摘要：目的旨在探讨护教协同迷你临床演练评估(the mini-clinical evaluation exercise,mini-CEX)教学模式在护理学基础本科教学中的应用效果。方法本研究采用类实验研究设计。于2022年2一12月,从桂林某医学院校2020级护理学本科二年级学生中选取2个班级111名护生为研究对象,按班级分为干预组(n=56)和对照组(n=55)。干预组护生采用护教协同mini-CEX教学模式,课程内容包括场景创建(10 min)、探究式学习(30 min)、病例报告(30 min)、场景模拟演练(40 min)及有效评估(10 min);对照组护生采用传统教学方法。采用课程成绩、高校课堂气氛评估量表(college Classroom Climate Assessment Scale,CCCA)和中文版护生核心能力量表(The Chinese version of the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students,CINS-CV)比较两组学生的教学效果,并为干预组护生设置开放式的问题,以探讨学生在学习中遇到的困难与挑战。结果课程结束后,干预组护生CINS-CV得分(208.36±23.25比190.60±28.83)和CCCA得分(106.95±14.48比99.55±14.60)均高于对照组(P<0.01);在课程成绩方面,干预组护生理论考试(83.01±4.27比79.75±5.45)和情景模拟考试(89.23±3.17比81.42±7.19)成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01)。开放式问题调查显示,干预组护生面临的困难和挑战主要体现在案例分析、小组合作、学习材料获取和教师指导等方面。结论在护理学基础课程中应用基于护教协同的mini-CEX教学模式,有助于培养护生的核心能力,构建积极的课堂氛围,提高教学质量。

摘要：This paper investigates the multiobjective programming problems with fuzzy parameters in the constraints. First, by the decomposing theorem, we introduce a fuzzy set to characterize the constraints, then give the definition of α-quasi-efficient solution and a-efficient solution, and discuss their properties. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the differences between the refined solutions and the α-Pareto solution.

摘要：It has recently been shown that the model in experimental design can be expressed in terms of an orthonormal system. In this case, the model is expressed by using Fourier coefficients instead of the effect of each factor. As there is an abundance of software for calculating the Fourier transform, such a system allows for a straightforward implementation of the procedures for estimating the Fourier coefficients by using Fourier transform. However, Fourier coefficients themselves do not provide a direct representation of the effect of each factor, and the relation between the Fourier coefficients and the effect of each factor has not yet been clarified. In this paper, we present theorems of the relation between the Fourier coefficients and the effect of each factor. By using these theorems, the effect of each factor can be easily obtained from the computed Fourier coefficients. Therefore, with the aid of an orthonormal system, it is possible to easily implement the estimation procedures as well as to understand how each factor affects the response variable in the model.

摘要：The pedagogy employed in health care education must continually be questioned and expanded. Student nurses must be prepared for nursing practice that continually changes, consequently alternative concepts in nurse education must be considered. The aims were to provide student nurses with reflection skills and to evaluate the potential of studying the reflective process using visual art at a museum as an enriched activity in education. A pedagogical program with Gibbs’ reflection model was used as a complement. The study was conducted at a University college of Health Sciences in Sweden in collaboration with a visual art museum. Data were collected during a period of three years. A random sample (n = 35 of n = 98 students’ reports) was selected for qualitative analysis. The painting by George-Pierre Seurat, Seated woman was used as a source of inspiration. Analysis was conducted of the excerpts generated from the steps in Gibbs’ reflection model and from students’ evaluations of the teaching-learning structure. The results show that students were able to build hypothetical situations around the character depicted in the painting. They observed and described a great many aspects of the reflective process. The chosen painting was regarded as suitable for its purpose, and a source of inspiration. It could be interpreted as a patient you might meet in clinical practice. The students′ evaluations show that they became aware of knowledge they had not thought of before, and a way of taking a step closer to clinical practice. It could be concluded that art museum could be regarded as a stimulating environment that nurtured the reflective process. Consequently, visual art museums have to be considered as possible teaching learning milieus to be used in nurse education. It is to be hoped that this study will contribute to further development of visual art museums as teaching learning settings.

摘要：Thanks to the fast improvement of the computing power and the rapid development of the computational chemistry and biology,the computer-aided drug design techniques have been successfully applied in almost every stage of the drug discovery and development pipeline to speed up the process of research and reduce the cost and risk related to preclinical and clinical *** to the development of machine learning theory and the accumulation of pharmacological data, the artificial intelligence(AI) technology, as a powerful data mining tool, has cut a figure in various fields of the drug design, such as virtual screening,activity scoring, quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR) analysis, de novo drug design, and in silico evaluation of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity(ADME/T) properties. Although it is still challenging to provide a physical explanation of the AI-based models, it indeed has been acting as a great power to help manipulating the drug discovery through the versatile frameworks. Recently, due to the strong generalization ability and powerful feature extraction capability,deep learning methods have been employed in predicting the molecular properties as well as generating the desired molecules,which will further promote the application of AI technologies in the field of drug design.

摘要：This work proposes a new design and architecture of a flexible biaxial solar tracker. A new approach was adopted with the use of a two separated cards, the smart and power card in a scalable concept. This module allows a more saving of energy in comparison with the fixed systems for PV （photovoltaic） application and allows hire performances for CSP （concentrated solar power） systems. It provides a significant added value for higher power applications in comparison with the existing system. The developed sun tracking system is autonomous, flexible, scalable and low cost system.

摘要：Bit-plane decomposition makes images obtain a number of layers. According to the amount of data information, images are encrypted, and the paper proposes image encryption method with Chaotic Mapping based on multi-layer parameter disturbance. The advantage of multi-layer parameter disturbance is that it not only scrambles pixel location of images, but also changes pixel values of images. Bit-plane decomposition can increase the space of key. And using chaotic sequence generated by chaotic system with different complexities to encrypt layers with different information content can save operation time. The simulation experiments show that using chaotic mapping in image encryption method based on multi-layer parameter disturbance can cover plaintext effectively and safely, which makes it achieve ideal encryption effect.

摘要：定制家具生产需求的准确预测有助于家具企业做出有效的决策,包括生产计划、定价和促销决策等,以缩短交货周期、减少库存、提升客户满意度和企业竞争力。笔者以家具产品为研究对象,分析其需求影响因素,建立了Holt-Winters算法的需求预测模型;将此预测模型引入到家具企业产能规划决策中,构建了需求预测模型;最后,选用实际数据,验证了所构建的需求预测模型及其求解方法的有效性。

摘要：In order to meet the needs of collaborative decision making,considering the different demands of air traffic control units,airlines,airports and passengers in various traffic scenarios,the joint scheduling problem of arrival and departure flights is studied *** to the matching degree of capacity and flow,it is determined that the traffic state of arrival/departure operation in a certain period is peak or *** demands of all parties in each traffic state are analyzed,and the mathematical models of arrival/departure flight scheduling in each traffic state are *** at the four kinds of joint operation traffic scenarios of arrival and departure,the corresponding bi-level programming models for joint scheduling of arrival and departure flights are established,respectively,and the elitism genetic algorithm is designed to solve the *** results show that:Compared with the first-come-firstserved method,in the scenarios of arrival peak&departure off-peak and arrival peak&departure peak,the departure flight equilibrium satisfaction is improved,and the runway occupation time of departure flight flow is reduced by 38.8%.In the scenarios of arrival off-peak&departure off-peak and departure peak&arrival off-peak,the arrival flight equilibrium delay time is significantly reduced,the departure flight equilibrium satisfaction is improved by 77.6%,and the runway occupation time of departure flight flow is reduced by 46.6%.Compared with other four kinds of strategies,the optimal scheduling method can better balance fairness and efficiency,so the scheduling results are more reasonable.
