer on the sliding mode controller are computed and analyzed to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the sliding mode controller based on dynamic boundary layer. The computational results show that the original divergent second-order sliding mode controller can still effectively implement the AUV＇s attitude control through dynamically adjusting the sliding boundary layer thickness. The dynamic boundary layer method ensures the stability of the system and does not exceed the amplitude constraint of the rudder actuator, which provides a theoretical guidance and technical support for the control system design of the new AUV in real complex sea conditions.

摘要：A novel adaptive output feedback control approach is presented for formation tracking of a multiagent system with uncertainties and quantized input signals. The agents are described by nonlinear dynamics models with unknown parameters and immeasurable states. A high-gain dynamic state observer is established to estimate the immeasurable states. With a proper design parameter choice, an adaptive output feedback control method is developed employing a hysteretic quantizer and the designed dynamic state observer. Stability analysis shows that the control strategy can guarantee that the agents can maintain the formation shape while tracking the reference trajectory. In addition, all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded. The effectiveness of the control strategy is validated by simulation.

摘要：In this paper, the continuously differentiable optimization problem min{f（x） ： x∈Ω}, where Ω ∈ R^n is a nonempty closed convex set, the gradient projection method by Calamai and More （Math. Programming, Vol.39. P.93-116, 1987） is modified by memory gradient to improve the convergence rate of the gradient projection method is considered. The convergence of the new method is analyzed without assuming that the iteration sequence {x^k} of bounded. Moreover, it is shown that, when f（x） is pseudo-convex （quasiconvex） function, this new method has strong convergence results. The numerical results show that the method in this paper is more effective than the gradient projection method.
